It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.

Alright. Back to autoflowers! 2x Dark Devil (first time growing it) and 2x Royal Creamatic (I just love that strain!) Preparations I did yesterday: - Took seeds out of fridge to prepare them for the new climate - Prepared a bucket of water so it can sit for 12h - Presoaked the medium with Root Complex so it already starts to 'work' and settle the ph - Installed my DIY 4x 3,5W LED light fixture ___________________ DAY 1 - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 01.01.2018!!! Dropped the seeds and covered them slightly with soil. Watered them a bit with Root Complex. Covered the pots with cellophane so the humudity stays high at around 99% RH. ___________________ DAY 6 Dark Devil (DD) 1 & 2 did pop out their heads yesterday morning. Royal Creamatic (RC) popped out yesterday night Royal Creamatic 2 is still doing its underground stuff. I hope it won't take too long... Feeding Root Complex only. Water has been ph'd to 6,5. I also switched on the blue leds from the Viparspectra to widen the light spectrum. The small bulbs are 3,5W led lights, 4000K, 430 lm Room temp: 24C, Humidity: around 75% when the tent is closed.

smooth smoke and durga mata are the ones that suffered the least from the light problem we're just a little bit behind schedule but I have started flushing still have no Amber Trichomes but we're coming close

smell is strong now. sour 76 has a range of citrus, number 1 is lemon dominated with fuel scent underneath. number 2 has a smell super similar to tangie! seeing sour 76 parent is cali sour d (cali orange x sour d x mexican sativa) cross to 76 afghan it makes sense to me it has reminiscent smell to tangie (cali orange x skunk 1 [mexican sativa x afghan indica x colombian sativa]) very similar parent lineages there! havin smoke test both, sour 76 is much more heavy handed high! plants finish at 66 days this run. at this point I gave last main feeds before tapering nutes back lower for week 8 and then flush week 9

I would believe this variety again ... I think it could be better ... and do not make some mistakes in it ... I recommend it to all growers ...
