3 of the 4 seeds popped. I can see the other one in the rapid rooter but I added another stardawg just to keep things moving. I started with 300 ppm and got the NFT system running and new HLG 260’s at 36” above them turned all the way down.

📝 Summary of previous week: This week, the girls continued progressing well into the flowering stage. They’ve clearly stretching as expected during this phase. i watering them with 1.5L per plant, with one session including 1ml of Canna Terra Vega, 1ml of Plagron Alga Bloom, and 0.5ml of Mycochum from Plant Success. Two follow-up waterings were done with plain water only. There were some signs of yellowing and deficiencies in the leaves, likely due to an imbalance in the soil — possibly linked to the original hot soil mix. In response, light dimming was slightly reduced to 95%, and a plan was put in place to alternate between nutrient and plain water feedings. pH adjustments are also being considered. Really can't wait to see the upcoming weeks on how they'll fatten up. Over all they seem to be responding to the nutes every 3rd water so will keep up that routine for another week or two. Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. Hi all. Welcome to this run withbthe Viparspectra XS1500 which i was kindly sent to try by their helpful rep Valerie. As I have a fairly good space to use for my main grow , it seemed an ideal time to explore a few options while I wait for space to appear following upcoming harvests. The opportunity hit at a good time and has now driven the future play time. lol The light is a full spectrum 150W( at the socket) , Dimmable and very well made unit. As summer is here now , my concerns of more heat being an issue have stopped me from adding my other light so the smaller 2ftx2ft area covered by the XS1500 is a good option , The heatsink is built into the case design with a finned top to dissipate the heat so no noisy fans. Switching it on to full power was a nice surprise as the footprint was way wider than I had expected and the actual coverage is even better for my Nursery to harvest plan.... I am growing autos perpetually at present and have been able to throughput the plants with just 2 lights and using the overlaps at the edges to bring seedlings along to veg/flowering, as harvesting is finishing. The timing had been working well but the plants were getting smaller towards the last runs . I gave it some thought and Rh % came to mind. With the perpetual runs not having a higher rh in their veg periods due to other plants needing a lower Rh% in flower , the vapour pressure deficit (vpd) was not within veg periods healthier range. This current run has exploded and filled my normal space very quickly which in turn means I cannot use the same principle as the last perpetual run of bringing the next ones along ready for the exchanges. The XS1500 takes care of this issue with it being perfect for an initial nursery light that is easily covering all the new seedlings but is also able to cover my experimental "5 plant 1 Pot" attempt. I have placed 5 of my own autob seeds from a previous seeding in a single 60 L pot and intend to strip them to their 4th nodes and only allow 2 mains per plant to develop and flower. Inam hoping to have 10 mains growing in it that will be under the xs1500 solely as the other plants outgrow the lights footprint and space they are in. They will go into the main grow space once able so i can really see how well this new light can flower with the 10 mains to fill the space. Until that point , I will diary as we go and see what we can achieve.

Week 8 of 9 for Do-si-dos! This girl is also appreciating the extra feeding even though she shows the least amount of deficiency. Not much else to say about this girl, this week.

Week 21 of the Pineapple Upside Down has been a slow, steady week of adaptation. Nothing dramatic happened, but this phase is crucial, because the plant is still adjusting to the new light spectrum. At the start of the week, I had bumped the PPFD up to around 500. But it became obvious pretty quickly that she wasn’t handling that intensity well. The apex looked tired, the leaves were curling downward like a soft saddle, and the whole plant was signaling that the metabolic shift wasn’t complete yet. So I made the decision to step the intensity back down to 300 PPFD. A gentler light, less metabolic pressure, and a better environment for the plant to recalibrate after the spectrum change. These adaptation phases always take time— forcing it only delays the recovery. Over the next few days, I started noticing some very subtle signs. The apex seems to be lifting again, and the leaves that were curling now look like they’re slowly opening back up. It’s still too early to confirm anything, so I’m keeping expectations realistic. Right now, visual impressions are all we have, and the plant still needs space to stabilize. For this stage, the strategy is simple: no adjustments, no extra stress, no forced progression. We keep the light at 300 PPFD and let her rebuild her momentum naturally. Only when she gives a clear, confirmed sign of vigor—not just a hint— will we start considering the transition to flower. So Week 21 was a quiet-looking week, but an important one metabolically. The plant is processing the spectrum change, resetting its rhythm, and hopefully setting the foundation for a clean, strong pre-flower phase. We’ll check back next week to see if the recovery continues and whether she’s finally ready to move forward. 😎

Today, at the second of January I decided to chop our 24k auto. About 10-20% amber trichomes , also on the smaller buds! The performance of the plant was great and also my first grow on coco gone well! Feeling good to grow in coco and I think I will try a second time. About 540g wet weight after a long trim session. Really happy with the outcome.

Week five has arrived. So far so good she is doing great and smelling dank.👌👌👌👍

Here we are in what it will be the final week... I am now at day 61 and I'm considering to cut at the end of this current week... in 2 days basically... I recently bought a scope that allows me to check the trichomes and I can see all milky ones, I also posted some videos of it, please guys let me know your thoughts... Beside this buds are hard like rocks and smell still pretty intense and I cannot wait to taste this short but bulky phenotype. I decided to give her few more days, so next week will be chopping her, this mostly cause I watered her last time on Day 61 and now I am basically just waiting for the soil to be dry. I count to put her in the dark for 48 hours at Day 65 and finally chop her at day 67, I cannot wait to update you for the harvesting part. Plants are doing nicely on their own. I have learned to be more hands-off and let them take their own pace. I check soil dryness every few days and add water/nutrients when dry past my first knuckle. Sticking with the same nutrient mix as it seems to be doing the trick. If you watch the timelapse, you'll see a moment of panic when the reflector fell over onto Cheecha. But, in the long run, what doesn't kill them seems to be making them stronger. Cheecha is now almost the same height as her sister Chonga. We're in Fall now, so the room is getting a little cooler, but above 70 degrees F. Humidity is also starting to drop a bit too.

Week 8 of Flowering, pistils are turning brown. Will check tricolms next week. Since I am doing hydro, flushing can commence the final week. *finally got my co2 meter to work so boosting co2 to 1000 ppm and increased light output but 20%. The rent increased 30% in humidity and raised 4 degrees F so manageable for sure. Happy growing BM 4TweentY
