(Day 31) ​Phase: Early Bloom / Flower Transition Lighting & DLI: 22.5h Photoperiod (22h @ 400 PPFD + 30 min sunrise/sunset ramp) | DLI ~32 mol/m²/day Environment: DIY CO2 Gel/Yeast reactor active, stable VPD and temp management ​💧 Substrate & Feeding ​Dry Back Management: Executed a controlled ~15% dry back to maximize root zone oxygenation and encourage deeper capillary exploration. ​Top-Dressing: Covered exposed top roots by applying 350g of fresh substrate mixed with 3.5g Bat Guano (1% ratio by weight) to provide a slow-release organic P-K boost for the flowering transition. ​Microbial Activation: Irrigated with Bactrex and enzymes to settle the fresh soil layer and trigger the soil biology. ​Foliar Spray: Discontinued Vita Race applications for the Royal Runtz to keep early pistil clusters completely dry and free of residue. ​✂️ Canopy Care & Maintenance ​Applied selective "finger trimming" (nipping off only shade-casting leaf tips) to eliminate micro-humidity pockets and enhance airflow without causing transplant or defoliation stress. Light Lollipopping: Stripped away weak lower growth and shaded undergrowth to eliminate potential larf buds and maximize lower airflow. Having cal mag issues going to hit the grow store tomorrow am and see can I get some organic cal mag and see if that helps other than that no real issues 2/24 I’m going sit my dumb ass down and chill I did a defoliation and man I over did it I think it’s pretty aggressive and i don’t know what I was thinking I was just clipping away 🤦🏾‍♂️…… anyway got some calmag for the color issues only going 1/2 tsp see how that goes hopefully when the new growth and more stretch happens it’ll look a lot better I’m also bottom feeding the calmag hope that works too

Started flowering 12/12

The 3rd and final girl has been trimmed, weighed and placed into curing jars! She added another 78grams making the total come to 219grams! I'm fairly happy with the result of my first grow! Id like to thank the community here on growdiaries. Without the hours I've spent looking through diaries, getting ideas, and learning, I've found this site invaluable! I hope my fellow growers keep on taking pics and sharing their experiences! Being my first grow and having to deal with manitoba flood humidity during late flower i believe i ended up with a decent harvest sitting in my jars. I really look forward to growing another photo strain in the future and perfecting my results but I think I'll be doing a run of autos first so I'll be back 😎😎 Post cure edit: These frosty buds matured into a dream to smoke. They really kick your ass and leave you breathless in a nice indica daze. Would not recommend for medical use for anyone with lung issues or super old smokers... but if you got some young lungs and wanna get fucked up, some good old OG kush will get it done boy! This week I watered with recharge and split a gallon of water between the 3 plants and they seemed perfect, little to no run off, pots still moist and I’m watering maybe once to twice a week the most. Plants seem happy and cheerful, hopefully we can keep them that way till finish 🤘 but till then keep the peace and smoke a fat one! 🙏

The ladies really didn’t have too much change this week except girl #2 seems like she’s caught up in height to girl #1. I have to make a correction to from week 3. I stated I topped the girls when i actually did some light FIMing.I wanted to be sure i corrected that mistake before my diary process any further. I kind of went a little too heavy on the feeding and the girls showed some slight yellowing and a 1 leaf started to Slightly curl into a taco. Nothing too serious but I definitely will be dialing back on the feeding doses. decided to do some defoliation To the fan leafs that were significantly blocking light from future bud sites. I’m not sure how these girls will take to me cutting off foliage. Only time will tell. These girl are starting to put off Some stank. The smell it’s very strong but you can get a sense of what’s to come. It smells of gassy sweet pineapple citrus. Have to admit I was skeptical until I did a stem rub and these girls were spot on. When rubbing the stem they smell so much more sweeter almost like a candy sweet smell. really appreciate all who have viewed my diary. I’m actually shocked how people viewed it so far. Thank you very much for the love 💚. I’m grateful and humbled for your support. Hopefully these girls start to go into the pre flowering stage in the next week, I’m over excited to see them develop. 29/06 Day40 Height 83cm Noticed that on one of the plants that approx 70% of the leaves look exaggeratedly rough with a dusting of orangey brownish markings. This came after the bug episode I remedied with Eccofective Bug Spray (Organic) Fed each 2L of Solution Inoculated the rims of their pouches with Peppermint Oil. The creepy-crawlies hate it😈 07/06 Day 47 The one plant looks decidedly miserable. Weird rough leaves with slight discolouration and droopy. They're not being over or under watered. They both receive the exact same nutrient ratio and mix. It's been suggested to me by Bloombuster that it's heat-related. This makes sense as it was over 30c when I moved them outdoors. They're also showing Indica genetics more than the Sativas they're meant to be. I'll make mention of this to Lineage Genetics.
