This week the leaves were removed again so that the flowers all get the same amount of light. I had to tie down one of the two plants, otherwise it would grow too close to the light. The growth phase is now definitely underway and the plants are concentrating on forming the flowers. The flowers have already become much thicker and the first leaves are sugared :) No fertilizer was added this week, just 2ml/l Neem Oil.

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. Hello everyone, fellow growers! my girls continue the vegetative phase without problems with the sog technique. We are testing a new line of fertilizers and so far they are doing pretty well. excellent nuggets are expected!

Last day of light today next 2days will be of darkness and then I will harvest all plants. They are looking good and strong smell . Cheese buds are hard as rocks and the ogkush smell sting diesel smell. Very happy with this grow..

All the buds on plant 1 seemed to have doubled in size this week. She's also starting to get a very sweet citrusy smell. I'm loving how sticky and smelly everything is, especially after trimming.

Overall i am satisfied with this strain and I do plan on buying more seeds from Barney’s farm. Very strong and stable genetics I highly recommend this strain to experienced growers as well as newbies. Very easy to grow and a great smoke.0

noto que estan comiendo mucho, osea se secan rápido que es que estan comiendo bastante de lo comun. Las ojas tornandose color amarillo para cambiar a color vino. se ven muy bonitas y estan fewlices. No he cambiado mucho entre los nutrientes (Té y Recharge), he sostenido alimentarlas simples y he tenido muy buenos resultados. muy contento con todo, sigas adelante, buenos humos y feliz 2021

OK So had some non plant related as well as plant related issues this week. Been hectic with personal life, and still finding my groove with the girls .. I decided against any sort of training .... get it you can maximaxe and all but m all about letting them do their thing with some love and help, i feel like the hst and defoliation is just not for me at present time. If i get into commercial i definately see the advantages... Im growing for just myself , have zero friends and girlfriend doesnt really part take except the sometimes will hit a vape pen and shes done .. so all the fruits are for me and just do not see the need to mutalate my plants to get extra,, ill just grow more :D Recap : 5 - Barneys Glue Gelato Autoflowers 2 - "Freebie" Caramel Cream Aut o <I believe Maine Clone Company > though did not have label. All seeds came from AMAZING NORTH ATLANTIC SEED COMPANY .... ZERO issues ordering , shipping and popped 7 for 7 seeds even with some pretty disasterious goofs , see week 1 1. Struggled with Lighting - Definatly had the California Lightworks Solar Extreme TOO CLOSE .. now keeping a good 24 inches and will adjust soon with flowering 2. Struggled with PH - My well water is great .. low PPM and 7.0 ph . BUT i use ph down it seems each day with the top off water to bring the girls down from 6.5 - 6.8 to a nice 5.9-6.0 Eariier not too bad as the girls were not drinking so much ... which leads me to next 3. THEY ARE DRINKING BOY ... Holy cow this week they became drinkers liike i did not expect. I run my lights 2 pm to 8 am and turn off until 2 pm each day .... I top off in the morning before i put them to sleep , the bigger girls ... 4 of the glue gelatos autos are drinking almost half gallon each per day atm . While my lil girls <caramel cream autos > are much shorter and i have one gelato glue auto on the smaller side . They do not drink nearly as much maybe a quart . 4. I goofed on the BLOOM, I did not expect bloom so early i was planning on this week to start them .... but nope showed signs of sulfur deficiency , caught it early and changed the feeding to bloom cycle and WOW they took the hell off ... Have TREMENDOUS growth in past week sinced changed cycle ... Again im following FAST BUDS auto feeding chart for expert for general hydro to the T and adding HYDROGUARD 5. I have one caramel cream auto with mag deficiency signs on some bpottom fan leaves but i believe i got that fixed when i did the water change, not sure why just her , unless i goofed on the bucket mix. Which brings me to next statement ... IM INVESTING IN A GDAM 13 GALLON x 8 bucket plus RES kit for next grow ... Doing and maintaining 7 buckets is a royal pain in the ass . I honestly only expected 4 plants out of the 7 . AND expected fully i would kill something along the way I am visually impaired and BRain Tumor Dude .. so i gots some issues sometimes . .. but if you check out the videos i post in a bit here you can see, WTF i am doing ok i feel like . Great looking plants from my amateur opinion , always room for improvement as i am super critial of everything i do OCD/ADHD glorious combo BUT YES a better setup is needed for ease of use .. I bought my complete setup at PA HYDROPONICS , meaning my BUCKETS with fittings and hydroton . 200 bucks could not find better price anywhere he does a great fallponics custom build with 3 inch pvc that i have seen in action and tis a thing of beauty for us home growers. Plus i can add a small chiller to the mix to keep that temp a tad bit lower. IT about an 800 dollar upgrade BUT for the rest of my setup it belongs : vivosun 4x9 tent Ac Infinity T8 x 2 <one for vent one for blower , also have a great merv 13 filter box from ac infinity so as not to such in yuck from basement. 2 california solar extreme 550 So i figure adding an 8 bucket fallponics to fill the tent would look so much better tahn my 5 gallons and the constant checking each one and filling etc .... Having the res would be nice I also see the cons of it as if you goof you goof on all not just one .... But i m fairly certain i will upgrade. ***************** So right now it looks like nice buds are starting to form on all 7, the Glue Gleatos are much taller and full than the caramel creams ... I am tracking water being added and at this rate will need another change over in a day or two if drinking 1/2 gal a day and about 3 gallons <12 liters> labout inch from bottom of net pot. This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/9- Here we go into the eighth week of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both growing fast and the 'Tester B' is getting tall! 6/11- Daytime temperatures outside are now hitting 90℉, and the greenhouse temps are pushing 100℉. I have plenty of air circulating using 4 fans and I'm probably going to put a shade tarp over the greenhouse if the weather continues to get any warmer. 6/13- Daily waterings continue with 2g of well water that is ph'd to between 6.2-6.7 @ 72℉ along with weekly Compost Teas. Despite the excessive heat, both 'Testers' have shown absolutely ZERO signs of any stress whatsoever which is a testament to the superior genetics in both! 6/15- Eight weeks of veg are in the rear view mirror and I'm looking forward to the coming weeks to see how these gorgeous ladies begin to slowly transition into their 'pre-flower' stage. Day 130: looking good and watered again. Watered with rain water and 1ml/l Powerzyme, 1 ml/l Hesi Boost, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, 1 ml/l Bloom Complex and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. EC at 1.0 and a pH of 6.4.
