***** Week 6 December 23 to 29, 2020 - Days 36 to 42 from germination ***** Week 5 was certainly a stretch week and she grew tall baby👊👍 She has been doing well with her crack on the main stem from early on and when I pulled her out you could hardly tell where it was. Perfect......because she has been growing hard she is getting a little uneven in her canopy but I have been watching how hard I pull on her main stem. Correcting the situation as best I can now but with only in 3 gal pots its tough to get out further on her long branches and tie them down. Could get creative with Bamboo and creating ties but those suckers are eye pokers and I don't use them too often. Will just deal with the potential difference in height and keep pulling her harder now that I can. Silica increasing this week as well now that we close to the end of being able to shape her lower branches. She needs the strength now to defend any potential pests and to growth thick stocks so she can support the bud weight. Since she has been going hard it was time to pull her out and start trimming some lower branches now. Yes she is an auto and many say to never remove leaves, never mind branches, but I do and want to allow her to focus on top buds. I will accept a potential decrease in yield but since I am already performing LST and working with more than one top.....a gain in one area can be offset in another without too much pain😜👍 Stripped quite a few leaves from this girl. She is thick at the bottom and in the last week her node spacing has gone crazy on the 8 main branches😲 I will trim the bottom as it just doesn't get the light intensity down below......even with opening the canopy up lots those sites are still 12" to 18" lower than the tops at this point. Her side branching is really thick and looking awesome. She is showing signs of wanting to grow some big buds😀 She will be able to support the weight at least.........really nice selection Fast Buds!!!!!!! Little more detail........ Dec 23/20, Day 36 - Feeding day today. Continuing with first weeks flower feed of 2ml/L. - 2L feed with Micro, Bloom, Magnifical, AstroFlower, VeloKelp, Natures Candy @ 2ml = 800ppm and 5.8pH. - add microbes again on the next feeding!!!! Dec 24/20, Day 37 - She was given 1L of feed left from yesterday (both her and Orange Sherbet.......J47 is on a two day dry.) - Her color is good but still quite yellow in the new growth points. - pull out tomorrow and clean up lower growth and check runoff numbers. Dec 25/20, Day 38 - 2L full feed again with the same 2ml/L feed as earlier in the week for all the autos. Added AN Rhinoskin as well for silica. - 1150ppm and 5.9pH going in.........pots were really dry and perfect pretty well. - Runoff was 925ppm and 6.1pH.........I can live with that at week 2 flower😁😁 Dec 26/20, Day 39 - 2L full feed again. Had mixed up 12L yesterday. - Added 2ml/L of Microbial Mass and Piranha = 1200ppm and 5.9pH. - The girls needed their microbe allotment as we get closer to the end. - Bacteria added to help keep some of the nutrients in the media as she finishes. - next watering is more of plain water and add Terpinator. Dec 27/20, Day 40 - pots are light again in the afternoon. - 2L watering with Magnifical, Rezin, and Microbes @ 2ml. Terpinator @ 3ml = 400ppm and 5.8pH - She taking the nutrients but backing off the ppm on this watering a bit. - noticing some clawing in the girl.....start of some excess nitrogen or environmental??? Keeping an eye on it👌 Dec 28/20, Day 41 - the girl is hungry so feeding again today with full nutrients. - 2.5L watering today, stepping up from 2L volume. - Full line of Remo, all 6 parts plus silica again @ 2ml = 1150ppm and 5.9pH Dec 29/20, Day 42 - another feeding in the morning today. Pot was really light. - 2L in the morning giving with same feed of 1150ppm and 5.9pH. - her colour change in the leaves is really popping out now. Bud is all purple but the leaves are turning purple as well. - noticing leaf colour is getting even to the other girls for green. No need to compensate any deficiency anymore......in fact watch over feeding now😀 - in the evening, 12 hours later, pots were pretty light so gave another 1.25L of feed that was left over for 16L mixture yesterday. - she had a total of 3.5L feed today......water tomorrow and not feed. She is doing very well at the start of the week. Canopy height is good but her node spacing has me concerned a bit. Looks like we are going to get some beautiful colours from this girl as her buds are purple already. Leaf colour already has a yellow huge to her........Purple Lemonade baby......on point!!!!.......nice work Fast Buds.......this strain is making a lot of growers go, DAMN she's freaking awesome😁😁😁

Die kleine wächst schön flott und macht nach meinem derzeitigen Kenntnisstand einen sehr gesunden Eindruck. Mal sehen wie die Grüntöne aussehen, sobald Sie das nächste Blätterpaar entwickelt. Geplant ist später, ca. ab der 3 Blütewoche, eine Zugabe von UVB Strahlen. Bei der Hulk Berry habe ich damit ein unglaubliches Aroma erzielt. Zudem bin ich der Überzeugung, dass der "hohe" THC Gehalt im Allgemeinen, nicht zwangsläufig eine Gute Wirkung bedeutet. Viel wichtiger ist, wie die Trichome aufgeteilt sind. Eine Verfärbung ist meines Erachtens nach immer ein recht sicheres Anzeichen dafür, dass es sich um eine schöne Wirkung handeln wird. Hulk Berry, THC Bomb, sind beide starke Sorten. Jedoch fand ich AK 47 bis jetzt am aller besten. Direkt danach kam die Blueberry mit "nur" 16%. Aber die Wirkung war Rund und wunderbar. Eventuell teste ich im nächste Grow mal Califorina Orange, mal sehen. 16.11.2020 Tag 9 Ich kann nicht klagen, wie schon bei der Begutachtung der keimenden Wurzel vermutet, handelt es sich bei dem erwischen Samen um einen sehr starken. Die kleine Banane wächst sehr Gut, macht einen sehr gesunden Eindruck und hat ein passendes Farbbild. 16.11.2020 Tag 9 16:16 Uhr Aller Erstes LST erledigt. Der Stamm sollte Morgen früh schon merklich kräftiger und vor allem Widerstandsfähiger sein.

First week of bloom 💯💚

Start Date: June 11th 2021 Day 1: Planted the Green Crack seeds directly in soil. Watered with PH’d water. Jars placed over top to keep humidity in. Now we wait! Day 4: Seeds sprouted!

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

This update was made Day 58 from seed. I just now realized I've had my day count offset by about 2-3 days. No biggie, at least it's been rectified. Anyways, onto the update. Beautiful deep purple tones have begun peeking throughout the plant. Similar to my lemon berry but with more of a magenta hue. Feedings have been rather frequent. 2-3 nute feedings last week. With XSD. For the rest of the grow, XSD will be omitted. Just molasses and Liquid Seaweed from here on out. Absolutely love the development of this photo period variety. I'll probably give this strain a rest for the next journal, however. Still need to spread my wings with Ethos' catalogue.

APRIL 18TH 2024 - The 3rd batch of clones was taken yesterday and mother plants stripped back aggressively now that focus will be going toward the beds and clones. The generation 2 mom's are going to be vegged up and ready to produce our second harvest's set of clones. We have taken 3 batches of clones kept them in half gallon bags in each of the beds so we can pick the absolute best of each to transplant into the beds & proceed into the grow with. Next update will be of each individual diary! We got @Seedsman Purple Ghost Candy in this cycle by splitting the Exotic Animal bed half Purple Ghost Candy ! Tropicana flowers 🌞☀️🌤️🌦️🌧️ Plant is 15 cm high because of low stress training. The length is 31 cm. Day 36: Sun is shining, 15-23 degrees, high humidity. Tropicana gets two liters of pure rainwater. Spend the day in my veggie garden working. In the evening I brought some 🐞for Tropicana because I spottet a few lice. My mood changes drastically as I find spider mites eggs, first and second stadium. Don‘t overthink that and decide to defoliate the plant immediately. I prepare a tee out of the leaves which brings fast relaxation. My mood is much better now. Day 37 In the morning with better light I find more spider mites and decide to wash the plant with rainwater. Can‘t find after any more of these little killer dwarfs. I decide to bring more beetles and check the leafs more often. Temperature is felling under 20 degrees, it‘s raining and the humidity is 87%. Day 38 In the early morning I couldn‘t find any mites on Tropicana. Got to continue controlling this in the next weeks regular. I‘m sure they are still there somewhere hidden in a dark spot. 🌦️ 13 - 21 degrees and humidity is around 60-70%. Day 39 🌦️🌧️ Very rainy day. Just let Tropicana enjoy life and tie down the top one more time. 🐞 stay since some days. One on every plant. I think the mites are a result of their start inside and no hygiene at all. Have the same with my peppers some years. 14 - 21 degrees, humidity around 84% Day 40 🌧️☁️🌤️☀️15 degrees, humidity 83% We listen to Roots Reggae, Tropicana is happy and quite busy with producing new roots, I guess. Don‘t understand when to stop low stress training. I think it’s enough now. She needs a rest. Day 41 🌧️⛈️🌧️🌧️ 15 - 19 degrees, humidity up to 89% We had rainfall today around 65 liters of water. I collected enough of it for the next weeks. Day 42 ☀️ 6 - 23 degrees. Humidity is falling. Tropicana enjoys the morning sun while she drinks and drinks and drinks…. Coffee. 😅
