May 24th - Day 97: It's amazing to see how well the babies have recovered. Unfortunately, two of them have pretty much died, but hey, more space for the others to grow! Humidity is still quite unstable because I increased the frequency of watering, but it will be fixed soon. I will update on Sunday. They're drinking really well, about 60L every 2 days for 10 plants. I need to figure out a bigger container to hold enough water for a whole week.

The big day is here! 😎 Today, March 28th, 104 days (15 weeks) after germination, I have harvested my first indoor photoperiod plant. It has been an incredible challenge, especially managing it in the middle of a winter environment, but the results speak for themselves. 📏 Harvest Data (Wet Weight) -Total Wet Weight: 56.5 grams (15.7g + 40.8g). -Final Height: 40 cm of pure density. -Status: Rock-hard buds and an impressive resin layer. -Dry Estimate: I estimate that after water loss (60-70% less), the final dry weight will be between 14 and 17 grams, given how dense the buds are and the cold conditions we’ve faced. 🌡️ Process Summary -Managing a grow with lows of 12°C for my first indoor photoperiod experience has been difficult. I am aware that a climate control system would have been ideal, but the budget is what it is 😆. Despite the limitations, using lukewarm water for irrigation and controlling the lamp height were vital. This plant has been a great learning experience, and I am sure the next one will be much better, applying everything I’ve discovered during these 15 weeks. Now, on to a slow and controlled dry so the flavor is as spectacular as its look! I want to wrap up this diary by thanking everyone who has joined me during these 15 weeks. Your likes, and comments have been an extra motivation to pull this Critical through despite the cold challenges. It has been an incredible learning journey, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my first indoor photoperiod plant. Week 4 This week 4/28-5/4 Germination April 6. Week 1 water only Week 2 water only Week 3 added recharge and TPS1 increased ppm to 570. Week 4 continues with recharge and TPS1. I added Fox Cal mag increasing ppm to 685 - 805. 5/1 That was a fun feeding week. I got heavy handed with the TPS1 which put the ppm to 1600= so I had to dilute with more water which changed the ph. So I carefully added the smallest amount oh PHdown..then the PH was 5.08 so then added ph up. Oops too high, let’s try again. Ok finally within range with 6.02. Am I the only one?? Hopefully next week I have better control on the nutes. With my AC controller in charge of the humidifier, I must add 3-4 gallons of water a day. (Getting my lifting exercises in regularly). Girls are fed 2 liters of water every other day. Nutrients: TPS1 7ml per gal Recharge 5 ml/gal Fox Cal-mag 5 ml/gal Took pics 5/1 and 5/3 which show the vigorous leaf growth after only 2 days following defoliation and training. Hello Diary. We have reached the end of this journey. Ten weeks in total, three weeks of vegetation and seven weeks of flowering, a total of 78 days since Sherbet Queen sprouted. Last week there were no surprises, I watered the plants regularly and observed the development of trichomes. As all three plants started to show here and there some brown trichomes at the end of the week, I decided on the 71st day to harvest. All in all I am very pleased with the look of the plant, it has developed nicely, the flowers are large and juicy and the smell is citrusy diesel. I had to connect the branches well because they started to bend a lot due to the weight, so I was afraid they would break because I wanted to place it nicely for the last photo shoot. It will now dry upside down for at least two weeks in the dark. The ventilation will stay on to make the airflow better. The condition in the grow box is satisfactory, the temperature is around 29 degrees and the humidity is slightly lower than 50%, and one fan blows all the time, mixing the air in the box. Here’s what the last week looked like. 19/07/2021 - Day 65. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.3 and with 8 liters of water I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 30 degrees and 51% humidity. 21/07/2021 - Day 67. Watering. p.H 6.4. Same procedure as two days earlier. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 41% humidity. 23/07/2021 - Day 69. Last watering. p.H I dropped to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 48% humidity. 25/07/2021 - Day 71. Photography and Harvest. After taking photos and video, I cut off the plant at the bottom of the stalk and hung it in a grow-box to dry in the dark. Whenever I write a report from the last week, some nostalgia overwhelms me after the harvest. Yet during that time you take care of that plant, send it positive energy, and hope it will reward you richly. In this case, I think I succeeded. See you soon with the final report.

86 days from seed in soil until chopped. Roughly 40g dry weight. I ended up pressing most of it into Live rosin, however I kept some in flower form to smoke. Personally, I'm not big into the scent or smell of this strain, but it stays true to it's sativa roots and everyone who has tried it has really enjoyed it. I'm not a big fan of this strain, purely based off the fact that my nose doesn't like the smell of this plant. It smells like chicked-peas (the stuff hummus is made from). It's very odd I know. However every one who has smoked it, including myself has enjoyed it. But if I'm picking and choosing, then this one would be near the bottom. I ended up turning a vast majority into live rosin and it is much, much better. Amazing for listening to music and cleaning the house👌

Made my first mistake by just shoving the seed into an unsoaked rapid rooter without actually germinating first. Took a whole week to get to this point!

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next week +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week, and I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. It's Vegi Week 3, and you can clearly see that the ladies enjoyed the great weather. Unfortunately, the weather is not expected to be so nice in the coming days, though temperatures should remain around 25°C.

14/02/22: the plants have had their final defolitation so they can really concentrate on building bigger buds in the final weeks before harvest. Some colas look ready and others not... have had to add my garden sticks to support the plants.

I'm really happy with the gas tax x obama runtz plant is doing. It started out so small, I wasn't sure if it was gonna make it. But lately it's taken off. The leaves are a lot bigger and the colors are so vibrant. I can tell it's happy and healthy now. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.

Made a big error this week and forgot to water these guys for about 5 days. They did not enjoy it and dried up a lot, but theyre not dead yet! The Zkittlez shouldnt have been affected too badly cos it was nearly done, i hope the lemon ak will revover tho and keep bulking up. I am going to cut down the Zkittlez this week, and leave the lemon a couple more. It looks much bulkier just not dense so gonna leave it a little longer.
