Did some light pruning also.

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. Well... The plants are almost ready.... I'm starting to see a lot of milky trichomes. I'll start flushing now and go for about 10 more days. What I mean by flushing is to water them with ph adjusted tap water with hardly any runoff. I let the plant use up all the food in the pot. Tastes better that way. It will take 6 or 7 days to finish the harvest. I like to wet trim then hang the branches for a couple of days. I wanted to cut them down starting Sun, but the weather channel said "hot that week", so I'll shoot for the next Sun. The long range forecast said it would be a bit cooler. It's tough working in the greenhouse when it's over 30*c in there. 😓 OK. Keep Growing Straight. Chuck.

9/1 - Start of week 4 and the GSCs are looking strong. The shorter pheno is starting to catch up. She has multiple main sights as if she had been topped...even though she hasn't. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Watered all today with RO water and molasses. 9/4 - Just a light water and some LST today. Still no nutrients and they are looking fabulous. Loving the Nature's Living Soil Autoflower mix! 9/6 - I come in each day and water and do a little LST on all the ladies. Moving them just about a quarter of the way around the pot. They are really starting to become bushy and branch out.. They are all very green and looking great.

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. All good.👌 1/19: Tonight is their first long night. It's ON!👍 1/20: I watered them today with about a half gallon each. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiences here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. That's it for week 4-

Week 6 of to a good start! They look happy and healthy. Time to flip to flower soon! 👽👉3/10 Climate is automated and working accordingly to my adjusted VPD settings. Happy and healthy, actually surprised they've grown so much lately. 👽👉4/10 Waiting for their complete recovery, so they can be flipped to flower (Defoliation the 30/9, im giving them about a week) 👽👉5/10 Water day* Plain ph balanced water. Need Runoff PH and EC down a little bit. 👽👉6/10 I applied the SCROG net. 👽👉7/10 Doing some minor tweaks to the setup + VPD settings(from 1.0 to 1.1). Flowering day 51 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone ☺️. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍👍. As usual from this phenotype, everything is black / purple again on this beautiful Pheno 😊. The buds are getting thicker and thicker and already smell extremely tasty 😍. It won't be long until the harvest is approaching 😍. This week I have to think about which genetics will be added to the Aero system next for the next run :-). Humboldt - Golden Sands And so we begin the grow! We germinated the seed in a damp sponge, and it sprouted within a day. We've planted it in a 100-gram plastic cup, and now we wait for it to start growing. A huge thanks to Humboldt Seed Company Europe for providing us with such amazing genetics. We're excited to see how this beauty develops and are grateful for the opportunity to grow such a top-quality strain!

This strain took really well to LST and didn’t seem fazed by the training at all. She did become a really heavy drinker about two weeks or so into flower and she definitely seemed to want more nutes than usual. I believe I’ve got two more seeds so will be running this one again if the smoke is worth it.

Her perfume is so unique this skunky girl already gave me two seeds that germinated today and her smells are amazing

Holy jungle infestation batman!!! The buds haven't blown up in size like the other tent but they have grow expandability, well all but the front left one lol truly the runt of the tent there. I lowered the PPM of both the Co2 and feed this week because the plants looked a little worse for wear compared to my other tent. The 2 on the right are just over 5ft when you include the pot and trey. If this was my other tent I'd be screwed for space by now. Luckily this is a 4x4x7 tent so ive got some more room to spare. Even tho that one plant is small its still got a nice amount of bud growing on it. Be interesting to see what kind of yeld I get from the little guy when it's done compared to the other 3. I'm hoping the buds on the plants might fatten up a bit over the next week. Plant size... I've been overfeeding so I'm flushing them for a week & then going back to the feed schedule I should've been using. 😪 They didnt seem too bothered by the overfeeding tho. 🤷‍♂️🏽

Hey guys, late into week 6. We had a wind storm roll through and thrashed the crap out of the ladies, luckily nothing broken or bent thankfully. I was quite worried because they where droopy gor a few days after but I notice they started to recover on thier own. They are still not 100% yet. Other than that last time I watered was Sunday. It's has been 5 days and the pots dried out nicely. Watered them with 50mL of molassas in 5gal of water pH to 6.1. Topped the tallest branches to help the lower canopy to catch up. It's been 2 weeks and each branch I topped already have 4-5 nodes. Perfect timing. Thanks for reading.
