This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/23- Week three from seed and the second week of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she's doing surprisingly well considering the crappy weather, and being eaten like a salad by slugs and a rabbit! 5/25- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around her seems to have lessened the attacks on her leaves. I've also been spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap that I'm sure has helped as well. I watered the Papaya Sherbet today via garden hose and began to train her branches a bit as well. 5/27- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet continues to do exceptionally well with great color and vigor, putting out new growth it seems daily. 5/29- There's three weeks on the books for this little lady and I'm looking forward to see what she'll look like in the coming weeks! I will have to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days. I haven't added any dry amendments to her since I initially amended her soil and she's a hungry girl... Hola! Antes que nada, quería pedir disculpas por no poder continuar las semanas de vegetación como correspondía, pero por cuestiones personales se me hizo imposible. Las fotos corresponden al ultimo dia de la semana 13 de la planta, el día 6/02/2021. En todo este periodo de crecimiento vegetativo realice mainlining, como muestro en la semana 5 subida, y luego deje que las dos ramas se desarrollen hasta tener 5 nudos cada una y realice en ambos extremos una poda apical, o topping. Luego, con tecnicas de LST fui torciendo las ramas para que vayan creciendo mas o menos parejas, pero al ser un cultivo outdoor obviamente esto no sucede tan prolijamente como en un indoor. Mas alla de eso, estoy contenta con el resultado: 10 ramas principales y muchas pequeñas en la vegetación. Fui haciendo defoliaciones suaves, y ahora le tocará la ultima antes de que empiece a florecer. Con respecto a esto, la planta sexó finales de enero, pero recién ahora esta comenzando a mostrar signos de que esta por empezar a florar, así que la semana que viene será la primera de flora. Esto por mas que parezca raro suele ser común por lo menos en esta region, muchas veces las plantas sexan antes y no muestran signos de comenzar a florecer hasta unas cuantas semanas después, nada que ver a como ocurre cuando uno controla el fotoperiodo. Por suerte la temporada viene siendo mas seca de lo normal, y poco lluviosa, por lo que tuve problemas con trips pocos días. En general cuando tocan veranos lluviosos se vuelve muy complicado tratar las plagas. En particular en mi patio suelo tener problemas con trips, pero no de otras plagas ya que las plantas de acompañamiento son suficiente para espantarlas. En las fotos notaran que el tronco principal esta partido en dos, esto sucedió cuando se le cayo un peso importante encima hace 4 semanas, pero con unas rápidas ataduras y la correcta nutrición la planta sano al 100%. Esto ha sido todo. Cualquier sugerencia es bienvenida. 💪 Saludos!! 😘

These ladies are developing very nicely, the left and middle one already started to bulk heavily over the course of the last week, while the one that got wind stress is trailing a little behind and will probably take a little longer. For the other two I would guesstimate that I can start flushing by the end of the week. The trichomes on the two are completely milky, however with no signal of amber yet

week 5 of flower and she has started to show some frosty, frosty, diameter of buds is growing nicely. under canopy seems to be developing nicely as well. Light is penetrating into the lower canopy thanks to the intensity and far red capabilities of this awesome light from Meijiu.

Great climate, ideal. After careful consideration, valued the considerable size of the plants, the flowering stage and the yellowing of the bottom canopy , I decided to feed one last time with veg nutes at half dose. This will be followed by 2 waterings of water only and then a boost of flowering nutrients. I love this strain. She's blooming very well, quickly just like she was growing indoor. For a couple of days it has been emitting an extraordinary citron/diesel smell and now becomes to be sticky. Expected harvest time: 3rd/4th week of September. Thanks for following, I ❤️ you

Been a week now since the topping. Will let them recover for another week and then will do the second topping. #2 catched up with #1 and even seems to be surpassing #1 in growth. (Can be related to removing some roots of #1 last week) D29: Switched the nutrients for plain water with lowered PH to flush since the leafs are curling down which could be due too much nitrogen. Will put nutes back on day 31. D30: Used RQS bending clips to do some early Low stress training. Wanted to go for a mainlining technique but changed my mind eventually. Instead of mainlining I will do 2 toppings and LST to create 8 main cola’s per plant.

Buds getting some swell on them now. Reek of sweet banana and some sour under tones. Weather as usual has gone a bit shitty on the final week or so but other wise going well. 0 bugs issues, a few signs of dying leafs. Can't wait

Last week on nutrients , going on flush next sun , the 8 ball kush seems to be the happier strain with the 5 part salt nutrients , the blue OG is doing ok but the 8 ball is the chunkiest

Last week went well. She is done stretching and is just stacking on bud mass and trichomes. Very pleased with this strain so far. Thank you Seedsmans for the great testers. This beauty would have done great in a 5 gallon pot. Still has some time to go, but I can't wait. The smell is getting stronger and I am looking forward to trying her out. Happy I have more seeds to grow. She responded great to topping and lst training. I did some minor defoilation this past week and am just watching her do her thing. Apparemment ce n'est pas très grave. 😳.Cependant la plante est très penchée. Elle est quasiment à l'horizontal. Je ne vais appliquer aucune technique de lst ni hst.
