Flushed all plants as I used to hot of a soil mix as I am new to organics and don't know how to follow instructions but learned my lesson will always read instructions and follow recommended doses plants got much worse than in week 1 after flushing took plants 2 more days to grow even a millimetre but seem to be back on track this week was very humbling to me . Still plants look terrible now that there flushed hope next week is better. Also got fungus gnats so treating with sticky traps and diatomaceus earth.

Week 8 Veg – Go Big or Go Home! 🌱💪 Hey, Grow Fam! 🌿 What an intense week it’s been in the grow room! This was one of those “go big or go home” moments, and I decided to take it to the extreme. I’m holding off on flipping to flower for just one more week because the plants are filling up the space beautifully—I can’t help but push things to their limits and see just how much these ladies can give! 😎✨ This week was all about maximizing growth and creating the best canopy I can. I did a light defoliation, just here and there to open things up a bit, and then came the bending—LOTS of bending. 🌱 I’m working hard to create an even canopy, though with all these different genetics, we’ll see how close I get! 🤞 Regardless, I’m giving it my all, and I’m super pumped to see how everything will respond in the next stage. The final touch this week? I ended it with a bold 36 hours of darkness to prepare for the big flip next week—flower mode, here we come! 🌸 What Went Down This Week: 1. Canopy Work – Bending and training all over the place to try and keep things even. It’s a real challenge with different genetics, but the payoff is going to be worth it! 2. Defoliation – Just a little bit of leaf removal here and there to help with airflow and light penetration, prepping them for that final veg stretch. 3. 36 Hours of Darkness – Closed out the week with a full day and a half of darkness. The 36 hours of darkness is a technique I like to use to help signal to the plants that it’s time to transition from veg to flower. 🌒 By giving them an extended dark period, I’m mimicking the natural shift from summer to fall, when daylight hours start to shorten. This kick-starts the plants’ flowering hormones (phytochrome), helping them shift into flower mode more smoothly and quickly. In my experience, this method helps speed up the flip, reduces early flowering stress, and often leads to a more uniform bloom across the canopy. It’s like giving the plants a little nudge to let them know, “Hey, it’s time to bloom!” 🌸 This technique is especially useful for growers like me who want to maximize the efficiency and performance of their plants. 😊 4. This OG Zombie is turning out to be a super strong plant. The size difference 3 weeks ago when she showed her pistils for the first time to now is unbelievable.

Day 62 - Into week 9 and back from my little vacation and the wife did good with the girls while I was gone. The girls didn’t need water today but when she dries out, I will be giving her a feeding of nutes. I did a bit of defoliating today and some more leaf tucking. She’s grew up a ton since I left and the buds are looking gorgeous. She’s definitely putting out an awesome smell right now. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and she’s coming along nicely. Just took her out to make sure she was good on water and to tuck some leaves again. She’ll be getting a feeding of nutes tomorrow.

Aside from some light burn on the top colas, I'm happy overall, but I may have harvested a couple days too early. Upon further inspection, I'm seeing about 60% cloudy, 30% clear, and 10% amber. Will strive to be more patient on my next run :) Something worth noting about light distance to canopy - If your colas are within 12" of this light, or any high powered light, you will notice that your spear headed colas will start forming into fists, with perpetual white hairs. Can be confusing when it comes time to harvest, as you're patiently waiting for white hairs to stop producing. In this situation, keep your eyes on the trichs! Will update once I'm done trimming. I'm here for good! **UPDATE** Total harvest weight is 119 grams :D Very pleased with the outcome. Will need to practice a bit more patience on my next run so I can pinpoint the perfect moment to harvest. I also decided to flush for a full week since I pushed nutes to full strength in the last 3 weeks. Hang dry in the tent, 2/3 internal fans off, intake/exhaust running at half speed, managed to maintain a temp of 65-70 and 50-40%RH :) trim after 8 days (small branches and buds snapped off) curing in a small bucket with 58% Boveda, burping daily. Hoping to be ready for smoke by 420

Ya en la recta final familia, están apuntito, solo unos días más. Nuestras lemon kush ya recibieron su lavado de raíces , están sin productos ya solo AGUA. Controlamos de todas formas el Ph igual y que no baje por debajo de 6,2. Bestiales estás flores , un olor muy característico con tonalidades cítricas que recuerdan al limón. Todo un clásico en verdad. Estos ejemplares carecen de brazos laterales, son óptimas para un SOG desde semilla, pudiendo llenar 16 plantas en metro cuadrado.

Que hay fumetillas, vuelta actualizar otra semana de critical, no me canso de cultivarla de verás, una indica con floración rápida con unos cogollos como rocas. Semillas conseguidas en grow barato, a granel, por un bajo coste, y bien cultivadas salen genial sin fallo. . La humedad esta al 45% la temperatura está entre 21/25 grados , y como siempre el ph , ya que es de lo más importante,está en 5,8/6,0. . She's hitting flower so not much more growth after the burst. Fingers crossed she gets a bit more height. No need to top her so letting her run free. Started voodoo juice two feedings ago.

One thing I forgot to mention in my video! I had a lighting timer almost catch fire last night! It was melted and black and when I pulled it out it caught flame very briefly. I went out and bought one that could support double the wattage of my light that minute. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! Be certain that your timer can handle all the wattage you’re pulling through it and then some! DONT BE AN IDIOT AND ALMOST BURN DOWN YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!!
