This grow turned out to be quite a journey. Originally, this run was meant to be a simple between-grow project, something to keep the season going outdoors, without too much effort. But plans changed, and the Orange Sherbet ended up in the tent, where it took a completely different direction than expected. She grew big and strong early on, but the LST was tricky. she didn’t respond very well at first, and shaping her the way I wanted took a lot of time and patience. It was interesting to see how she stretched and filled out later, but overall, the structure stayed somewhat awkward to manage. Throughout the grow I struggled with CalMag and potassium balance. I tried several adjustments, sometimes with high CalMag doses, but it never fully stabilized. It’s still unclear if that came from the strain itself or from the BioBizz line, but it made the mid-to-late phase more difficult than I had hoped. The flowering time was also much longer than advertised. the breeder mentions around 9 weeks, but in reality this one took closer to 14–15 weeks total. What was supposed to be a quick side project turned into a long, demanding run. On the bright side, she delivered a very solid yield. a bit over 160 g of trimmed buds plus another 50 g of popcorn, well above 1 g/W. The aroma is lovely after 10 days of curing: creamy, with vanilla and a subtle orange note returning. However, the buds are airy, not as dense as I hoped. The effect and flavor are great, but visually it’s more on the average side. Even so, this grow was one of the most instructive I’ve done. I learned a lot about deficiency management, humidity control, watering and how far genetics and environment interact. Going forward, I’ll take a break from autos and focus on photoperiod strains again. I just prefer the control and predictability they offer. All in all: not my prettiest grow, but a very valuable one. About drying in dry ferm/dry age and regular drying: the material in the bags took a few days longer to dry which is said to be good (regular dry was 7 days, bags was 9 or 10). initially I think the buds from bags look better but now in curing I can't really tell a difference, not visually and not in the nose. Let's see how everything evolves over time but honestly I am not expecting it to differ a lot from regular drying.

Strain is Lemon Pie x Gorilla Cookies Auto R2 Grow started on July 8th, 2022 I dropped these directly into another pot with some plants that I was pretty sure were not awesome. I was right and these germinated quickly and are growing well. Out of four, the two I kept were the best ones, so I named them 1 and 2 Direct to soil, same feed as my Green Gelato Auto grow, Flora Nova Bloom with all the good Gaia Green nutes and worm castings and myco in the soil already. Crimson Clover is cover/companion July 23, 2022 Day 15 My impression of these two autos so far: super fast growing, topped on day 15, 1st week of veg. I was NOT going to top them, but they are so fast, I need to buy some time, since the other plants are filling out now. I don't think she will slow down by much.

Ignition is amazing. The budsite development after just one week was incredible. First time I’ve used it and it is now a permanent addition. FIrst major de-leafing and lollipopping.

I've let our girl blue grow for an extra week and I think our base is looking really strong. It's time for topping to creat the base of our manifold. To do this were going to use he Nebula's Manifold technique by Nubula Haze from GrowWeedEasy.com. I'm in no way affiliated with the site or Mrs. Haze but I have found her website to be a great place to start my cannabis growing journey. I've done so much more research now but it did start for me back in 2020 at GrowWeedEasy.com Anyway I've got some video that will explain the method as I top the plant but basically what we're going to top down to the 3rd node and then clean all the extra growth off. This should leave only two growth tips and their fan leaves. Check out the photos and videos for more details. Feeding and light schedules continue as normal.

This wonderful ak 420 is developing very good, now she's been Transplanted ill start working on her lst to get a very beautiful ak420 bush. She's looking super healthy on her living soil by florganics and she's developing very fast. Let's see what happens.

So close to harvest. This week and last I reduced the amount of TPS1 in the feed from 15ml /gal to 10ml/g. Early in the week, Apollo's lower leaves started showing the fade using up the nutrients. Thursday, I did a preliminary trim to remove any fan leaves and feeder leaves with longer stems. just handling the stems and buds my hands, nails and arms were sticky. After the trim, I put Apollo's Friends back in the tent with her. When the plants were in different veg/flower cycles, I separated them into tents. GDP and zkittles grew with in 2-3 inches on the light. I could not raise the lights anymore. Today, 11/19 is day Apollo's 69 day and 41 in flower. The harvest window per RQS is 70-75 days from seed. Tuesday will be the harvest day. After watering only 2 liters with Vit B, Recharge and Signal yesterday, I put her in the 3#x3tent in the dark. Apollo's buds are thick, dense, stinky citrus floral and sticky. The sugar leaves are showing color change as she knows her life is ending in glory. I am so proud of this grow. I didn't overfeed so I have experienced the color fade to yellow as foods are used up and the delicate colors emerge in the sugar leaves. I am very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds F1 genetics. So much so I bought Milky Way F1 and Medusa F1. I will definitely have another Apollo grow in January. Thank you @James at RQS. Apollo F1 had a huge base stem and was multi branching-even the side stems had side stems. The stems were sturdy. No support is needed for her branches She stayed short at 26 inches tall. I definitely pushed her on the watering. When I saw no runoff after 2.5 liters of water, I upped to 3 ltr. Then 3.5, then 1 gallon. I watered 2 liters, let the water absorb, then slowly add another 2 liters. There was a small amount of run off at the time of watering but was all gone by the next day. It could have been evaporation, but I really think it was consumption. Consumption is an indicator of yield. As densely bushy as she is, I'm estimating at least 90 grams. So for future grows, especially for very bushy plants, I will defoliate at least 2x during early and midflower to open up the canopy and let the plants bulk up more. She did show some nutrient (cal-mag) deficiency and for the next Apollo grow, I will push the feed a bit. I'm excited and a bit sad to see this grow come to an end at the same time. I’m still not sure about the FIM job on the LSD, and the purple haze is looking a bit runtish, but we’ll see how they go. I cut some leaves on the PH today to give the bud sites beneath them more light. All in all, they are doing well I think.

Weekly up date on these gorgeous ladies. They are stacked and swelling amazing going through the flower stage. I really couldn't be happier with how these have grown as it's an easy one not being to temperamental. I've kept the ppm/ec around the same between 900-1100ppms. Still feeding 16oz daily and all in all Happy Growing.

The stretch is complete, finally starting to see the blooms fatten up some. Still struggling with nute because of miracle gro soil. Making the best of it. Four of the seven plants are getting full nutes with very little signs of trouble. The remaining three I am supplying with half the nutes every other watering, the soil has affected those the most. I am looking forward to how much the plants flowers mature this week.
