Turned the wattage up on my ballasts to 600W each. The ladies have gained some strength and they can handle the extra wattage. I also performed LST by tucking fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the bud sites also used some tie downs and topped here and there whilst keeping the stress at a minimal.

Its my first plant so I'm very excited, sometimes I'm just staring how they growing for an hour and it's making me very relaxed😅

Sup people!👋🏾 First I will like to say this will be my first time doing LST, HST and Topping on an Auto Initially I wasn't really sure, I have been training Buddy for some weeks now and I can tell you she the perfect one for such operations! She's been reacting pretty well and it's amazing to see her bounce back each time 😈 Week 7 ended with a blast! 🕺🏾 She's starting to smell a little, I turned on my exhaust fan on low speed, will be adding volts as the smell gets stronger. So far so good, I'm happy with what seed stockers made here👌🏾 Big bud's genetics are incredible and I can't wait to see her finish Up and 🌬️🌀😂 Take care of each other famo and happy growing to you all 💚 Peace ✌️🏾

An important event marked this week: plants were indeed heavily defoliated. This was possible also due to their strong (and positive) reaction to the tea (Organic Compost Tea by Soil With Attitude) received last week. All plants are literally exploding with life. 💪
