At about mid-week the canopy was becoming very full so I defoliated to let light hit all of the bud sites. I found an article that mentioned "Schwazzing" and it seems close to how the approach this grow has gone. They got heavy defoliation just before flower and then also a few weeks in. The broken stem has healed dramatically even though I didn't reconnect it but let it stay split. I put rooting gel in the wound and then duck taped it. Now it looks like its going to seal itself back up within a few more weeks. The light is intense, 70-75K LUX on the top of the canopy. I have a little room left to raise the top light before I have to start dimming it. Hopefully I can manage to keep them at max 75K LUX without dimming, or may try supercropping depending on how the stretching goes. This week all the side lights are on along with the main light. They all seem to be loving the light and the heat has been manageable. They are drinking about a half gallon of water a day and TDS started at 1100 and ended at 800 by the end of the week. * Pineapple Express 1 is the furthest along and I can already tell the smell is going to be amazing, very fruity. * Pineapple Express 2 is very lush but flowering a notch slower. * Pineapple Skunk has a concentrated number of buds sites compared to the others, I'm very excited for this one. The reason why I planted 3 seeds right away is because the runtz is a very interesting variety (Skittlez x Gelato) 😍. And I will take cuttings from all of them, ubd hope to have a beautiful mother 🙏🏻🌱. The seed was planted in Canna Bio. 420Fastbuds FBT2304 Week 1 Week 1 of the start of veg for these 2 FBT2304 plants. So far I've switched to 18/6 light cycle and keep a 75'f day temp with a 65'f night time Temps. I give them 500ml of straight well water every other day. I did to a pm spray and didn't realize my lights would be coming on as soon as they did. Lesson learned it'll burn the leafs. 😆 All in all Happy Growing

(Days 15-21) (Day 21) Everything is looking really good this week. I got my MH hooked up and dimmed to 250w. Plants are responding very well. Not a single sign of yellowing and plants are all a nice healthy green. I covered up the transparent solo cups with some newspaper as the roots are starting to pool around the bottom of the cups. I’m going to transplant everything into 2gal pots with my inoculated 50/50 coco blend sometime next week. There is a nice layer of mycorrhizal fungi starting to coat the surface now. Blackberry breath #1 is still looking oddly deformed still but I am concluding it’s genetic. Going to be trying this ‘Boogie Brew’ tea stuff in the next few days as well. I’m pretty sure the leaf discoloring I saw that one day was from using unstable RO water. I am making sure to stabilize all water with rain/snow/brita before watering. It seems to have cleared up in a just a few days of proper water. I didn’t get around to getting a c02 canister this week but I will grab it at the same time I get those 2gal nursery pots. I’m shocked at how well the air pump is helping the bbb#2. It is always the perkiest plant in the tent and despite being a runt, it’s already outpacing most of the others in terms of new growth. I guess air is an often overlooked factor when growing. Hopefully the coco blend will help get things a little more aerated when I transplant. Been thinking I’m going to just veg until they all show sex and then flip them. (Day 17) I gave my first pest/mold prevention spray today. I then raised the light all the way up to the top of the tent for a few hours. Plants responded well and no spots, burn ect. I’m also going to give my first top dressing today. I’m using my new organic dry amendments scratched into the surface of the solo cups with some added promix as a layer of mulch. I don’t want to see any yellowing at all in veg this run. I fucked up hard last time so I’m going to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Well I finally got these girls in the dry tent did not get a wet weight will update on the trim and dry weight I will suggest if you are using 5 gallon pots definitely jump to at least a 7 gallon pot huge difference the buds look and smell awesome ready to set up 5x5 and 30 gallon pots

Trimmed a bit more & added a few more LST clips on day 74, watered with just Pro-TeKt to get the PPMs down still high at 2567 average, I may do so again next time, I suspect this coming week to be the final veg & will be flipping at the end of it.

Has been 3 weeks since my last post due to holiday. The wedding cake was a bit delayed in grow because my PH meter was broken so I was assuming my PH was correct while in actuality it was too low. The scrog net is covered for about 60% wanted to play it safe because I’m not sure how much it will stretch. The clock has been set on 12/12 yesterday. Expect to see some flower growth in 2 weeks.
