They are bulking up a bit more. Still nice and bushy both, still think both will be female. Finally, colours are getting greener and they are filling out nicely. Well, that's the end of the story. Finally she's been chopped and dried, buds are in the jar for curing period. As it was my first plant, there was so many mistakes on my side that cost me a yield ( only 30g dry) and size of the plant, was 22 cm tall only. So the main mistake was a bad water pH especially on the start of flowering but at least I found the problem on time and didn't kill the plant. All in all I'm happy with all the lessons I got, happy with quality of the blackberry. Yield is low but I'm glad that I have something to taste at the end.

Die Gelato ist jetzt ca in der 13. Woche (eigentlich Automatic). Sie wächst sehr gesund und stark, hat ca 20 Seitentriebe welche zum Teil runtergebunden worden sind. Sie ist jetzt seit ca 1 1/2 Wochen in Vorblüte und ich hoffe das an diesem heißen Wochenende jetzt der Sprung in die volle Blüte gelingt. Ist eine durstige Dame ca 1,5 -2 Liter pro Tag an Wasser. Jeden 2 oder 3 Tag wird gedüngt je nach Bedarf. Die Pflanze steht auf einer Dachterrasse - absolute Hitze manchmal in der Sonne bis zu 49°C. Nachts ist es teilweise auf 15°C abgefallen. Sie bekomm von 7,45Uhr bis 20.00uhr Sonne, vollgas Sonne. Die Pflanze steht in einem 5 Gal Stofftopf von Spiderfarmer. Die meisten Sonnensegel wurden bereits entfernt, diese waren riesig.

This week I repotted the plants into the bigger pots and gave the plant i don't want to keep a new pot. They grew a bit but not that much. They also look a little light green again but that is because of the sun shining on them. I put them inside at night because it still is like 13-15 degrees outside. Did some LST again. Will give them some Canna Cure in a few hours or tomorrow morning.

Why you Should buffer your Coco. Lets get to reading! (Its Worth it for those that dont know about it) There are cation exchange sites in coco that will interfere with nutrition until they are buffered. The cation exchange sites in coco naturally come loaded with sodium (Na) and potassium (K) cations. However, the Na and the K are only weakly held to the exchange sites. In the presence of calcium (Ca) or magnesium (Mg), the sites will release their Na or K cations and lock onto the Ca or Mg. These processes are known as “cation exchanges”. Buffering coco is accomplished by soaking it in Ca and Mg. This allows the cation exchanges to take place prior to adding plants. Simply soak your coco in a solution of Cal/Mag water and the exchange sites will release their K and Na cations and lock onto the Ca and Mg. When the cation exchange sites bond with Ca and Mg rather than Na and K, it is “buffered”. The bonds that hold the Ca and Mg to the sites are very strong and cation exchange will largely stop. This means that all of the nutrients that you add to the water will be available to the plant at the ratios that you provide them. 2. Alot of growers Grow in Unbuffered coco coir and its a big mistake guys, I myself was a "victim"😬of unbuffered coco and it does cause alot of problems... now i am going to try and fix them! -----GROWING IN UNBUFFERED COCO--- Many growers are unaware of the need to buffer the coco and they try to grow plants in unbuffered coco. In unbuffered coco, the cation exchange sites will strip the nutrient solution of the Ca and Mg and replace those cations with Na and K. This creates a sub-optimal Nutrient Element Ratio (NER) and renders Ca and Mg unavailable to the plant. Failing to buffer the coco is why so many growers suffer calcium deficiencies in coco grows. Manufacturers of prepared coco products try to exploit these problems and convince growers that only their proprietary products are suitable for growing. However, it is actually very simple to properly buffer your coco yourself. This tutorial walks you through the process and provides all the information you need to turn even the cheapest brick of dehydrated coco into a superior growing medium. This is the end of week 1. First time grow. Plant on the right was a little stunted, I think due to the taproot curling before being planted in the soil. Plant on the left seems to be growing steadily every day! (L for Left, R for Right)

Well... What a very very stressful week this has been, A few pistils started browning. I went over each girl no Nana’s definitely all female, started panicking thinking I maybe had bugs, root rot e.t.c. Flushed for two days and all new growth showed healthy signs kicking out some serious trichomes! Smells beautiful and PH for the run off was exact. Gave 1/2 Nutrients/Feed today for the first time just to ease the girls back in but fingers crossed I have either had some PH issues or wind burn possibly. Had to Defoliate again today as the foliage was ridiculous😂 I hope next week isn’t so stressful 🙏🏻 Wish me luck man please I need it 🤦‍♂️🏻😅

Week 4 wrapped and the tent vibes are good. Maybe not my best genetics, but with what I've learned this past year I'm steering the ship better-best results at this stage so far (still a ways to go before harvest). The left/big lady flashed a bit of N hunger, so I tailored her feed-bumped Grow and overall strength just for her. The rest are cruising; one or two have slightly smaller buds, so I'm nudging their feed to help them catch up. Resin's stacking and the first terps are peeking through. Light: center cola was ~60k lux, so I raised the fixture and dimmed to ~75%-now ~55k in the middle and 45-50k on the edges. Opened a few airflow lanes and set the clip fan to bounce off the wall (not scalp the tops) to keep microclimates from throwing tantrums. Question: with no stress showing, would you keep the center at 60k lux and chase max intensity, or back it off a bit for uniformity like I did? I'll test the top suggestions and share side-by-sides next update. Appreciate you all-growmies rock!

I used mammoth microbes, power si, photosynthesis plus, roots organic nutrients, fox farms soil under mixed lighting with an outdoor flower.

Another day another week and coming along nicely only difference this week is I have started pumping some overdrive through them now seems as it’s week 6 flower. 2 weeks on that then hopefully ready for a flush with pure water and a few days dark then harvest time. I’ve got a feeling the papaya is going to be ready before the cookies waiting for.my microscope for my phone to come then will update with some pictures of the trichomes.
