The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

This is one amazing grow. Especially in a micro grow with a 5L fabric pot. I’ve increased the GHE bloom and cleaned up leaves at the bottom and fan leaves covering flowers. More light penetration.

They had an hour drive roadtrip today, I hope they didn't get stressed. Moved them to their new home where they are under a 825W Gavita HPS. Today I stopped the Botanium's nutrients and started the Advanced Nutrient's PH Perfect Micro/Grow/Bloom, 1ml of each, inside their 1lt tank. Overall so far they look really healthy, happy, and smell good. This is basically an attempt to grow weed the easiest way possible... I started this grow under my desk with fluorescent tubes ducktaped on it... It's also an experiment to see if it's possible to grow Cannabis with a Botanium. This is an almost completely automatic grow using a simple automatic hydroponic system pot that has an inside timer and waters the plants every 3 hours, and they also claim that it's impossible to overwater the plant with this system. Let's see through this test... The capacity of the pot is kinda small to grow a big juicy tree, so I'm trying to get just a few nugs the simplest way possible... The strain is Green-O-Matic which is one of the smallest cannabis strains ever bred. It consists of some really interesting parents which are White Dwarf, Low Rider, a short Moroccan landrace and a short Ruderalis landrace I hope you enjoy this simple experiment...

Still no sign of flowering. Transplanted Novarine plant 2 into a 50-liters container. The spot is under a big shorea plant. Shorea is a South East Asian medicinal tree. This is minimum light spot in my yard. Hope she would flower. I choose plant 2 because I think plant 1 will stretch even further. Plant 1 was also moved to a shaded spot under an tree jasmin. This Millingtonia, Indian cork tree. I have sweet flowers all year round. People told me that dried tree jasmine flower mixed well with weed and is good for people with ashma and sinus. Kind of useless since why would asthmatic people even smoke? Plant 3 is my back up until I come up with a way to put her into flowers. Clone are doing nicely. And I am growing 3 clones from plant 1 and only one clone from plant 2. I’ll be donating the rest to friends with weight and blood sugar issues. By year end, I probable keep only one or two clones. One clone from bigger branch is growing just fine without any benefit form lighted grow box. Feeding plants with mid-level dose of cow manure tea and earth worm casting tea to keep leaves healthy. They should have been given a light dose of fertilizer. However, the flowering purslane are also eating and feeding soil microbes. Got my paws on triancontanol and brassinolide. Perhaps these will jolt Novarine THCV into flowering. Triacontanol won't dissolve in neither water nor alcohol. And it is emulsified with polysobate. Mixing of Triacontanol Triacontanol does not dissolve in polysorbate. It is rather emulsified. Means that it need to be melt and there need to be water added. My steps, 1) heated 70 grams of polysorbate in a big heat resistance glass cup. I used a beaker. Mix in 5 grams of triacontanol. And it does not melt. 2) Put in 100 cc of water and put in microwave. After the mix is boiled, triacontanol melt. There is foam. So a bigger cup and a spillage plate would prevent problem with my better half. 3) After heated, the mix is better. Then I added hot water from to make total 250 CC of solution. Then, the mix is clear. 4) Label the dose with pencil. This works better than labeling with ink. I use 5 cc at a time for my entire garden. 250 CC would last me 50 doses. No need to buy so much. This is cheap. Let’s see next week how effective they are.

Echt kleine Gamechanger. Grüne Grüße & happy growing allerseits Rocko 🌿✂️ 🌿 Grow Diary – Day 84 | Flowering Day 24 “Heavy haircut week, first frost… and pests being annoying as hell” This week had one clear mission: Scissors out – clean up everything below the canopy. The ladies got a proper lollipopping session, and I definitely didn’t go easy on them. By the end, the bucket was completely full of cuttings. Everything down low that only steals energy or sits in the shade had to go. From now on, all power goes straight into the tops. The Kush caused a bit of drama though. She’s slightly unstable structurally and basically fell apart while pruning, so I had to puzzle together which shoots I originally wanted to keep. Short chaos in the tent… but fixed. 😄 📏 Height & Support Stretch is now officially over – finally. Final height: around 1.10 meters, which is pretty much perfect for the tent. Any taller and we’d be fighting the lights. To keep everything stable, I installed plant yo-yos everywhere – those retractable supports with nylon strings. They gently pull branches upward, support heavy buds, and keep the canopy nice and even. Small tools, big impact. 🌸 Flower Progress Now the fun part really starts. You can see it every day: buds stacking up first visible trichomes/resin light sweet smell filling the tent That moment when you open the zipper and think: 👉 “Alright… production mode activated.” Each day gets a little frostier. Nutrition & Adjustments What’s becoming obvious now: 👉 early phosphorus and potassium deficiencies The BioTabs tablets worked great so far, but during heavy flowering they’re simply a bit too slow. So the plan: add microbes → boost soil life moderate PK supplementation → support bud building Just a small extra push so the flowers can really bulk up. 🐛 Reality Check: Pest Squad And of course… it wouldn’t be a real grow without some annoying visitors. Thrips AND fungus gnats. Double trouble. 😅 Thrips → those classic silver streaks on the leaves Fungus gnats → tiny black flies hovering around the soil Nothing catastrophic, but seriously annoying. That constant “can you guys just leave already?” feeling. They’re under control and being monitored closely — but yeah… nobody invited them. ✅ Weekly Summary Lollipopping done ✔️ Stretch finished ✔️ Height dialed in at 1.10 m ✔️ Yo-yos supporting branches ✔️ Buds & resin starting strong ✔️ Thrips annoying ✔️ Fungus gnats annoying too ✔️ Overall, still very happy with the progress. Now it’s feed, observe, fine-tune… and watch the ladies slowly turn into sticky little resin monsters. Green greetings & happy growing, Rocko 🌿✂️

Buds starting to pop out of the lower nodes. Lots of new pistals have formed this week, feeling for room where the buds will eventually fill out. Will get her out for some photos in natural lighting next week when the buds are more mature.

Fed her a 2/3 strength dosage of the FF trio today. Gonna let her dry out then proceed to feed her pH6.8 water with molasses. Already showing trichs only 2 weeks into flower, I can tell she's going to prosper! Monday, 18th update: Added a video showing buds right after a molasses watering - frosty ;)

During this fourth week of vegetation everything is going well. I was able to apply LST without harming the plant. ✔️ I proceed with the second topping to continue the mainlining technique. ✂️🌱 I slightly increased the nutrients. 🔝

We continue to bloom and gain weight Consumption is not quite stable, it falls after defoliation and is gaining momentum again after a couple of days, after the start of adding pk to the compote, the drainage ph began to fall As it was already said earlier, I turn over the pot every day, alternating the side of the blower, another remedy for mold will work for another week (disintegration period 14 days) Barrel (silicon) from Simplex in the diet should also increase mold maintenance

Hey guys! New week, here we are! As always, every Sunday is cleaning day. Took everything again from the tent, washed the saucers. Was also time to cut down some leaves as it was starting to look very bushy and hard for the light to get through it. During that time, came across with some bugs under the foliage, which isn't a great sign for sure. Not to mention the fruit flies that move in and are making my life a little chaos. Reducing now the RH a bit, and watering now on every 72h instead of 48h to keep the grow as dry as possible. Increasing the ventilator speed was another attempt, it so much air circulating should be hard for them to make a living inside. Just put now more of those fly traps and will add a couple glasses of cider vinegar here and there, as it attracts most of the flying things with success. Note that some plants are yellowing and that's never a good sign. Though for few weeks it was Nitrogen deficiency, but after increasing it and the CalMag values, the problem persists, so I'm inclined for something bug related. Besides that, temps are still very stable, RH was changed, now to 40% tops, and the light went a little lower to get it closer to the plants - always with the light burn effect in mind. 40cm is the line between the tops and the lamp. Flowering is looking good, buds are forming well and seems that's gonna be a good ending if I can keep the bugs under control. She's on pre-flower, switched the nutrients and increased a bit the feeding volume. That's all folks, have a great week

DAY 16 At the begenning oh 3th week we can see one twins is littel bigger and we can see the leaf dimension in the picture. I think that i had some problem with fertilizazion becuse i see one leaf crumpling and in the border of two leaf some sign of overfert. i think overfert because i have used water with ph 6.2.......look at the picture......At day 16 i watered only with water ph 6.2 for security of my plant. what do you thing about these sign on leaf? certainly i will do flushing when i switch in bloom phase at the end of this week. DAY 18 VIDEO Look at the video for see how grow very fast and hard my Twins!! I'm very happy for this!!! Now they are 17 cm tall and tomorrow I switch them in the bloom stage.
