We really like to test the great new products that Zamensia prepares for our growers, this time we have a great plant that we conventionally call Test #3, it is doing well both in the topping version and in the straight version that I will show you in a few days. We have just done the last topping that brings her 16 tops on almost all the plants after which we grow a few more days and off we go. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The topping cuts slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit in over, it happened to her then you cut off and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. It is a process that must be nuanced very delicately. Ideally it is to start by preparing the soil with fertilizer and add if necessary. I went a bit in excess with the plants but it is something that I have always managed very well once I got to flowering. Started LST on my girls. Maybe a bit early but I think there is enough time for them to stretch even more.

Week 6 was somewhat challenging. Some of the plants showed signs of deficiency again, and throughout the week, I had to balance things out with repositioning and individual fertilization. This approach has worked well so far. Currently, all the plants are back on track and growing vigorously every day. My PPFD level is now around 700 PPFD. I haven't changed the watering amount much, but I gave some plants additional nutrient water instead of just plain water. Naturally, I also did a lot of defoliation in the lower areas and removed unnecessary shoots this week. Afterwards, I applied foliar fertilizer for the last time in this cycle. This time it was a mixture of Acti Vera, Alg a Mic, and Boomboom spray from Biotabs. As always, it's pretty tight in my tent, but I'm quite satisfied with the general canopy of all the plants. A significant number of buds are already developing, which makes me optimistic about the future. I hope the next week goes a bit smoother, but overall, everything is fine.

Quick update just to upload some photos, but unfortunately I don't have many relevant news to report. Leaves are yellowing, but I can't understand if it's senescence or lack of nutrients. Since she's not gonna finish within the next 2 weeks, next week I'll add some nutrients in low dosage, which shouldn't be a problem since the runoff is more or less 250 PPMs. This week there are some videos too! 🎥 Day 136: 9L of tap water (PH 6.5). Runoff: PH 6.8, 256 PPMs. Day 139: 9L of tap water (PH 6.5). Runoff: PH 6.7, 245 PPMs.

Plants are finishing up, maybe another week and I can wrap things up. Buds didn’t get as fat as I would have liked but everything looks really nice and frosty. cleaned up all the plants with some defoliation.

Alots of leaning ladies this week and not enough garden wire to tie all the ladies up, either way the trichomes are looking great and are right where I like them to be. I only weigh 1 plant wet which was the one I processed for hash, which was around 400 grams trimmed. The remaining 3 ladies have a lot of great big. dense buds. The smell is very similar to a citrus cleaner. After about 10 to 14 days we will have these ladies trimmed up and ready for jars. Hi friends, So I guess I was being really impatient because the bigger girls have begun springing out trichomes!! I can see them deep within the bud sites and are slowly stretching out on sugar leaves. I've noticed that this plant doesn't produce too many trichomes on the bigger leaves so don't let that fool you if you come across that. My girls look frosty on the actual bud sites. Tried to get good pics, will try post more tonight. Other than that, the fast yellowing from previous issues have halted and yellowing seems to be taking a natural course from here. Leaves are dying off but seems that's just the plant doing its thing and getting rid of what it doesnt need. So excited the trichomes came through. Hopefully a few more weeks from here or so. The start was easy as it gets just add water the first 20 days and LST every day. When i saw some of the lower leaves start to change color that's when i started to add nuits. after that it was just following the instructions foxfarm already had laid out for me. I cut back by half in the start of my feeds but by the end of my grow I was at full strength. Testing your run off is key. Cropking send me great seeds and genetics is a great foundation and starting point. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was very happy I got almost 5 ounces off one plant.

Day 50 - Day 3 - 9/2 - Moved up to 3/4 strength of Plagron today, no extras, just about 5ml of cal mag. 850ppm @ 5.8ph. - 9" tall today still Day 51 - Day 4 - 9/3 - 9.5" tall! woohoo!! - Gave 4 liters today, wash her out a bit but kept ppm same. - Runoff coming out about 1000 ppm. Day 52 - Day 5 - 9/4 - 10" Tall - Gave another 4 liters today, but added in some power buds for some fun! Day 53 - Day 6 - 9/5 - 10" tall still - Accidently added my additives before my bloom today....I mean I'm just using one additive i guess, LOL the Power Buds. Well....I'm not remaking, she can yell at me if she doesn't like it LOL - Still giving 3/4 strength at about 850 ppm Day 54 - Day 7 - 9/6 - 10.5" - Went a little under today, gave only about 710 ppm at 6.1 ph. 4 liters. - Noticed a couple of tips today, will bring her back down, probably go back to 1/2 strength over the next few feedings. - Still on 5ml of cal mag. Day 55 - Day 8 - 9/7 - Lowered her today, Gave about 13ml of bloom, no additives. 15ml/gal is 3/4 strength btw LOL. 660ppm @ 5.8ph. - First runoff was in the 900s, so gave full 4 liters to lower a bit, but only made it to the 800s. - Went ahead and just made a small cal mag rinse of about 250ppm and a bit of SLF real quick to bring her ppm down some more. Gave her 2 liters. Got her to 720ppm @ 5.7ph runoff. - 10.5" - Will go to normal feed tomorrow at 1/2 strength (10ml/gal). Day 56 - Day 9 - 9/8 - IT'S MY 24TH ANIVERARY TODAY!!! 24 years, 2 beautiful boy that are all grown up now, and 12 wonderful cats. It's been an amazing journey! - Week 2 of Flower starts today! - 11" tall - Normal feed, but at 1/2 strength now, about 636 ppm @ 6.0 ph. Added some power buds too today. Gave 2 liters. - Runoff was 700ppm @ 6.1. Perfect! - Think I found her sweet spot, 1/2 strength at about 650 ppm for now....at least till next week LOL **Happy Anniversary, Babe! Well, she started to hold on to some salts after her flip into flower. She liked that small flush I gave. I will keep her low on the ppm side. She'll be dropping that cal mag soon too! Don't want to forget that, I forgot to drop it in Trillianz and got some orange leaves. I swear, I have to rely on Alexa to remind me of EVERYTHING! Maybe I smoke too much.... Slushie is gorgeous! Loving those bushy leaves and the cats are too! Nice pretty color too. She should start stretching more soon. Can't wait.

Merry Christmas y’all! Week 4 is behind Topped both Mimosa and Cookies, they took it like champs! They exploded immediately with side grow. Such a pleasure to watch them strive. Increased EC from under 1 to 1.5 and they are super happy with it. Probably will climb to 2 to see how they like it. Getting closer to preflower would completely flush till runout is even with water poured in and would start adding flowering boosters. Starting to like coco for the full control and immediate reaction to my actions and the chance to fix my screwups. A bit of a hustle to water every day tho :) Best wishes to you and your close ones!
