Sorry for the lack of updates. Flowerings going well, day 10 now. The kush main colas are pretty much in the light which is a bit problematic but I have the hps dimmed to about 180 watts so its doing ok with being so close. I'm going to try feeding them a bit more than i have been. I definitely let them get a bit too big before I flowered them!

week 10, Nov 16. last nute feed today - I will flush the last week,.

Right now I am just playing the waiting game with White Widow and Industrial Plant. Both have shown signs of maturation with their trichomes but neither one has a majority of milky trichomes yet. In hindsight, I should have waited until Industrial Plant was more mature before I started flushing her -- I've lost a few weeks that I could have been continuing to fatten her up. I added more bamboo rods and tied branches to them with some plant tape on both plants. White Widow's buds are rock hard and keep bending its branches so hopefully the extra support will help. I cut off the main cola and a side cola of Industrial Plant CBD due to bud rot that I failed to notice for roughly a week. After cutting out all of the bud rot I could find on Industrial Plant I checked over her and White Widow meticulously to make sure everything was kosher. I added a spare oscillating fan in the tent to try and improve air circulation in the room. I have had trouble with humidity and temperature shifts throughout this grow -- something I'll have to dial in as I progress. I imagine the climate shifts combined with how thick the main cola was probably contributed to the bud rot. Seedsman White Widow Auto is ready to be harvested as of Day 100. Over 2 days her trichomes really started to turn amber. I have started flushing her as of today and plan to harvest a day or two into the start of Week 15. As for Dinafem Industrial Plant Autoflowering CBD? I am thinking of just cutting my losses if her trichomes haven't gotten to at least majority-milky by the time White Widow gets chopped. She just looks mostly-dead and only wants a drink once every 7-10 days now. That and I have some new gear I really want to test out, as well as some different ideas for my second run that I've been itching to get started on.

Plant looking OK with signs of pre-flowering. All LST'd stems almost fully over pot edge and nodes on the stems developing well. All plants currently growing seem smaller when I compare the pics to my previous grows at the same age. Only one feed this this past week as I allowed the pots to dry out from the rain in the previous week. Supplemented feed yesterday with my Beneficial Booster. I made a mistake when preparing and put in double the amount of molasses but the plants seem to be tolerating it so far this morning.

It has a super short compact structure I'm curious to see what it will be like in stretch. Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 "not yet used it yet" Also took some clones from the plants as well, took two main cuttings from each plant, forgot to do the one so its not shown in the first video up the updated clone pics later in the week. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest. Or I'll give them out to some friends and family maybe a little gorilla gardening project, but I will wait before getting ride of them all as I'm still kicking my self in the ass over the Blue Cindy loss. really liked that plant and wish its clones I gave out where still aorund. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% till flower is initiated then up to 100%, Will test out 13/11 I think as the schedule to give them some more photons for an extra hour vs 12/12 . The seed popped out of the soil at day 4. Day 6 she had her helmet removed with some assistance. Day 7 she shows 3 leaves, I’m guessing 1 didn’t make it do you the shell staying on too long, but this has happened before, so no worries! She will be moved to veg tent as soon as she does some stretching.

Day 38- 18/01/22 and we are now in flowering everything is looking good I’m still cutting down the plants from my last grow Afghan kush and once I’m done with that I’ll be moving everything that isn’t chemdawg into the HPS tent!!! Day 41-21/01/22 there’s only fastbuds chemdawg in this tent now I managed to free up some more space in hps tent!!!

This plant is flowering in temperatures of 14celcius

11/3: Her new growth looks better, but her old foliage looks pretty rough...hope the leaves last long enough to make the energy she'll need to swell those buds... She's dry already today, but I'll water tomorrow. 11/4: I sprinkled a tablespoon of Cave Culture (bat and seabird guano) over her soil and watered it in with 1/2 gallon including humic acid, myco/tricho/beneficial bacteria, bembe, terpinator, and cal-mag. 11/5: I just ogled her and rotated her a couple times today. I removed the oscillating fan from above my lighting so that I could raise the lights several more inches, and added another oscillating fan above the lights that blows down on the plants. The one I removed is still up there too, but blowing across the LED drivers and a pair of the panels. I could still remove the ratchet hangers and just use carabiners to attach the fixture to the "ceiling" of the closet....that would give me another 5 inches of possible ceiling if I end up needing it. 11/6: I fed her about 1/3 gallon today, and went heavy on phosphorous..a heavy dose of tiger bloom, along with a normal dose of beastie bloomz, bembe, cal-mag, signal, big bloom, and a 1/3 dose of grow big. It's been raining for 24 hours and the humidity is off the charts, so I dialed up the ac infinity to come on any time it exceeds 55% RH and increased the fan speed on the floor of the closet to try and dry her out quicker than usual. 11/7: Did pretty much nothing to her today. 11/8: I collected a bunch of rainwater over the past 48 hours and gave her about 1/3 gallon including cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, and a little bit of tiger bloom..still seeing some signs of phosphorous deficiency. I took a bunch of photos and video while I had her out of the closet. 😍 I did a little training on her today just to get a little more light to all her branches. 11/9: I just rotated her a couple times and added a 35w 3500k light that is hitting her right in the ass..

Did stem splitting yesterday and you can see the yellow leaves every where now.. couples of day till harvest

Substantial growth in the roots. Should hit flower in the next week or two.

Cantaloupe haze needed a good flush brought runoff from 2000 ppm to 1100ppm will continue to monitor.

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. Growing like weeds. Nutrients in the water has certainly helped. Had a problem with the spray valves getting clogged. cleaned them out and installed an inline filter to prevent debris from getting pumped into the system.
