Giving Alien Vs Triangle a second try after my first started showing signs of herming (bananas). Planted the seed directly in soil and she sprouted in 5 days. I'm not going to do HST bending as I did with the first one. I know I accidentally went overboard with HST the first time and that most likely caused her to herm out. I want to get her to harvest as quickly as possible so just going to do some light defoliation and a FIM pinch on this girl. The first AVT smelled insanely good when I chopped her, I'm looking forward to bringing this one to a proper harvest. 👍 My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Today is the last day, tomorrow i will harvest her. I removed all large fanleaves and took some pre-harvest pictures. 23-2 Today is harvest day! I left the buds on the branches and hang them to dry. The buds are pretty airy and foxtaily, but very resinous, she smells good, but i think the buds are a bit overdried. End results: Trim: 18.12 Gram. Popcorn buds: 37,11 Gram. Normal Buds: 70,98 Gram. Total buds: 108,09 Grams. I will post the progress of me making bubble hash in this diary very soon, so if you are interested make sure to keep an eye out!

She stayed small, in the veg stage its a bit a challenge to get the branches going its important u give all heads light by bending the big leaves under them, dont defoliate the big leaves as long the branches havent reached out over the pot, once she flowers she gave a quick stretch and all head started bulcking in no time. 10/10 . Two different types.

What a great week! We only gave them their nutrients once this week, and it seemed to be just enough for the girls. They're all fighters and are showing it every day. The greenhouse is starting to work in our favor during the day because when it was humid enough, the temperature was perfect. One of the girls, Osaka, started to grow rapidly, and we noticed that it may have been due to the fact that she was collecting the rainwater that had seeped inside the greenhouse. The rainwater had just the right pH to allow her to grow not only rapidly but beautifully. It was very unexpected at first, and now she's starting to look like our shining star. One of them, Ben, also looks like she's flowering a little, but we're not sure what to do since it's still a little early... Hoping for the best and, as always, hoping for rain!

Day 22 white pistils 👍🌱 only had root juice and bio grow gonna remove root juice and add molasses this week at one teaspoon per litre she shows that shes not hungry no nute burn yet small signs that she can do with abit less nitrogen I'm not gonna lower my nitrogen at the sametime I'm not gonna up it either she been getting 1l feeds every 48 hours gonna up it to 1.5l keep an eye out for next update 🌱🧞‍♂️🍾🕹️🎮 I've been training her LST since day 14 and folding looks like shes gonna have some good bud sites 🍾🧞‍♂️ I've put the light schedule to 20on 4off so he can get rested during flower keep the stress down to a minimum 🤓

Although i did some LST on the main cola, she is grown 26 cm in height. I'd like to bend only the main to get a sort of an even canopy, i've bend the rest of the tops on a daily bases to create a sort of bowl and later in the week i actually bend some of her stems to the side. I'd like to do as least as possible with the auto's at this stage,so no defoliation. I think autos are less stressed if you leave your leaves, also you can see there are a lot of other cola so no need to do so. I'd lower my nutrients, i'd fill my resevoir with only PH water for 2 days, now i'm back with 1.0 EC (10 ml/10 liter) plagron coco A + B. i've bought a new Bluelab PH meter, I think this is a very good investment because the only problems i have last year are because of PH. Also in the beginning of the grow again problems with PH so hopefully all that is history now. It is very fast with a stable reading and also very nice as well. Thanks for watching

D92/FD64 - Nothing new to report here...pistils darkening some and retracting so getting there. Not really that frosty I must say but then again, no UVB on them to give them that boost! Still feared for the 2 big girl colas, they were nearest the Botrytis outbreak on the Red Hot Cookies - bought a Hotbox Sulfume (and about 50 other potential organic pesticide options from Potassium Bicarb to Trichoderma/Bacillus mixes!!! :P ) for the next run but thinking of an emergeny couple of 2 hour blasts to ensure any spores in there killed as if I dont, I may have nothing at all at the end of this! It's either live with a *possible* taste (A lot of people seem to say short blasts, a couple of days apart, leaves no [discernable] taste, even v. late in flower - plus most finishers/flushers are high in Sulfur as the plant uses it for terps/oils and the likes) or no taste as everything is for the firepit!!! Apart from that, just monitoring for any weird changes to sugar leaves that may imply signs of trouble. Happy growing all!!! 💪

No idea about the weight. I'll have to update when they are dry. I'll buy a hanging scale next cycle so I can measure moisture loss. The temp is now around 21-23 C, but the RH is holding around 60% so hopefully it'll still be a slow, steady dry. One smelled of pure grapefruit, one almost like Rhubarb and very gassy, the other was more citrus.. still a bit of grapefruit and gas, but more of a bergamot smell. At different points I've smelled Rhubarb, pepper, mint and cream/milk coming from these plants. Will be an interesting smoke.

Growth is phenomenal , scent is starting to get stronger. Looking super healthy noticeable growth daily. That bud candy from advanced nutrients is really coming into work now. Some old autos I’ve been working on crossing for awhile. Making the switch back to coco so just doing a small LST test run and a cheap drip emitter system. Did the old paper towel method in a Tupperware container placed onto a heating pad with 100% sprouted. Started on a very diluted feed. Letting them get anchored and will switch to bottom feeding for my first few feeds to get the roots chasing the moisture to build a solid root system early, then back to the top drip system. Going to be playing with some of my leftover nutes so won’t be following any set charts. 1.5ml micro,grow,bloom and a drop of cal mag
