Day 21 and the flowering tent went kaboom big buds zkittles especially the front one has tones of even tops .still no smell at least I haven't smelled anything but the carbon is running full blast heavy humidity here in Canada this week lots of rain

Alles lief gut mit der Shaman bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt in der Blüte. Leider beginnt sich an einigen kleinen Stellen etwas Schimmel auszubilden, gar nicht in den Blüten, sondern an den Trieben. Das war mein eigener Fehler, da ich beim Entblättern einige Blätter letzte Woche nicht nach oben ziehend abgezwickt habe, sondern nach unten zur Erde hin gerichtet abgerissen habe. Dadurch habe ich an einigen Stellen das Gewebe am Trieb verletzt, wodurch sich dort Schimmel bilden kann und tut. Ich hoffe es wird sich in Grenzen halten. Es ist jedoch möglich, dass ich durch diesen Fehler zumindest einen der Haupttriebe verlieren kann. Wieder was gelernt. Gibt es irgendwelche Mittel, den Schimmel an den Trieben zu entfernen?Ansonsten bildet sie weiter ihre Buds aus, riecht schon sehr angenehm und entwickelt sich weiter. Es gab ein paar starke Winde und Böen in dieser Woche, dehalb wurde die Shaman vorsichtshalber gegen die Windrichtung angebunden, damit der Topf nicht kippt. Unfortunately, some mold is starting to form in a few small areas, not on the flowers themselves, but on the shoots. This was my own fault, as I didn't pull some leaves upwards when defoliating last week, but tore them off downwards towards the ground. This damaged the tissue on the shoot in some places, allowing mold to form and grow there. I hope it will be limited. However, it is possible that I may lose at least one of the main shoots as a result of this mistake. Another lesson learned. Is there any way to remove the mold from the shoots? Otherwise, it continues to form buds, smells very pleasant, and continues to develop. There were a few strong winds and gusts this week, so as a precaution, the Shaman was tied against the wind direction to prevent the pot from tipping over. I did a big defoliation and lollipop on day 14

Back to low maintenance. Getting closer to harvest! Giving it a little longer to fatten those buds up.

So I changed lights this week to 600 w hid Hood is air cooled so we’ll see how this finishes! Everything is going great, buds getting bigger every day.

There’s no amber trichomes on Mama Mia and I’m thinking of growing a little longer than the breeder suggests. Northern Lights trichomes are starting to amber and I may harvest earlier than suggested. King Kong trichomes are milky clear. I switched up which light is on which plant. Next grow I’m definitely replacing my two weaker lights with stronger lights and using the weak lights as side lighting. Light power is one of the big lessons from this grow. The bud size looks it’s age, but is much heavier than appearance. I think the kelp helped the buds get denser. The King Kong flowers are all much heavier than the branches can support. Next grow I’ll be more proactive with netting support.

Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

Day 61 of flower 🌼 today. On Day 59 I used koolbloom one last time along with a dose of recharge. Going forward I'll only use the Ripen this week and allow the flushing out to continue. Rainbow cake is almost finished and looking great. The listed flower time is 68 days, so we're definitely getting close. The fan leaves are really green still so there's definitely some more flushing needed. Pineapple express is flushing at a faster rate than the other 2 plants. I recon it's the size difference. Flower time is listed at 56 days but it's not showing finished yet. Buds still have a lot of white pistols and a lot of clear tri. Hopefully she'll be good in around 10 days. London mint cake is doing well. Flower time is listed at 60 days. Tri is 50 percent cloudy and 10 days of flushing out will put her ready right on time. Thanks for checking my diary everyone. The plants continue to grow although slowly. I turned the Gavita back on this week and even at 42 inches it seems to be too much light at full power because although they're getting adequate nutrients, the leaves appear to be showing signs of damage to the chlorophyll pigments. I'd like to splurge and get the adapter and controller so that I can dim the light and slowly increase the intensity to allow for a more gradual photo acclimation period, but I will probably hold off until my next run. I've also considered adding supplemental Co2 to help the plants more effectively tolerate and take advantage of the light intensity, but it seems like a big expense for an uncertain benefit considering all of the other variables that are sub-optimal. Perhaps I'll give those Excellofizz Co2 pucks a try. Someday I'll build sealed grow room with automated Hvac, feeding, and Co2 enrichment but for now I'll soldier on and hope for the best as the flip to 12-12 approaches. More to come next week!

Girls are getting to starting to have a smell not too strong

Got these plants as rescues, they were infested with powdery mildew, and under a bad light cycle causing them to flower prematurely. I cleaned up the dead growth over a period of a week or so after planting them into my yard, as well as weekly misting with a milk based spray to combat the PM as they returned to vegetative growth.
