Everything has gone extremely well. Couldn't ask for q better first grow. Have been flushing with just pH'd water for about a week. Starting the ladies dark period today. The smell is super gassy and pungent. I can't wait to taste these buds 🤤 Six Shooter #2 definitely could have gone another 2-3 weeks. I decided to flush it anyway and maybe use it to make edibles. Next grow I will have a separate drying area and not have to worry about synching the harvest dates. I am loving how strong this sativa strain is. I keep defoliating her to expose as many bud sites as possible. At the same time, I am trimming those side branches with low chances of making it to the top. 🌱🌱👍🏻👍🏻

“The Thrown” which is my tallest plant gave me some issues this week due to the fact that I had to suppress the plant because of the height. Broke a few branches that I had to tape up which is not a problem. I break branches on the regular around here purposely for growth 😈. Heavy rain this week, so I had to watch out for humidity issues, which I took care of. On top of that my basement flooded, had to break out the water pump. This transition week i’m glad I was able to have more time at home to monitor my plants. I have observed substantial growth in my babies, unfortunately, I will not be able to complete the intended 9 weeks of vegetation before transitioning to the flowering stage. This is due to an upcoming relocation to a more suitable location that offers ample space for strain cycling and the maintenance of mother plants for cloning purposes. I am eagerly anticipating the flowering phase, particularly for the Gelato 41 strain, which is already emitting a pleasant aroma.

DAY 66 Watering every 3 days.. 💧I always do 2L and stop when I see runoff. Now, I can smell fruit. 🍒 See the fat trichomes, this stinks, I can tell you. 😏 DAY 68 I checked trichomes, I actually didn't expect any plant to finish "in time", but this one has all cloudy trichomes! Huh! 😳 So I took a small bud to test smoke.. it's drying now. Smells like Coke, and like something sweet from my early childhood when I didn't have a memory. It's subliminal paradise. And then it smells like weed, really pungent, yeeeesssssssss!!! 💪 HOW CAN THIS PLANT ACTUALLY SMELL LIKE ACTUAL COKE??? It's an unmistakable coke fragrance! Esta planta es una bestia en todos los sentidos.. con minimos cuidados preventivos, es literalmente del ataque de araña que he tenido en el armario, se centro sobre todo en las feminizadas pequeñas (ya controladas) y en dos autos (en proceso de control xD) a esta planta no le he visto ni una hoja mal, luego por bocachancla tendré los cogollos todos llenos de telarañas, pero a priori nada de eso, fuertisima y robusta como ella sola, aguanta las plagas y problemas de maravilla, esta y la purple sunset xxl son las que menos señales de sobre fertilización muestran! De verdad que con esta variedad en especifico, ya no se tanto si este fenotipo o en si la variedad que han logrado estabilizar, pero si fuese una feminizada SABE DIOS QUE LE SACABA SEMILLAS HASTA POR LAS OREJAS! Un pto Titán de planta xD Luego sobre ella, cogollos muy gordos, sin contar la purple sunset que va una semana atrasada con respecto a estas, es la de los cogollos mas gordos, muuuucha resina y un proceso de cultivo aparentemente muuy rapido... Quiero pensar que le queda un mes entero aun para poder hacerle chupar de las hojas al maximo para el lavado de raices... Pero me temo que en 2 semanas y media o así tenga que cortarla. Por si las moscas, entre el domingo y el lunes le hice el ultimo riego de fertilización, ya a partir de hoy o ya mañana por la mañana solo aguita con flush, enzym y calmag si toca.

Removed the 2 Xs 1500's (300watts) & replaced them with 2 P1000 (200watts) lights, now running 680 watts. These lights fit in better & have air space all around to help cool them, these lights run a lot cooler than the xs 1500s & only get warm not hot. Started some clones.

They were watered with the wrong ph degree due to an error in my ph meter. So they are about a week and ten days behind. However, they have recovered and continue to grow.

Cant take my eyes off my plant. This is my second round of growing and I am the type of person who learns through failure (not gonna upload the pics of the first round plants lol). The buds are thickening up very nicely. Hoping to get between 3-4oz , the strain is high yielding but I have a smaller tent. My auto yielded 2oz with the same space (2 plants in one tent splitting the space), but the buds definitely didn't develop as well as these buds.

She continues to put on weight. It has been a hot week here in Northern California but I don't think its gotten over 80 F in the tent. She is looking great to me and I am looking forward to seeing some amber so I know its time to harvest.

Week 2 of flower and I can see I should have some nice big buds when fully developed. They finished their stretch at the of week 2 and started to produce terpenes. The choc mint og smell is here!
