Woche 12

Strawberry Gorilla is my little plant. I'm going to run this one again. I believe it didn't take transplant well, it's been a smaller plant but healthy. It's growing good, leaves look good, in every way it looks healthy, it's just smaller. I have no complaints about the strain, it's looking very good.

It's been great.. upgraded their tent, girls are stretching fairly but not excessively. I remove lst tie downs before flowering [experiment] but had to redo to maximize light penetration, previous topping and lst created a lot of bud sites Happy growing guys..

🌿 Frosted Guava Auto by Zamnesia | Pheno A | Week 5 (Early Flower) 🌱 The Stretch Is Over, the Show Is Beginning Every week inside the 8×8 Adventure feels like another chapter unfolding, and Frosted Guava Pheno A has officially entered one of the most exciting stages of her life. From the moment she germinated under our 12/12 From Seed experiment, her goal has been to prove that autoflowers can still build impressive structure and healthy development under a flowering light schedule from day one. Now, after weeks of careful Low Stress Training, patient leaf tucking, and allowing her natural architecture to develop, she has fully transitioned into flowering. This week isn’t about explosive vegetative growth anymore. It’s about transformation. The first real flowers are forming, the canopy is alive with brilliant white pistils, and every branch is beginning to reveal the framework that will eventually become her harvest. ⸻ 🌸 Week 5 – Frosted Guava Finds Her Rhythm The flowering transition couldn’t have gone much smoother. Standing at approximately 99 cm, Frosted Guava has developed into a beautifully balanced medium-sized plant that fills her space naturally without becoming overwhelming. The stretch is slowing down, allowing more energy to shift toward flower production rather than vertical growth. One of the things I enjoy most about this phenotype is her internodal spacing. Every branch has enough room to breathe while remaining close enough together to promise excellent bud stacking in the weeks ahead. Nothing feels crowded, nothing feels sparse—it simply looks naturally well built. Looking from above, the canopy is incredibly satisfying. Looking from the side, her structure tells exactly the same story. Healthy. Balanced. Ready. ⸻ 🌿 Training & Canopy Development Throughout vegetative growth the focus has remained on keeping the canopy open instead of forcing the plant into an artificial shape. Regular Low Stress Training combined with gentle leaf repositioning has allowed every developing branch to receive strong light without creating unnecessary stress. Those small adjustments are beginning to pay off now. Multiple flowering sites are receiving excellent exposure, air movement through the canopy remains unrestricted, and each branch has space to develop independently. Sometimes the simplest training methods produce the most natural-looking plants. Frosted Guava is becoming a perfect example of exactly that. ⸻ ? The First Flowers One of my favorite moments in every grow is watching those first clusters of bright white pistils appear. This week they’re everywhere. Each tiny white hair is another confirmation that flowering is fully underway, marking the locations where future buds will continue building over the coming weeks. The tops are already beginning to gather themselves into small floral clusters, while every node along the branches is joining the party with fresh pistils reaching toward the light. There’s something incredibly satisfying about this stage. Everything still looks delicate… Yet you already know what’s coming. ⸻ 🍃 Plant Health Color remains outstanding across the entire canopy. The foliage carries a beautiful healthy green tone from top to bottom, with fresh new growth emerging vibrant and full of life. Leaf posture remains excellent, stems continue thickening nicely, and the plant simply gives the impression of being comfortable in her environment. There are no distractions. She’s focused entirely on growing flowers now. ⸻ 💧 Nutrition & Irrigation With flowering now established, Frosted Guava is receiving the complete transition feeding program alongside the rest of the room. Current feeding: • Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L • Terra Bloom — 1.9 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • Power Roots — 1 ml/L • Power Buds — 1 ml/L Maintaining: * EC: 1.88 mS/cm * pH: 6.05 The AutoPot system continues delivering consistent irrigation, allowing the root zone to remain stable while supporting the increasing nutritional demands that come with early flower. Everything is progressing exactly as planned. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment The entire room continues operating as one stable ecosystem, giving every phenotype the same opportunity to express its unique characteristics. Current conditions: * Day temperature: 31.1°C * Night temperature: 25°C * Relative humidity: 72% * Solution temperature: 21.6°C * Root zone temperature: 21°C * CO₂: approximately 639 ppm Despite the warm summer conditions, the plants continue responding exceptionally well thanks to stable irrigation, healthy roots, strong airflow, and carefully maintained environmental consistency. The room continues doing the heavy lifting. The plants simply reward it. ⸻ 👀 Looking Ahead Now the fun really begins. Over the next couple of weeks, I expect the vertical stretch to gradually come to an end as Frosted Guava redirects nearly all of her energy toward building flowers. Those tiny white pistils will soon develop into recognizable bud sites, resin production will begin increasing, and the beautiful open structure she’s built throughout vegetative growth should translate into excellent light penetration and strong flower development across the entire canopy. She’s entering the stage every grower waits for. And she’s entering it beautifully. ⸻ 🙏 Final Thoughts Frosted Guava Pheno A is exactly where I hoped she would be at this point in the grow. Healthy. Balanced. Beautifully structured. She’s a reminder that successful flowering starts long before the first pistils appear. Every careful adjustment during vegetative growth—from LST to leaf tucking—has helped create the strong framework she’s now using to build what promises to be an impressive canopy of flowers. Watching each phenotype develop its own personality inside this shared environment continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of this entire 8×8 Adventure. Amazing plant to grow. By far my favorite out of the sweet seeds f1 fast line. Flower looks feels and smells like indoor. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend this enough especially to anyone growing with shorter flowering seasons.

N deficiency I think. I just went into bloom today. My next soup will be much more loaded with nutrients to counter the deficiency. Otherwise the plants grow well, stretch and flowering begins.

Week5 D1 Start of week 5 we stay the course. Rainbow belts is showing some issues- a little bit of nutrient burn as well as light burn but she is actually stacking and swelling more than the other girls. Next feeding the other girls will get recharge and fish sh for 1.5g each and for safe measure I will flush rainbow belts with 2g 6.5ph dechlorinated tap water. Week5 D2 All the girls are showing color either oranges browns or pink/purple. The burn hasn't progressed and I think they are about to start bulking- tomorrow I will partial flush with recharge and fish sh!t and then in 5 days I'll top dress them with seabird guano and langbeinite Hope it works out. Week5 D3 Opened the tent to see some major deficiency with rainbow belts. Pictures of the leaves attached. I am thinking she has a salt build up and we will go with a partial flush for all 4 girls today with 2 gallons of water. Enough to hopefully get off some excess salt and it will make sure the other girls are ready for another feeding in the 4 days. I may just do a half feed for rainbow belts when I do a full for the other girls. Wish me luck. Week5 D4 Post flush- all are responding well but rainbow still had some more leaves curl- will let roots dry and breathe a bit and will assess throughout the next 4 days. Crumble also has slight tip burn but that may be from flushing excess salts. Week5 D5 2 days past flush and they are all responding well. Rainbow Belts is starting to throw some serious color. I'll wait til the end of grow to give a review on her but damn if she wasn't such a damn diva she would be an amazing full grow! Everything else is looking good so next water we will recharge the microbiology with some recharge and fish sh!t but let's see how it does these next few days. Week5 D Issue returned with a vengeance- will let it dry out and then water with water at 6.3ph and cal mag and then im just gonna let it run its course.

So das ist der letzte Beitrag zu den beiden. Es war für mich der erste Durchgang, der etwas Probleme bereitete, da meine cal/mag Werte nie wirklich stimmten aber das nie große Probleme bereitete, was ich aber schnell mit dem calmag von BioBizz wieder retten und somit eine schöne Ernte einfahren konnte. Mein Fazit zu den beiden: Special Kush: hat eindeutig größere Probleme bereitet als die Skunk, die ich aber wie gesagt wieder gut in den Griff bekommen habe. Optisch hat sie mir ehrlich gesagt im Zelt besser gefallen als die Skunk und ließ sich auch einfacher trainieren, da sie nicht so extrem geschossen ist in der Blüte. Ich muss ehrlich sagen an den Blüten finde ich leider Nix besonderes, sie sind zwar schön fest und glitzern aber Geruchstechnisch ist da nicht so viel los und das was ich rieche turnt mich jetzt nicht so an was auch daran liegen kann das sie sich gerade noch im curing befinden. Skunk XL: Eine sehr robuste Pflanze die gefühlt Nix braucht. Optisch fand ich sie erst langweilig ehrlich gesagt und so habe ich sie garnicht weiter beachtet aber natürlich genau so gepflegt wie die andere, aber da hat sich gezeigt die inneren Werte zählen, jetzt wo ich beide Blüten vergleiche merke ich das diese Pflanze viel viel mehr kann als gedacht und garnicht langweilig ist. Die Blüten haben so einen interessanten Skunk Geruch schon während des curings, sind von außen mit schönen vielen Orange-braunen Härchen überzogen und Stein hart, der Ertrag war auch sehr sehr gut. Also abschließend kann ich sagen der Durchgang hat mich gelehrt meine Wasserwerte noch mehr ans Optimum zu bringen und das der erste Eindruck einer Pflanze nicht viel aussagt manchmal merkt man erst nach der Ernte welches besser ist. 😂

She so bushy bud are everywhere some off them can get really light I wish I was defoilated them but it's okay I let her grow till day 90 let see the result thanks for reading and looking into this diary happy growing I add bio heaven for bud denser recommend by grower friends 💚

This is my second plant in my grower life.

Apr 09: Things are chuggin along, i think light may have been a factor in the brown spots, seeing similar symptoms on one of the other plants but very very minor in comparison.... I think it was too little calmag, i may have locked them out mid veg by using high concentration of nutes without watering till runoff (i now know, that is a no-go), and light stress. i have had them under 850-1050 ppfd when flipped to flower... one of them is loving the light, one is big and bushy (had to defoliate later than i wanted), and one has good bud structure but pistils seem thin, and growth seems slower (the one with the brown polkadot party on its body) so thinking it may be stunted. either way, im seeing denser buds, and im learning the ropes, thats enough for me :) Apr 12: Last feed day... Trichomes look just about ready, will do 2 runoff waterings 48hrs apart, then 24-36 hr darkness... Will try to post trichome pics.... Super excited to see the improvements from this run vs last run...!
