Week 7 now, growth slowed a tad, figured my soil mix would be running a little low on nutes now & started the feeding. Chose to give them a single feeding of Plant-Prod MJ Grow as it has some extra stuff they may have been missing but will feed bloom starting next week! The bud sites where starting to get a little shaded from the larger fan leaves, removed them & the buds started swelling like mad! Last day of week 7 update: They drank the grow nutes with vigour, fed bud filler last night (nov 3). The feeding greened up the leaves, now I can confirm my soil mix lacks enough flower nutes for sure.

Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

This adventure seems like it'll be zenzational! These seeds were the first to burst and also first to sprout from soil out of all the other strain. Ladies are on a mission, they stretched upwards and spread the first leaves fast! My thoughts are they'll be some bushy ladies! 😍 I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy growing!

[ Updates ] Day 4 - Lights have been lowered to 18 inches off canopy, dimmed to 25%. They've recovered from both their transplant and their topping, new growth looks almost perfect. I'm going to keep the accidental sunflowers for a few more days and see if there's any significant difference between plants. They all received a foliar spray of neem, kelp, and a bit of calmag before lights off yesterday. I expect to be able to remove the remaining damaged leaves by the end of this week. Day 7 - Lights increased to 30%, C02 increased to 800ppm, getting ready for week 2 of veg. Fed today, fairly low EC (<1.5) blend of Silica, Calcium, Kelp, Molasses, and Tribus Grow in a mixture of R/O and tap water. Very little runoff at 1gal per pot. Will most likely foliar again before lights off with a light fish hydrolysate mixture to help with any nitrogen issues. Any dead or dying leaves you see are from pre-transplant, I'm just waiting a few days longer for the existing rootballs' ph levels to swing back to a healthy range before removing all that unsightly growth. I'm really not sure when I'm going to remove the sunflowers growing in some of the pots, I've seen no negative effects yet. I could flip group 1 into flower if I wanted, the canopy is level and beautiful, however group 2 will take a while longer to fill a canopy. Normally I would never allow pre-veg plants to have such obvious deficiencies, but constant hand watering led to some poor nutrient decisions on my part. They've been in their final pots for a few days now and were topped on day 0 of veg. I plan on lowering the lights to 18"-24" within canopy around day 3, I'm just allowing some extra time for the roots to really dig in. I've found that a batch of dirt that was used had sunflower seeds in it, possibly winter food storage from an outside rodent, so I'm debating how long I will let these sunflower seedlings grow alongside my plants. They do make a good cover crop with amazing root systems, I just don't think that really applies in pots of this size where plants can choke each other out.

16.2. - Entering new week, which is the last one for the 4 plants I flushed already. Everything is looking fine and I'm excited to harvest ✂️ 19.2. - So tomorrow is one of the big days. I've decided to harvest few of my plants as they look ready to me ❤️ I've also added some close-ups of the beautiful frosty, fat and smelly buds ✌️ 20.2. - One Creamatic and one Fritter harvested ✂️ I've decided that others still have some time left to mature. 22.2. - Week wrap-up: Two plants harvested and drying, another two getting ready and others are still growing. I'm getting worried about the Gelato plant as it started yellowing and buds are not developing much. 16.2. - 22.2.2024

She looked a little sad this morning, you can see she's a little droopy in the pics. I water her once a day but the pot is so small I'm going to have to start doing twice a day.

It’s smelling so sweet it’s unreal

Beginning of week.. Ok.. So it seems as if the Phosphorus deficiency has cleared.. But now the runoff pH is coming out 5.5 - 5.4 when it goes in at 6.3 every watering.. And this morning the runoff PPM was a bit high and that's just with plain water.. She needs another plain water before I feed again.. Idk wtf is going on in this rootzone but its really confusing the shit outta me! Ugh! Now I see that the Mandarin Cookies is ALSO showing some purple tipped CALYCES (didnt know THAT is how you spell the plural for calyx!) These are gonna be some dank, gorgeous ladies by harvest! I can't wait!! So I guess I will try to water/feed at 6.5 for a couple waterings.. That makes me nervous tho lol.. They say its "fine".. that it's "ok"... Bullshit.. I always hit some issues if I move out of 6.1 - 6.3.. But the runoff is getting WAY too low if it's at 5.4.. Doing the 6.5 thing should help for a little bit, it did last time.. Not perfect but it helped. Mid week.. ETHOS Cookies is doing great.. No issues.. Runoff is perfect.. Still just needs watering/feeding every other day.. I COULD go everyday with her.. But that's a little too time consuming for me at the moment.. I should have changed the 12/12 cycle from 5 - 5 to 7 - 7 or something.. Blah.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, she was flushed a bit for about 36 hours with no nutrients.. So she is showing some wounds on her leaves.. Looks like mostly calcium def. spotting.. Also I do see some purple/red stripes on her main stalks/stems.. Looks kinda cool tho.. I remember I had an autoflower do that before.. the entire stem went completely RED.. it was beautiful lol... But her flowers and trichomes are still boomin! Just for shits and giggles, I went ahead and checked the trichomes on both ladies.. Mandarin Cookies seems to already be showing alot of milky.. Definitely 0 amber trichomes.. But alot are cloudy. She may be done super quick! Idk.. ETHOS Cookies is still showing mostly clear.. A few milky here and there.. Both smell so amazing! Damn, I really can't wait to have a threesome with the lovely ladies! By the way they both smell already.. It's gonna be fucking orgasmic!

Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is behind us and the plants are progressing nicely. Purple Punch has reached 66 cm, which means it hasn’t grown anything since last week, all the plants are now about the same height which is great considering the light setting. It is nicely branched and wide, it is full of leaves so I will need to do a little cleaning soon. The flowers develop beautifully and take on a round shape. All in all, there is already a real jungle on the "Farm", two Purple Punch, there is also one Watermelon Auto, so each of them is fighting for as much light as possible. The humidity in the Box is still lower than I would like, the temperature is good. Let's see what the week looked like: 24/02/2021 - Day 29. Watering. I regulated, that is, lowered the p.H. at 6.4 and put 1 Easy Bloom Tablet, on 7 liters of water. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.8 degrees and 42% humidity. 27/02/2021 - Day 32. Watering. I adjusted the p.H to 6.4 and added BioBizz as scheduled for the second week of flowering. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.9 degrees and 35% humidity. 02/03/2021 - Day 35. Watering and height measurement. This time I did not add any nutrients but only regulated p.H at 6.3. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 39% humidity. Purple Punch Auto # 1 - 66 cm. This week was better than early, I've founded few very litle banana spend the week, I will continue to check this week, Harvest will be in 2 or 3 weeks, I hope can take situation under control untill harvest. If banana start to be too big, I'll remove the branch. If no, buds start to be compact, Nice sweet smeel and sticky, Probably my last fertilizer week, after I'll start flush Plant start to take less water, sign harvest for soon :) Have a good week my friends

Harvest was amazing some flowers diffrent then others but cus of my noob box and all i am rly imprest and heppy abaut whole journey,this site helped me alooot!!!TYWM!! Banana Guava Auto – Week 5 🌱🍌 Week 5 is underway and Banana Guava has fully settled into flower mode. The stretch is still ongoing, with multiple tops developing evenly across the canopy and plenty of fresh pistils stacking at each site. The plant is showing strong vigor, healthy green foliage, and has responded well to the Plagron feeding schedule so far. Its quite packed in there but still managable, Light intensity has been increased gradually to support flower development, while maintaining a stable environment. A little LST and selective leaf tucking have helped improve light penetration and airflow through the canopy. The structure looks promising, with good spacing between bud sites and plenty of potential for some chunky flowers in the coming weeks. Also installed a new icl light to compensate those lower branches, the ucl i had before didnt cut it ;) this new think grow icl is super awesome

24 Oct 2021 Week 16 began yesterday, but the first watering of the week was today. I’m keeping up with the flush, starting the 2nd week today. Hopefully I’ll be able to harvest in a few days. My Trio is looking really lovely. Their buds are covered in trichomes that glisten under the lights. They are starting to darken in color in some areas like their mother did. They may take on some pinkish/purple hues before it’s all done. Some of their leaves are turning purple as well. The sugar leaves are somewhat dark, but still green. All three of them are very nice to look at, and their smell is super strong! It’s really nice in my grow room! Yesterday I went out and got some more of those support sticks from the local home store and provided support for all of the branches that needed it. Which was a lot! I got 7 new support sticks and used them all. All of the branches are now supported and flourishing! Today each of my girls received a gallon of properly pH’ed water, and each had a sufficient amount of runoff from which to gather measurements. The process went as follows: C1 & C2 had an initial pH of 6.9, and C3’s initial pH was 6.8. I added .2ml of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted the pH to 6.4 for C1, and 6.3 for C2 and C3. TDS going in was 88 ppm for C1, 86 ppm for C2, and 84 ppm for C3. Runoff measurements were a little weird. The runoff pH for C1 was 5.9. The TDS was (at first) 600 ppm. I thought that was an incredible drop from the other day, so I did it again. It was 603 ppm the second time. Ok, moving along nicely! The runoff for C2 was pH - 5.8, and TDS was 1101 ppm. 😳 That’s a lot more than C1. C3 had a pH of 5.6, and TDS of 1212 ppm. Which is even more; so I measured a little more from C1 again, and the 3rd time it measured 736 ppm. 🤔 That seems weird to me, but I’ll keep an eye on it. If it continues to be that low then I will end up harvesting it before the others which won’t be so terrible. I’ll just have to wait and see. The temperature in the tent was 81F, and humidity was 47%. My ladies are looking lovely and growing better than I could have hoped for. This grow has been awesome, but I can’t wait to be done. Happy growing everyone! 27 Oct 2021 Feeding/flushing time again! I was somewhat perplexed the other day when I got the runoff reading for the TDS in C1. It was 500-600 ppm less than C2 & C3 respectively. Since I was having some issues with the TDS meter I thought that IT may be the cause. I made a note to check on it today, and there seems to be no problem with the TDS meter at all. Keep reading for details. My plants are still looking as lovely as I could ever have hoped for! C1 has started showing more color changes than the other 2, and the only thing I can say the difference is, is that I defoliated some of C1’s larger fan leaves last week, and wasn’t able to do the same for the other 2. That is the ONLY thing I can think of that has been different between all 3 plants this entire grow. Regardless, all 3 plants are looking wonderful! Today each of my lovely ladies received a gallon of property pH’ed water with an expected amount of runoff for testing. The preparation went as follows: C1 & C2 had an initial pH of 6.9, and C3 was at 7.0. I added 0.2ml’s of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted the pH of all 3 gallons to 6.3. TDS going in for C1 & C2 was 85 ppm, and C3 was 84 ppm. Runoff levels were different for all three plants. C2’s runoff pH was 5.7, and TDS was 1041 ppm. C3’s pH was 5.6, and TDS was 1059 ppm. Last time C1 was significantly lower than the others, and I thought that maybe it was a TDS meter issue. Evidently it wasn’t. C1’s TDS today was 526 ppm! 😳 still much lower than the others, and pretty much ready for harvest. The temperature in the tent was 81F, and humidity was 43%. Although harvest time is much closer, I don’t believe it will be done in time for this month’s grow diary of the month contest. So sad, but that’s life. Happy growing everyone! See you again soon. 29 Oct 2021 Today is the last day of week 16. I was planning on continuing the flush today, but remembered something that I had forgotten about…. I remembered the branch that had broken off of C1 back on October 10th in week 14. She had held on for well over a week in a can of water, but finally her leaves started to droop. I hung it up all by itself in my small tent to dry. Until today that is! I took it outside and trimmed it on my deck. Even outside, in a pleasant breeze, the amazing smell of this branch was easily detected. It’s kind of windy, rainy, and chilly here today, but still …. That sweet blueberry muffin smell was there. Her buds; still covered in the dried, crystallized trichomes were super sticky! I must admit that they are the stickiest buds I have grown to date. I weighed the dry bud to add to the grand total of C1’s harvest later. Then I ground it up and smoked it. All I am going to say is that from my reaction to smoking it; I have decided that no additional flushing is needed. After all, what I smoked today broke right before I started flushing, and I could taste nothing other than what I would hope to taste. So my fellow Growmies; I am ending this week right here. Our Zamnesia Super Boof is a brand new strain, Zamnesia brought it out before anyone else in Europe and now it's the others who are chasing it. I'll show you that the Zamensia one is the best of all, of course also the American ones. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary you will find the planta left to grow straight, just a little LST at the bottom on these plants but then I often decided to cut away the lower branches. In fact if you leave the plant free to grow you will notice that the branches that do not get light are not very good so it is necessary to clean very well at the bottom and let only the parts of the plant that see a sufficient amount of light flower well that you must learn to evaluate. Comparison is the salt of experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to compare. We have started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot).
