Well week 2 is here and gone. the dark devils are not as big as the red poisons but that doesn't mean much at the moment. we still got lots of weeks to go and the wicking buckets look like they are doing their job. I am going to let the dark devils dry out a bit before I refill the reservoir. to see if the water is too much for that strain as it is the first time growing it. so, looking good so far, they are healthy for now no signs of hunger just water when needed at this point and look for signs of lock out or feeding issues cheers ya'all,

The sun has been away again this week and the heavy humidity has caused some error on the cola of one of the random autoflower plants, I tried to cut out and dispose of the bad bit but it got too the stem so I've cut it off completely. More mould showed up on her so I've cut her down. Hopefully the rest won't be affected!

Sensi Seeds Jack Herer 8 weeks of veg completed 28th Jan 2020 I performed some high stress training techniques (HST) to my Jack herer Girl during the week. Basically I pinched and bent the stems of the longest branches to make them grow horizontally rather than straight up in the air. I did this to keep the canopy reasonably even giving all the potential bud sites an even distribution of sunlight. Hopefully this will eliminate a lot of the "popcorn" small buds and create nice fat colas. We shall see in a few weeks time 😃 She also got a nice big drink of High tea which the plants really seem to love . Overall I am very happy with this plants health and characteristics. Day 51 - Really bushing out and getting wider. Some more hairs are visible, yet no real bud production yet. Roots are long and healthy looking. Still going strong with the same nutrient mixture. Day 53 - Topped up water today and had a casualty unfortunately. 😕 Day 56 - Switched lights to 12-12 to try and induce the flowering process on day 54. Today they are looking like they have more hairs coming along. Also topped up water again. Plants are still growing very fast. And getting bigger and bigger.

Well, it's flowering... A bit slow but what can I do? Defoliated for the first time, I'm hoping it's gonna be ok!

Wow what a strong weed. The yellowing stopped immediately after repotting and she wasn't stunted at all. I give her 3 liter water every other day. The temps are higher in this season I hope that will not be too much of an effect on yield. Humidity is OK so mold should stay out too.

Week 6 from sprout. Around 40 days from sprout. Not much have changed. Completely over to bloom so hopefully the extra pk does its job. I plan on increasing ppm until my run off is only 100 or so below my feed. I'll let this journal know when i feel i have equaled out. Today i gave a feed of 1500 (3000/3.0 ec) ppm twice. .... will let u know what the runoff readings say tomorrow evening. Takes a lot of ph down to get my tap water right. ... I need to raise my light a little. Though only two plants are the reason. So im a little conflicted. My temps have been averaging about 85-90... rh around 50. Some pistils on the sides were going orange. it may be strain and my fan that i keep full blast in there. Leaves closest to the light are stressed. But that's jus a few colas on two plants. Figure out light and height tomorrow. I have been removing runoff by scooping up about 2 gals worth of runoff every other day.... One plant looks more indica and i love the bushy fat leaves look. I hope they aren't too leggy to get good yeild. As most of em are over 42 inches. I'll take better pics later on. 2 days later 6-9-19 Ok. Canopy was getting ridiculous. And lst was out the question so i went to extreme measures. I supercropped everything down with 3 inches of my smallest plant. The biggest today measured at 52 inches tall and 30 inches wide. Will post before and after pics after i make dinner for the fam..

And she’s up and drying! Massive yield, piney earthy terps— perfect structure. Just a great plant all around! More to come
