I finally broke a pound with a single autoflower! Couldn’t have done it without AGLEX cob led’s, Remo Nutrients, and coco coir. They’ve changed my game completely! This grow started off as a pretty standard grow. I did absolutely no training until the veg period was winding down, and pre-flower was beginning. As the SCROG net went in, a little later than planned, numb fingers due to cervical spinal issues, and a poorly time muscle spasm, I snapped the main stalk...disaster right? Apparently not! They’re tough plants! Within a day or so she was perked up and sending up new colas from all the growth nodes now exposed to the 2000w AGLEX cob led’s. These lights have transformed my grow process, and increased my yields by over 300% compared to my old led’s, and only draws 408w from the wall. 1.23g/w is quite satisfactory I didn’t have much tucking to do this grow after the original SCROG. Due to the fact I was a little late getting the SCROG net in place, she didn’t have too much stretch left in her, she certainly fattened up quite nicely though, almost too much so in places. The front left side of the SCROG net got awfully crowded with huge buds packed tightly together. Lesson learned...keep the branches spaced apart slightly further, and maybe allow slightly more vertical growth of the colas to allow slightly better light, and air flow penetration. My issue is I only have 6 foot ceilings in my tents. The ceiling in my grow room is only a little over 6’2”. I managed, through SCROG techniques, without topping or fimming, to keep the top of my canopy 24” from the floor. This allows plenty of space above for the AGLEX cob, and exhaust fan. After last feeding I flushed with just Ph’ed water for 5 days, then gave the plant 48 hours of darkness, to rid itself of chlorophyll before harvesting on November 4th and hanging in a drying rack. It’s still curing in jars but after trying a few samples, it’s an awesome strain, and hits hard. It’s not as hard as it sounds to fill a 4x4 tent with a single autoflower, and still pull 18 ounces (504g) out of that tent. With simple SCROG technique, defoliation, quality grow medium you can achieve the same results. Of course you’ll need an AGLEX 2000w cob, but for an 18 ounce return on a $300CAD light, in 3 months, it’s a no brainer folks! You won’t find a better light under $300 Canadian. You’ll also need a quality nutrient line, and it’s hard to go wrong with the Remo Supercharged Kit. The proof of those 2 products quality are in my harvest. Week 5 the girls are packing on size day by day The feeding has definitely picked up they are dinking about 18 gals of water every day to two days The gorilla cookies and 2 of orange cookies are nice and tall at the 51.5 inch mark The wedding cheesecakes are short, squat, and loaded with some sweet creamy cake smelling buds they are about 33-38 inches tall The smelling it the room is truly amazing fruits and pies is what it hits my nose like lol

Flowers coming along well, with frost now developing. Nutrient strength increased now they're gonna be eating a lot more. Remo grow reduced slightly now they're slowing their growth, but Bloom and AstroFlower have been increased to favour PK for flower development. Day 28 will be the last day feeding Growth Tech Liquid Silicone as it takes the longest to completely flush out of the plant. I never feed silicone later than this in flower otherwise you risk hard, black ash with a horrible burn in the end.. More leaves have been stripped here and there to slow growth and to allow the light to penetrate deeper, uncovering flower sites. Leaf stripping is a great technique to stunt the growth of selected branches, allowing the others around to catch up and meet the top of the canopy more evenly 🦊

HST done at the end of the week, did cut some fan leaves and some topping and defoliation, 1 more week before sending them to flowering.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Note: Moisture and Temp readings are done in the mornings. Lights are on an automated 12/12 schedule unless stated otherwise. Quick Summary: This week I fed the plants only 1 time. Since all plants are drinking slower, all were watered less, and less frequently. AK1's issues seemed to slow (not stop) this week. Most of AK2's leaves are gone, the damaged leaves haven't gotten worse and the remaining green leaves haven't been damaged as much. Since I'm seeing green on AK2, and nothing smells or looks too weird I'm going to continue growing. North is still growing strong, started the weirdest and is pulling through strong. What's weird is I think all plants including North is being affected by the same thing, but AK2 is suffering the most. Harvest tracking: - North may have about 1-2 weeks to go, most trichomes are looking cloudy and some are clear. I'm waiting until I see virtually no clear ones and slightly amber ones. - AK1 may have 3-4 weeks (assumption based on how North matured), most likely less yield too since it's sick midway into flower - AK2 may have 3-4 weeks (assumption based on how North matured) Day 92 - Manually Watering. 💧: Tap: X pH Adjusted with pH Down. Day 22 25/07/24 Thursday Still no Feed/water since Tuesday. Been a humid and overcast two days so not as much evaporation as normal. All plants happy and healthy 💚 Video updates Day 23 26/07/24 Friday De-chlorinated watering pH 6 with 5ml calmag to 5L water. Watered each with 250ml and had small run off. I will continue to feed/water with small run offs to help prevent salt build ups. Video update. Day 26 29/07/24 Monday Nice feed today, using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. They each had 300ml with small run off. All looks incredibly happy and healthy! The Auto Kabul that was mutated and twisted has pulled herself through and is just a bit shorter than the others. Day 28 31/07/24 Wednesday End of week😁 De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚

Hola! Bueno, ha comenzado otra semana -creo que la última en vegetación- y el crecimiento de la planta es asombroso. Actualmente tiene 66 cm de alto. La lámpara está a unos 12,5 cm de distancia de la misma, y ya no me va quedando mucho espacio para subirla. Ha comenzado a tener un débil olor, el cual es muy rico. Tengo mucha fe en este cultivo. Realmente el sistema hidropónico me está sorprendiendo. Saludos!

Decided to bring the ladies outdoors to finish them off. I have a small 5x5 pop-up greenhouse that will keep them safe from the extreme weather. The nights are finally warm enough and we have some great sunshine coming in the next week. There are only about 4 weeks left for them so there should be lots of light for them to finish and produce, even in northern Ontario. They have started to flower and have really enjoyed being outdoors. We have had some very cloudy and rainy days for the past week, perfect weather to get them hardened off to the Sun. I’ve been watering every 4 days or so, keeping the PPM average for now until I see they are getting hungrier/thirstier. Can’t wait for the good part! Happy growing 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Week 2 - The Plants Are Loving Their Environment. I Think The Coco Soil Have The Gorilla Glu & Stardawg Thinking They’re Coconut Trees. Lol I’m Experimenting Trying To Create My Own Foliation Spray And Nutrient Additive To Go With A Base Nutrient And It Seems To Be Working. Week 6 of flowering cookies Gelato by RQS Hallo again brother and sister Growmies and homies . I will be making the diaries somewhat individual per strain. Getting my better microscope in tomorrow so i can check on the progress. I had a small microscope but you have to ram that one into your eyes to see through it lol . Day 40 Flowering Cookies Gelato Been bizzy trying to get cookies gelato under the microscope is quite a task . The best way for me is to cut 😱😱😱 something off and lay it down. it works but still need to fine tune it a little better but amazing what you can see up close 👀 some leafes had a lot of ambers on it but the buds (not photography) are still clear so it has some way to go still. Day 41 end of week 6 of Flowering Week 6 is over Growmies what a wonderful week!!! Getting the microscope under control and starting to see the milkyway . But still a lot of clear trichomes so i will wait with flush this week .
