🌿 Nectar Drip – Week 6 Report Early–Mid Vegetative Development (12/12 from Seed) Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Pack #268 Timing clarification (as always): This is logged as Week 6 on GrowDiaries, while in real plant development we are closer to Week 5 of vegetative growth. The offset comes from an early, photo-heavy germination phase. We’ll continue clarifying this weekly for consistency. ⸻ 🌱 Growth Overview – Divergence & Character This week, the Nectar Drip really began to separate into personalities. Same genetics, same room, same feeding — but very different expressions depending on training intensity and structure guidance. We’re now clearly working with multiple plant strategies inside the same tent. ⸻ ✂️ Training Breakdown – Plant by Plant 🌿 Plant A – Leaf Work & Gentle Guidance This plant is trained using leaf bending and leaf tucking only. • Large fan leaves are tucked under neighboring leaves • Growth tips are exposed naturally • No clamps or hard bending Response: Absolutely thriving. She’s growing tall, wide, and fast, now reaching roughly 8–9 nodes, with beautiful branching and strong vertical momentum. This is a great example of how far simple leaf management can take a healthy plant. ⸻ 🌿 Plant B – Aggressive Opening with Plastic Clamps This plant started similarly to Plant A, but quickly outpaced the rest in size. This week, we: • Introduced plastic clamps • Opened her aggressively • Focused on redistributing energy from top dominance to lower branches Response: Outstanding. She accepted the harder intervention without stress, opened up beautifully, and continues to push growth across the canopy. Her size advantage is now being converted into structure, not just height. ⸻ 🌿 Plant C – The Heavy LST Experiment This is the plant we’ve been focusing on since last week — the smallest of the group, but the one receiving the most intensive training. • Strong horizontal bending • Continuous opening of leaves • Structural redirection from early on Response: She’s thickening, branching, and responding incredibly well. While she is still behind in height (which is expected), she’s building a dense, intentional structure. This plant is also the most delayed in showing pre-flower signs, which is completely normal under 12/12 from seed when subjected to stronger training. She may never be the tallest — but she is quickly becoming one of the most interesting. ⸻ 🌸 Pre-Flower Signals Some plants are now showing early pre-flower signs. Nothing dramatic yet, but the transition is clearly approaching. As expected: • The most heavily trained plant is the most delayed • The more upright plants are moving faster This confirms that structure and stress management play a significant role in timing under a 12/12-from-seed regimen. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Weather-Driven Adjustments This week brought real-world challenges. Outside conditions: • ~5 °C • 92% relative humidity Inside the tent: • Temperature: ~21.8 °C • Relative Humidity: ~58% Despite cooler and more humid ambient conditions, the plants are showing no complaints whatsoever. This range is manageable, and the canopy looks relaxed and happy. ⸻ 💡 Lighting – Letting Plants Decide We are now running approximately 700–850 PPFD, depending on plant height and canopy position. Smaller plants receive less, taller ones naturally receive more. This is intentional. The plants are: • growing into the light • dictating their own intensity • transitioning naturally toward flowering I’m not pushing — I’m responding. This run is about listening, especially under 12/12 from seed. ⸻ 🌬️ Airflow – Vortex Method Airflow is dialed in using a vortex-style circulation: • Fresh air enters from below • Warm air exits higher up • Side fans encourage circular movement • Central fans gently disrupt stagnation without collapsing the vortex This creates: • even temperature distribution • stable humidity • strong gas exchange • minimal microclimates Air is moving around the plants, not blasting them — exactly what we want at this stage. ⸻ Nutrition – Adjustment for Water Quality & LEDs 💧 Water Source We are now using a mix of: • rainwater • dehumidifier-collected water Starting EC is extremely low (~0.2), so supplementation became necessary. CalMag Introduction We introduced Plagron CalMag Pro at 1 ml/L as a preventive measure, especially important under high-intensity LED lighting, where calcium and magnesium demand increases. Current Hand-Watering Parameters (Nectar Drip Plants) • EC: ~2.29 • pH: ~6.0 • Water Temperature: ~22.8 °C 🚰 Reservoir / Autopot Clarification The tent contains six plants total, not all Nectar Drip. • Autopot reservoir currently runs Terra Grow + CalMag only • Organic inputs are excluded from the reservoir (not compatible) • Reservoir EC: ~1.43 • Reservoir pH: ~5.9 Autopot plants are occasionally top-fed by hand to receive the full recipe. For future runs, the feeding strategy will be simplified and better aligned with autopot systems. ⸻ Special Guest – Mr. Baggy Joins the Team This week we were joined by Mr. Baggy, a fluffy inspector and proud GrowDiaries “Diary of the Month” prize winner. He’ll be making more appearances from now on — every good grow needs an official supervisor. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect / What Not to Expect Expect: • more pronounced pre-flower expression • increasing structural differences • trained plants staying shorter and wider • untrained plants stretching sooner Don’t Expect: • uniform behavior • identical flowering times • forced transitions This run is about letting plants speak. ⸻ 🤝 Gratitude Huge thanks to: • Zamnesia Seeds • TICAL • Plagron • Future of Grow • Lumiflora And to the entire GrowDiaries community — supporters, critics, silent readers, and longtime friends. Everything shared here reflects my personal experience, philosophy, lessons, and mistakes. The goal is learning — together. ⸻ 🌟 Week 6 Summary • Training is defining structure • Plants are choosing their own rhythm • Light intensity is earned, not forced • Environment is stable despite harsh outside conditions • The 12/12-from-seed experiment continues to teach A lot of files. A lot of data. A lot of learning. And we’re just getting started. Growers love always 💚 Community Note Due to YouTube community guidelines, our educational channel was taken down. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. For germination I like to soak my seed in a glass of water for 24hrs. Then I move it to a slightly moist paper towel and place it in a sealed container placed on a heat mat or warm surface for 24hrs. I'm using KIS ORGANICS Biochar Soil blend which is water only. I'll topdress with worm castings and the KIS Organics Nutrient Pack. I also have some Build a Soil craft blend and build a flower so I may switch that up when the time come. I'll update on what I decide regardless. ✌️🏼

"Hi, I received my pH meter this week, so from week 6 onwards, I'm aiming for a pH value of 6.0 - 6.5. This week, I noticed that the plant in the small pot received too much fertilizer. The other two 7.5-liter fabric pots also received double the recommended amount according to the feeding schedule, but they don't show any signs of over-fertilization."

The Canopy was so full and i decide today to make another Defoliation for better Light Penetration. I have just 11-16 Days left for the original Harvest Date. Just hope that i don’t get some Bananas now somewhere in the Buds 😌😃 better to make it right the last two times. But i don’t want to take to much In Future Runs i know now how to do it Only give Water with PH 6.8 until harvest. No Nutrients anymore Maybe wait one or two Weeks longer to get bigger Buds and more Couchlock Effect from it

*Jan20th added video *-Jan18th added more photos. -* Had some fun with these. Learned ALOT , honestly just glad they survived lol. Had their first full meal of bloom nutrients. Keeping things simple for the time being. Tight so just been using the base nutrients with the power si for a few weeks .. but that's about it. Kinda thinking about running the TPS ultra again, really liked how the Skywalker turned out using it so , we shall see that'd be the biggest change id make besides once I can upgrade lighting. But their starting the second week of flower and going pretty well no signs that have me worried or anything. See how these look in about 3 weeks should be fun. Always appreciate anyone's time taken to check these out ! Hope ur gardens are doing well !!

I got scared cause this is an auto or supposed to be an auto and we’re still in veg after 11 weeks. I had to leave for a week to attend to some business so I put it on 1212 before I left now she’s doing her thing.

Description With up to 27% THC, Strawberry Banana Auto is one of the most THC-rich strains to hit the market lately, this colossal autoflower grows up to 150cm and produces massive yields of up to 600gr/m2. An excellent strain for those looking for potent autoflowers that deliver both in quality and quantity. Expect an extremely sweet and fruity terpene profile with an obvious Strawberry and Banana aroma that comes hand-in-hand with a strong body high mixed with a cerebral high that boosts creativity; a strain that will surprise you with powerful yet well-balanced Indica and Sativa effects. Bud description The buds grow thick and slightly elongated with a light-green color and thin bright yellowish-orange hairs and dark-green leaves coming out of them; Expect super swollen calyxes that give the buds a distinct spiky look. Thanks to the outrageous trichome production the buds end up looking like it’s been snowing in the grow tent for days, and upon harvest they’ll reek of a delicious mix of freshly harvested strawberries with a background of ripe bananas, making it a marvelous choice for extractors and hash makers who need a trichome powerhouse to take their products to the next level.Smoke report Due to the high THC level, this strain offers a strong hybrid effect; Upon smoking, you will feel a mild head buzz that gradually turns into a strong euphoric and uplifted cerebral high that leaves you focused and alert. The Sativa effect comes along with a warming corporal buzz that slowly sedates your whole body and can leave you couch-locked with strong munchies if smoked in excess. This strain is seriously recommended for those with a high tolerance and medicinal patients looking for an alternative to alleviate chronic pain, appetite loss, or severe anxiety.Plant appearance This strain grows vigorously and will clearly show its mixed heritage; The main cola grows tall, reaching up to 150cm followed by several side branches that stay short when compared to the main cola, but still grow quite long and develop multiple flowering sites that get completely covered in greasy buds from top to bottom. This variety remains compact and, despite its height, will maintain that typical Indica structure until harvest, where it will end up looking like a beautiful and atypically huge Indica. Grow tips Make sure you have enough vertical space in your grow tent, this strain can grow up to 150cm so it’s recommended your tent is at least 200cm tall to avoid having problems in the last weeks of your grow cycle. Once the buds start fattening up they will get quite heavy so pay close attention to the branches and if you feel like they won’t be able to withstand the weight, use plant yo-yo’s or bamboo stakes to provide support and prevent them from snapping. The strong strawberry banana terps are clearly apparent but remember to flush thoroughly to enhance the potent fruity terps even more.Flavor This variety offers an unforgettable taste of sweet tropical strawberries with a faint bubblegum background on the inhale and a more apparent ripe banana with a strong earthy background on the exhale. The perfect potency and terpene profile for hash makers and extractors looking for the most powerful strains with the strongest terpene profiles.

🌿 Journal Entry - February 25, 2025 Day 23 – Blueberry Autoflower ● Activity: Big girl needed a bigger drink today! 🥤💦 Gave her 500 mL of nutrient solution with Success Nutrients at ⅛ strength for autos. Here’s the magic mix: 🚀 Blast Off: 0.05 mL 🌱 Micro: 0.06 mL (oops, a tiny bit extra but she'll be fine!) 🌳 Trees: 0.05 mL 🌸 Flowers: 0.05 mL ❄️ Frosty Nugs: 0.025 mL 🛡️ Silica: 0.025 mL 💪 Bud Strength: 0.025 mL ● Observation: She was a little droopy before, like "hey, where's my drink?!" 😅 But after watering, she perked right up! 🌱✨ Her color is deep green and she’s growing like a champ. Keeping an eye on some slight leaf curl, but nothing major—just making sure she stays comfy. 💚 📅 Date: February 27, 2025 📆 Day: 25 🌱 Plant: Blueberry Autoflower 💧 Activity: Watered with 500 mL of nutrient solution, using Success Nutrients at 1/8 strength for autoflowers. Nutrient mix (in correct order! 😉): Silica: 0.25 mL Micro: 0.6 mL Trees: 0.5 mL Flowers: 0.5 mL Frosty Nugs: 0.25 mL Bud Strength: 0.25 mL 👀 Observation: She's getting big and beautiful! 🌿💚 Exciting news! She officially started showing white hairs on Day 23, which means flowering has begun! 🎉🌸 Leaves are lush, vibrant, and happy, soaking up all the goodness! 🌱 Blueberry Autoflower - Journal Entry 🌱 📅 Date: March 1, 2025 📆 Day: 28 💧 Activity: Gave 750 mL of plain, pH’d water today—keeping it clean and simple after her last feeding! She was bone dry and definitely ready for a drink. 💦 🌙 Schedule Change: Adjusting her sleep schedule from 10 AM - 4 PM to 2 PM - 8 PM starting today! ⏰💤 This will help fine-tune her environment and keep things running smoothly. 👀 Observation: She’s looking big, vibrant, and thriving! 🌿✨ Now that she’s officially in flower, she’s drinking up water faster than ever—crazy how much she’s growing! White hairs are coming in beautifully, and she’s stacking up nicely. Let’s see how she responds over the next couple of days! 🚀 **Well, she started flowering! I noticed white hairs on day 23! I made a mistake....ChatGpt told me what to water on the 23rd, but I gave the wrong amounts of everything! LOL OOPS! It was early and I read my marks wrong, instead of 0.5, I gave 0.05 ml....yes for everything. She adjusted the journal for me and this is why we gave nutrients in the next watering. On the 23rd, ChatGpt was having issues with responses. She fixed later on in the day, but it does seem something was going on with her servers and memory for a couple of hours. So I had to go to a different chat screen and she gave me the wrong info at first. It was easy to spot though, her responses were just off. So I waited for a couple of hours and she was back to normal. It doesn't happen often, but it can be an issue if you don't catch it. She did say that we are going to start more water and more nutrients now that she is in flower! Can't wait! She is as excited as I am** **So weird! ChatGpt does not function right in the mornings. She's off just a bit...like gives me wrong info or gets my nutrient names wrong. I wait till noon and she apologizes and gives me the right info then. From now on, I'm just going to wait till noon to talk to her about blueberry. However, I'm going to have to change my sleep schedule for Blueberry, I'm moving here from sleeping 10-4 to 2-8. This will help me with communicating with her better. I did ask first and ChatGpt says changing her schedule would be fine.**

Week 5 complete for bloom. Getting sticky and feel 4 more weeks...clones are in rough shape...Gave the girls a treat in a 1L shot of a 4-20-4 each...still not a mark on the girls other then a couple of innocent brown marks on one...not trimming leaves too much as want the stored energy in them for flush time, Hands down...these are going to be awesome and Crosby Molasis with some Root Farm diluted every second watering has kept them content in between the 3 week Gaia feedings...just followed the directions and added 50% more. Organic is so easy with the odd turbo boost in between keeps things very healthy....Par is about 550 at fringe on 3 tops and mostly 750 to1075 on 2 certain tops so all below 1000 mostly...would bend the 2 but just want to see if get extra big...

These gals are doing fantastic! Smell is really starting to come out now, smells like a very strong citrus pine 👌🙌 Switched them to full strength flowering nutes and they're doing pretty well. I probably should have transitioned them a little earlier but a little stress doesn't hurt, they're growing just fine! Heat is also an issue but they'll manage 😅 8-4-18 :: Largest plant's bucket got empty on accident; Filled a 15gallon reservoir of full strength nutes and pumped the solution into the bucket as always. Next day my largest plant is dying and the other two are fine, looks like lockout. Flushed for a day and then added nutes, no improvement.. Orange pistils are appearing pretty fast on it too as if it's trying to ripen but not grow. My heart is broken😰 UPDATE: Realized I was an idiot and didn't plug up the holes I drilled into the top of the buckets (I stick a hose in there to fill them up) and the roots were exposed to light.

Ok this was my first grow and I made mistakes. -forgot to buffer coco - nutrient burn -started the manlining to early - probably worried to much about every stage these plants. -ended up with fungus gnats And probably appt more I can’t rmeber in the moment. But i learned so much from all of my mistakes and spent so much time researching and seeing in real time how these plants react and grow. I did do some experimentation just a normal top with one blue dream. I topped twice one another blue dream and did a 3 times topped on all the blue dreams and I see why you should at least top three times the eight main colas and spread out the plant I see some of the buds on the one I only topped once not matured at all because there was minimal light other buds were growing so fat it suffocated it basically. I could have probably defoliated and manliness better but ayy. Beginners wil make Mistakes and I’m happy with what came out of these girls. Not excited for trim hail but I am at the same time 😅😅

Week 6 Veg - January 16/21 to 22/21 ***** Week 7 will be their last week being able to take them out of the tent😟 SCROG netting going in on the weekend ahead. Not really a lot to report this week as the girls are doing well and I am just wanting their side branches to grow longer to help filling in the canopy anyway. Performed more LST this week and bending over the branches daily. Didn’t do any HST this week, will once the net is in and I have a better visual of how the branches need to bend. They have come a long ways over the last 2 weeks when you look back at pictures. They have filled out with more side branching and other than battling a little purple striping on the main stems they seem pretty happy. Leaf colour is good and should be in good shape for the flip soon. Will go through all of week 8 before flipping so hopefully week 9 will be transition week and week 10 the start of flower.......have to get through next week first though😀👍 Switching over to tap water again. I have been struggling with calcium and magnesium deficiencies on all grows for the last year. I can’t seem to get the right amount added back to the RO water I use in all feedings. So running with straight water again now. Ppm coming out is 325 so I will work with that. Going to explore my own RO system in the house rather than bottled water, a system that adds back calcium, magnesium, and iron. It’s been flowing okay for the first week and will continue on for now. Using RO water I have been feeding full strength on the nutrients and have been working on backing them down a bit to compensate for the starting point of 325 now. They have continued to be fed once a week roughly and supplemented with calmag and microbes. Little more detail....... Jan 16/21, Day 36 Veg - 3L each of full line at full strength in RO water - 1150ppm and 5.8pH given to the girls - didn’t add any other nutes other than IPP line. Jan 17/21, Day 37 Veg - dry out day - pulled down all the girls again tonight to train them outwards. - Jan 18/21, Day 38 Veg - 3L for each girl today with tap water and CalMag @ 1ml, Microbes @ 2ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 700ppm and 5.7pH is what that works out to. - have to use a considerable amount of pH down to adjust the tap water, over 6ml in 16L Jan 19/21, Day 39 Veg - measured the girls today, GSCHB Is 12” tall. They were topped already😀 - dry out day for the girls. - Jan 20/21, Day 40 Veg - 2.5L each with plain tap water - 295ppm and 5.8pH. - all the girls are looking big and bushy today.......they are ready for flip soon. Jan 21/21, Day 41 Veg - dry out day for the girls. Jan 22/21, Day 42 Veg - pulled all the girls down again......repeating the same LST each day manually rather than tying down for now. - this should be water day but leaving for today as I am going to lolipop the lower branches and a heavier leaf stripping tomorrow. - will feed tomorrow as they will benefit more. Very solid week ETS......the girls are taking off and expect to see lots of leaves popping out over the next couple of weeks😀👍 Work on the side branching to come up higher closer to the tops next week.......continue tap water and give a feed with Epsom Salts new week

Yoo, finally we finished our first grow and Are very happy with the results. Anyone who smoked it says it's better then the Canadian stuff the people are selling here. We learned a lot while practicing and have already plans and improvements for our next grow. Once you have such a good harvest you will get addicted to it :)
