Last two weeks i think... cant wait to harvest.. The smell is awesome...

Start of week 3. Week 2 went well, this girl is developing nice bud sites, albeit slower than the OG Kush plant is. The. Blueberry is not as nutrient hungry as the OG Kush, she's not as dry/light weight come feed time, but she too is recovering from nutrient deficiencies.

The girls are fully in flower this week which of course is a GREAT sight to see when opening the tent. The smell in the tent is so sweet and fruity it's already making your mouth water!! So this week I feed the girls with a little of the living soil veg so they are still getting a helping hand. They were also given the living soil bloom and some barley which I will admit is the first time using it but so far me plus the girls are very much enjoying!! I have done the necessary light de-foliating on all 4 girls over the past 2 weeks and more LST. Happy toking guys and girls!! ~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. Those lessons are keeping me on my toes and I’m learning more everyday. Thank you to those who have been influential to my success, much love! I can honestly say Grow Diaries is the best! First day of the 4th week

End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.

Happy 1 Month To My Girls (Inserts Celebration Emojis) I’m Very Proud Of The 1st Month’s Progress These Girls Has Really Exceeded My Expectations. I’m Very Proud Of The Of The Purple Power If You Go Back To Week 1 You Will See That She Started Off The Slowest But She Is Now The Tallest In The Pack Standing At 21 Inches (that’s without adding the few cm I covered with soil) She Has Also Shown Signs Of Purple In Her Bud Development (Favourite Color) Can’t Wait To See Them, You Go Girl! I’m Also Proud Of The Gorilla Glu (12 inches) Stardawg (17 inches) And Girls Scout Cookies (16 inches) Development, They Are My Favorite Buds Here In The UK. They Are Very Bushy & Branchy And Their Stems Are Very Thick. They Have The 3 Main Pillars To Accommodate BIG Buds. Happy Growing Everyone. #OwlGang #AGrowingEmpire

the girl looks good, the leaves are a little burnt, but it's really not a big problem. she doesn't have much time left until the finish:) I'm on vacation, so I can't take pictures myself, that's why I asked someone to visit her several times a week :) I'll be with her in a week :) ❤️

Day 17 05/19, welcome to another week of this comparison grow between FoopCanna and Down To Earth. So the two plants getting Foop are growing slow but growing. However, on the other side we got two plants in Down To Earth and both are twice as big. Had to defoliate and do some LST on those two to try and have a even canopy. Day 20 05/22, so almost at the end of the week and the plants are still going. The DTE are by far looking better in my opinion. FoopCanna looks like they might start taking off. Other than that they have all been defoliated and 3/4 have started LST.

Day 15 added grow. Feeding 1.5L per plant which gives a little run off. Pot drying out every 3/4 days and growing about an inch daily atm, big changes to come over the next 7-10 days really looking forward to seeing these grow taller. Day 20, all 3 plants now 9-10”. Expecting them all to double over the next week. More LST on all 3 plants and a feed of just over 1.5l which gives a small run off. No more voodoo juice or b52. Next feed I will introduce bloom along side grow. Very happy with the progress so far, no deficiency’s atm. So far so good

Really the usuals, clean her up and tie her down :) I did add a WiFi controlled watering system for when I go out of town tho, so that was nice! She is quite the shrub 15” tall and 40” wide >.< the trunk is approaching 1.75” diameter :)

We stay with the nutrients 110% UP, And it look a little bit of burns but just in a couple leaves overal looks very nice and healty ! Water needs is increased around 30 l per days and starting to get colours, buds going to be crazy we have supreme colas everywhere and too mutch for to count them cannot wait the harvest dude !
