This week or a bit more was absolutely fucked up. Heavy rain and cold strong winds every day, but it is getting better now. Plants keep growing taller, except for White Whidow, which is the only one whos flowering well at the moment.

This huzzy will not stretch no matter what. Maybe an inch. Hard to reach the back side to adjust netting. 3 week defoliation to open up more bud spots to get some weight packed on em. Weak smelling still. 30 ml PBPB 15 ml sb 15 ml Cm Ph 6.1

Good growth this week, the roots have already reached the pots! The Blackberry Cake seems to develop nicely but it's still smaller than the two others. I topped the plants and started to apply some LST and they responded very well. This is the first time I try to do some LST without bending the main stem, let's see how it goes. I increased the light power to 75%. I moved the fan to be further away from the Blackberry Cake because it seems that it suffered from the wind, the leaves look and feel dry. During watering, only a small quantity of water ran down in the saucer and I poured 2l in each pot. The Blackberry Cake and the Cashew Kush looked a bit droopy, I think I should have watered a bit sooner. Auto Northern Dragon Fuel is growing great. She has been making a lot of progress. I have been keeping up on lst and selective defoliation. She looks like she is just getting ready to start producing her first pistils. Every other day I get her ph and fresh nutrition in her. I will likely cut back on the nitrogen some if I can. She might use a bunch at stretching. She is looking great. First week of flower for the 1, both responding well...decided to clean them up a little let some light get through with some defoliation.. Starting to take shape ✌️🏼pushing the smaller ones limits as she's not in flower yet so I've topped her, pinned her down let's see what can happen 🤔

So this week isnt over yet, i just wanted to say that im pretty certain she is starting to show her sex! I dont have any pictures yet as they are really really really tiny but i think this will be my last week that i give her veg nutes and next feeding will be with tiger bloom and probably still likely big bloom too. I cant wait to show you guys the progress is been so exciting! The branch i accidentally almost took off because i pressed down too hard is doing well it isnt fully healed yet but we have time so im not too worried and none of the leaves are wilting or looking like they are dying so i think and hope it will hold out and be healthy and strong by flowering time so it can hold its weight! P.S. it wouldnt let me post without a picture so heres the first frame for this weeks time lapse before its done for the week! Alright guys week 4 has officially ended and im putting the edited time lapse up for you all to see, week 4 was phenomenal and the growth alone has been starting to get crazy big i cant believe it! So i was 100% correct about earlier in the week and she is currently showing signs of pistils starting to form on some branches so this will mark my last week giving her veg nutes and next feeding cycle will be with some flowering nutes. I decided to defoliate her today to try and get rid of any ugly leaves as well as fan leaves that werent needed. it really spaced out the plant some more for good lighting to penetrate it all hopefully. The branch that i accidentally injured is doing good still healing up i think but i do believe that in time it will be 100% of what i can be given the circumstances. im just happy and it hasnt seemed to stunt the growth of that branch at all either its getting really big. Thanks for all the love and support guys i cant wait to get her to harvest and to be able to say im smoking my own weed after dry and cure! I gave her some Cal-Mag too to help with possible deficiencies later on in the flower cycle but not a ton because i dont want to over do it!

At 112 days from seed, 70 days from when the lights were switched to 12-12, 57 days from when the first flowers were observed, I was seeing a few more amber trichomes everyday so I chopped her down. I was thrilled with the harvest. We'll see what the dry weight is but wet weight is 19.5oz ~ 554grams. Not a huge mistake but I wish I would have either used a scrog screen or done manifolding or vegged a little shorter and given more attention to guiding and managing the stretch. I think manifolding would have been best as she is a tall, stretchy plant. I didn't have the support I wish I did. The breeder says that she'll probably need some support and I think my consistency would have been better with a more uniform canopy height. Zero issues with mold, bud rot, root rot, pests, etc. Great plant!0 After letting her dry for 5 days, I weighed the harvest again and put it in jars. Buds are still sparkly and sticky and resiny. Not super compact, but my growing conditions were a little warm so I can't fault the genes. Dried weight is only 19% of wet weight which is less than I expected. She had a little more water weight than I thought when I chopped her down. I had my first sample of her. One good hit is all you'd want. I'd call the affect balanced. Great, strong hybrid. Somewhat in your head and up, but also a relaxed feeling in your body. I wouldn't want to over do it but a little is very nice! I'm glad I have almost 4 oz of it. :-)000

Unfortunately, I couldn’t react immediately, so the ladies were without water again for a few hours. I’ve ordered a TrolMaster program device and additional sensors AMP-3 for pH, EC and humidity, and temperature control. No more messing around! Water consumption is gradually decreasing, and electrical conductivity of the water is slowly rising. I’m starting to reduce the strength of the nutrient solution. Each subsequent tank refill will be at approximately 1.0EC. Good plant overall, wish it was a bigger plant because bud structure is very nice Had a little bit of spider mites but took care of it quickly, overall handled the heat very well and this one had no bud rot Will run this stain again since I have some more seeds, hoping for a bigger phenotype next time :)

10/18, day 74 While only getting a tiny bit taller, the colas are bulking up, trichomes are developing, and the colors are amazing. She's so pretty! We're starting to take more stemmed leaves off in preparation for harvest, and they are ready to come off, with beautiful yellow fading. There are sooooo many reddish-orange hairs, and it seems most of the tops are being taken over by purples now. 10/21, day 77 Violet's leaves are turning brown and beginning to curl now. When looking at her trichomes, it seems there is not as much amber today as there was yesterday somehow. Every time we open the cabinet, it seems she has changed. 10/23 day 79 Violet has been exploding with trichomes the last couple of days, and I'm just like WOW!! Upon doing more research on trichomes and their development, I found an article that explains things so nicely (Link: https://www.greencultured.co/cannabis-trichomes-overview/ ) In this article, I learned about the three different types of trichomes: bulbous, capitate sessile, and capitate stalked. The stalked being the tall pretty ones we like to see, which also contain the most resin. At a certain point, the short sessiles develop into the stalked, increasing from 30% to 80-90%. This is kind of far down the article in the section titled "Latest Cannabis Trichome Research." It also explains that the stalked trichomes contain 16 cells while sessile trichomes only contain 8, so the stalked trichome explosion Violet has been having is doubling her medicinal value. I believe that her increasingly strong smell is a sign that this is good information, so I encourage you to check it out. I do not know them, nor have any arrangements with them, I really did just find the article that helpful. Oh, Violet, our time together is going to be over soon!!
