Tag 51 (Blütetag 11)! Der Dschungel ruft! 🌿🔥
Die zweite Blütewoche ist angebrochen und was soll ich sagen? Der Stretch ist in vollem Gange! Seit der Umstellung am 19. Dezember haben die Z-Vallys, OreoZ Milkshakes und die Zapplez 2.0 ordentlich an Fahrt aufgenommen.
📈 Statusbericht vom Feld:
• Der Stretch: Die Mädels strecken sich jetzt massiv Richtung Licht. Dank des konsequenten LST (Low Stress Training) haben wir ein wunderschönes, gleichmäßiges Blätterdach (Canopy), das die gesamte Fläche perfekt ausnutzt.
• Wochenrückblick. Das Mikro-Wunder, sm letzten Dienstag gab es das absolute Highlight für das Bodenleben.Frischen Komposttee! ☕✨ Damit haben wir die Mikroorganismen im Living Soil so richtig befeuert, um die Nährstoffaufnahme für die kommende Blütenpracht zu maximieren.
• Technik-Check: Wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten – mein PH-Messgerät hat leider den Geist aufgegeben. 🛠️ Aber Kopf hoch: Im Living Soil von @panova25.de und @living_roots_pro verzeihen uns die Mikroorganismen solche Ausfälle eher, da das Substrat eine starke Pufferwirkung hat. Ein neues Gerät ist natürlich schon in Planung!

Hey now, hope everyone is staying safe and having a great week. The Glueberry OG started to stretch here in the past couple days and picked up 5 inches in the last 5 days, so we will see how long she continues to stretch. I will continue to feed her veg nutrients and and keep the medic grow spectrum x light in V1 mode as to help promote tighter internodal spacing. Once the stretch has stopped or at least almost stopped I will transition her to flower nutrients and introduce her to the flower spectrum of the light. I have started introducing UV/IR lighting to the grow tent for one hour before lights off.
I just focused mainly on keeping the feeding reservoir clean, and PH'd, as well as some low stress training for her to attempt to have a nice even canopy.
I am definitely more interested in flower quality than quantity at this point. I believe this lady will stretch for at least another week if not slightly longer just based on her expected harvest time of 12-13 weeks but we will see.

420 Fastbuds Week 9
Amnesia Zkittlez Auto
Hello Growers young and old, far and wide. Week 9 for these 2 gorgeous ladies. Definitely getting close to chopping them the trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few amber. I'm looking for 70/30 of amber to cloudy. The smell is super strong and flowers are dense to the touch.

This week I started training them, maybe too late. I see that one branch on one of the plants broke a little (I think it tried to grow and snapped), but it looks like it managed to form a new connection. It’s a bit weak, though. As you can see in the pictures, I made some strange training while trying to arrange the branches in a better position. I feel I should have done the topping one week earlier and started training before, as it would make it easier and probably lead to better results. Let’s see what happens.

Had an issue with black leaf spotting, made a spray to try stop it spreading took off the infected leaves, doesn’t look like it’s spread to any new leaves since I started using the spray so fingers crossed, buds starting to form nicely though nice smell coming from her very sweet. End of week 7 I’m seeing orange hairs on my nice sugary buds but is this not to early? Buds are forming nicely very resinous n rock hard but still only quite small. I’m hoping they start to swell over the last few weeks!!

There will be pleasant dreamzzzz around here in the near future, these beauties are covered in crystal and the buds are incredibly dense. They are almost near harvest and they will have a wash when the time comes. These girls have been incredible from day one and I must say, we are WOWED by this strain and the genetics within!

So I have had serious doubts about my 300W CFL grow light since day 1 so I decided to instead opt for a Mars Hydro TS1000. Looking forward to seeing if there's any difference!
With regards to my previous grow question, my tap water, while drinkable tastes terrible and has a higher than normal amount of chlorine which i heard is terrible for plants. Hence the RO water. Got hit by a really cold spell last week and I struggled to keep the tent above 16 degrees C but it's starting to get back to normal now so hopefully will see some good growth :)

So I may have set her back by a couple of day's with the new light, apart from the apparent change in wavelength from CFL to led that can cause some stress I also gave her 100% on the dimmer. Just a quick note to any newbies out there, the Mars Hydro TS1000 gives you a recommended distance from the canopy for each stage of growth but not recommended power, if your girl is at my stage of growth use 25-30%.
On the bright side she has adapted nicely and no lasting damage seems to have been done. Seeing signs of growth all over and she's back to praying :)

She recovered from the change of light nicely! She's growing like a superstar now and just got her first feed today. Gonna take it easy on the nutrients, really don't wanna stress her out anymore. I have been turning up the light strength daily and she's currently happy at 50%.

this week was great, the V1 arrived through a lot of logistical nightmares. its the final test before mass production- i will post another dairy for it but please have a look at the pics above. ive created a stylish subtle, modern way to grow 4 plants. this will be great for all levels and will save big on energy and nutrition. you just have to prune, it can even draw water into itself. anbd its 4 plants!!! stick here and youll see it in action.
ive decided to change the order in tents. now we have super strong Purple berry Kush with the returned and super strong sweet seeds Sweet cherry pie. so one tent is the strong, and the other tent is now perma auto flower, which serves for additional veg for girls who fall behind their grow peers. hope that makes sense. i think my net is pretty useless other than a visual to plan nodes. i guess the real support will come from placing more plastic rods around the colas and fastening them. hope Christmas was kind to everyone. this oncoming week will be the last week of veg i think for tent two and we flip to flower. thanks for looking.

In dieser Woche hat die Cinderella offiziell beschlossen, erwachsen zu werden – und das sieht man ihr an. Die ersten Knospenansätze sprießen wie kleine Optimisten aus jedem Seitenast und rufen: „Jetzt geht’s looos!“
Sie steht breit, selbstbewusst und unglaublich vital da – wie jemand, der genau weiß, dass ihm die neue Frisur steht. :-)
Die Blätter zeigen ein sattes, gesundes Grün, und die Blüten sind schön kompakt – ein Zeichen dafür, dass Licht, Luft und Biobizz-Nahrung hier ein echtes Dreamteam bilden. Die oberen Triebspitzen richten sich stramm nach oben und wirken, als würden sie schon Pläne für die kommenden Wochen schmieden.
Insgesamt startet die Cinderella mit ordentlich Power in die Blüte: stabil, buschig, wuchsfreudig und mit dem unmissverständlichen Ehrgeiz, in den nächsten Wochen noch richtig aufzudrehen. So darf eine Blütewoche 1 aussehen – energetisch wie der Startschuss zu einem wohlriechenden Marathon.

She is almost there as most trichomes are cloudy. One more week on nuts then one week flush and harvest time.
Should be enjoyable harvest as the plant is quite small but pack so I will trim it on the plant 😁

Days 106 - 112 (from sprout)

Chopped Loompa's Headband x Triangle Kush at day 109 - trichome check looked good enough and most of the leaves were drying out. Cut down according to biodynamic moon calendar for flowers.
Blue Nose Pit senescence finally noticeable this week - anthocyanin being it's main display, buds turning more purple
The Good Shit has a noticeable fade starting this week now
IPM: Applied enzymes (tweetmint) at a rate of 0.5 fl oz to 1/2 gallon and sprayed on cover crops + mulch

Permanent marker the 1st thing that comes to mind when I think about these seedlings is the stem out of all 12 seedlings I have going in the tent the 2 Permanent Marker seedlings stems are think when the fan blows on them they don't sway at all. 1 of the 2 seedling has some interesting wide leaves
Last grow I overwatered and had to toss them because growth got stunted and a bunch if fungus knats got to the soil. This time I'm trying promix potting soil wish I had tried promix hp but the store close by isn't a hudro store and that's what they had. So this time I'm being very cautious with the watering I'm only useing a spray bottle I'm currently giving 45 spray per solo cup every few days when it dries out. This promix soil seems to hold water decent so the 45 spray there is 0 water coming out the bottom the cup yet. Here soon I think I'm going to double the amount of spray to 90 and start letting the soil get dry dry before watering again. Probably will hold off on any nutes quite yet.
I'm going from 24/0 to 20/4 light schedule this week. There getting to the point they won't strech as much is 4 hrs of darkness and I'm rasing the light intensity a little it's been around 150 I'm upping it to around 175. Most likely by the end of the week I'll probably be pushing 200 or close. Hopefully I can get them into the big tent soon
At this stage I like to alternate having the fan blowing on them I feel it gives them time to recover and get stronger instead of wind stress. Also every few days I will turn the plants so they are facing away from the light making them grow back towards the light I fell it makes them stronger

Oct.7 day 68 buds are still stacking and getting harder every day & trichomes on all plants are now milky except for Trainwreck #2 which has turned into a long flowering sativa. Powdery mildew has gotten a little out of control on most of the potted girls so I started the long & tedious task of harvesting 1 plant per day starting with Blue Fire #1. Being a one-man operation I’m not looking forward to all the work that lies ahead however judging by the look and smell of these babies, should be well worth it in the end.
Oct.8 day 69 cut down all the main colas on Blue Fire #2 & Strawberry Banana #2. Giving the lower branches a few more days to finish then chop chop and into the freezer. 😜😁👌
Oct.10 day 71 cut down all the main colas on Godfather OG #2 and keeping the rest for fresh frozen water hash. Also started trimming Godfather OG #1 eight days after she was harvested. First time drying in the garage which is detached from the house and is not insulated. Average temps in there this week were low 50's-60's F and 55-70% humidity. My concern was temps being too low and the fluctuating humidity. So far after eight days of hang drying in the garage with 2 small fans lighty blowing directly on the colas, God father OG #1 was dry and ready for final trim. That worked out better than I hoped. 🙌
Oct.11 day 72 Trainwreck #2 got chopped whole and is hanging. I would normally trim it up quite a bit before hang drying but I need a break today.
Oct.12 day 73 Strawberry Banana #1 finally got chopped today. I shot a video of it in time lapse which compresses my five hour chop time to about one minute.

Ich war dann doch neugierig und hab mich dazu entschieden nach einer Woche einen Teil der restlichen Erde und den Rand vom Airpot zu entfernen um mal zu schauen wie sich die Wurzeln in dem Bereich machen. Und tatsächlich mehr oder wenige wie geplant und am Ende durch das verrutschen der Pflanzen oberhalb der Erde auch wie erwartet nicht ganz perfekt aber dennoch bin ich für den ersten Versuch sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn die Wurzel nicht von Fingerspitze zu Fingerspitze geht und sich der Stamm nicht mehr zur Seite sonder mehr nach oben verwachsen hat. Ist sie trotzdem sehr gelungen. Und kann sich die nächste Zeit erstmal wieder erholen und wird nur hier und da in Form gehalten.

I got curious and decided after a week to remove some of the remaining soil and the edge of the Airpot to see how the roots were doing in that area. And indeed, more or less as planned, and in the end, due to the plants shifting above the soil, it wasn't quite perfect, as expected, but I'm still very happy with it for the first attempt. Even though the root doesn't stretch from fingertip to fingertip and the stem has grown upwards instead of sideways, she still turned out very well and can now recover for a while and will only need occasional trimming.
