Weather here is still fantastic, hot days, partially cloudy, cooler nights. Long term forecast are excellent till the end of September, probably till mid October. No news to report, I'm just waiting for buds swelling, these are the slowest days of my life. The halfway point has passed, now I am just waiting for the buds to gain weight, trichomes are turning milky with few amber. Lots of beautiful brown pistils are filling the buds, a ridiculous amount of resin is covering everything (I really won't know how to handle this super sticky stuff). Unfortunately, the flower size ratio is still disadvantageous compared to that of the sisters but the structure of this plant is sublime, practically apart from slender branches, sparse and thin leaves, it is composed only of beautiful dense buds, with a perfect ovoid shape, in need of little trim. Aesthetically a feast for the eyes. The mites infection is stable. From tomorrow the definitive defoliation begins, a little at a time. Flushing started, last feed Monday 14th. Harvest time September 26/27 or earlier.

Plant A (left side) started pushing through the medium first after 48 hours. Plant B germinated successfully at 96hrs but due to cold climate and moisture in the seed the seed got too cold and turned to mush. At 96hrs Plant A had reached 1.25" and had started to spread the first set of leaves. It is now approximately 2" tall and the first fan leaves are about 1/3" long. Growth is steady and effortless for this girl. So far the self watering set up, grow light, and medium have been treating plant A great. After 60hrs she became fully exposed. Plant B germinated as stated before and died, Plant C was planted 5 days into the germination week of Plant A. No pre-soak, just dry seeds dropped directly into the medium. Miracle Grow myth has so far been proven wrong (performance organics, not regular potting soil). In addition to the set up, I found a water bottle diffuser I have on a 6hr rotation (6 on and 6 off) that I found for $9USD at a grocery outlet. Humidity now steady at 31% on the gauge and about 65% Relative Humidity. Temps sit steady around 68-71°F. Shooting for 360g or 180g from each plant utilizing LST. We are seeing if organic miracle grow has enough nutes for an autoflower, with 3 months of nutrients as stated from the bag it should end up timing out perfectly for harvest time with no flushing needed as nutrients will already be used up.

...and here I am, at the end of this fantastic journey, with so much knowledge I have got in this process, including regarding myself! Fantastic!! Aug 17: she is looking happy at the start of the fifth week since I started force flowering. Buds are forming and everything is on track. Very nice plant. Aug 18: nice enough day after a small bit of rain early. Tops are progressing nicely. Aug 20: hot and sunny so extra water again despite some rain last night. Aug 23: added another Scrog layer. This seems like a really good way to stabilize the plant while holding things in place for maximum sunlight exposure.

Last two plants are flushing now. My stunted mango smile yielded about 36 g which I made about 7g of rosin from and kept a few nugs. My first sour crinkle yielded about 55g. They seem like they will yield much more. Seems like if you want smaller faster plants use airpots or bigger plants w a longer lifecycle do fabric pots.

This was a very good experience KALINI ASIA is an amazing Kush strain 👌👌 I have grown all five seeds that ZAMNESIA sent us, each with something different..some nutrients or the specific cultivation technique.. But in the end the story was the same Vigorous Resistant Great aroma Good trichome production And heavy buds production 🔝🔝 I went far enough beyond the timing reported by the seed bank, it could probably have affected the heat wave in the last month 🌡️🌡️🌡️ Especially K # 5 performed more like a Sativa, even in the very fox-tailed shape of the buds. Personally I love them 😍🔥 However, apart from K # 4, all the others showed flowers with that shape. Good week , no issues to report. The Gelato glue are almost there. Starting to see a few amber ones & 90% 9f the rest are cloudy. The 5gallon are fatter & a bit more advanced than the 7gallon one. The Gelato are bigger but are a few weeks behind. The plastic pot stayed wetter and is more leafy than the fabric one. Still to early to say which will produce more or better buds

Everything's still going pretty good. With my previous grow I had some problem with overwatering (classic noob mistake), so as you can see on the video I'm giving them small amounts at a time once every 4/5 days. Made a photo of the light that I'm using. Flowering mode is turned off so power consumption is around 120 watts.

Ze Chem Bang is growing well. I did a solution change today. I switched her light times 2 weeks ago. Sorry I missed a update. She was lollipopped, and defoliated to open her up for stretching. 23.08.24: I've done considerable defoliation. Also, FBP1 and FBP3 have grown all over the place. The stems are also relatively weaker as they've grown so much. (Photos above). Being as the plants were looking a bit delicate, I added some string and tied the side branches lightly to keep them a bit more compact. Additionally, FBP2 has a considerable amount of buds on the main cola. So I've added a plant stake, and I just tied string around the stake and the main stalk. The humidity has been able to stay under 53%. That's with 3 dehumidifiers. So I'm pretty sure that's about as good as it will probably be. I've had to lower the watering frequency on FBP3, as I overwatered only this plant. and also added too much Nitrogen in. As a result all the leaves are looking droopy. I'm really not sure how this will pan out, as they all still look like they're weeks away from harvest. Anyway, I'll update throughout the week. 25.8.24: I was tending to the garden a majority of the day, and realised that a branch had broken on FBP2. I acted quickly to insert plant stakes, to provide the heavily laden branches additional support. See photos above. The branch was bent or snapped, but still in one piece. I used duct tape to carefully put it back together. Before making a stake for it. Silica, apparently wasn't quite enough to get the FBP2 through the whole way. The flowers are very heavy and dense. I have also given the plants water yesterday with concentrations of the following nutrients, per plant. ● 9ltr of dechlorinated tap water with 6ml of cal-mag, 3ml of Ecothrive Flourish, 6ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. I have also added cinnamon top dress after watering, as I have noticed some fungus gnats. I checked the trichomes through one of my loupes yesterday too, and nearly all are still glass like in appearance, with some cloudy here and there. I'm definitely going to have some time left on these girls. I did check the PH if my soil on all plants as I was concerned about nutrient lock out on FBP3.
