Hello, the plants are already second week flowering. Now begins the most iterous part :) The garden is organic and for flowering I put a top dressing of guano.

Nutes at 1/2 strength..picked some supplements to aid in taste/flowering so excited to see how she finishes! 😋😋

Hung up my new California Lightworks UVB supplement light. I think I originally hung it a bit too close (18 inches from canopy) based on the subtle color change in the leaves, so I raised it up to 24" above the canopy. I was most certainly skeptical, since this is my first time using UVB, but even over the course of its first week under the bulbs I've notice a visible increase in trichomes. Now I guess won't know whether or not this would have happened anyway, but the sticky diamond coated buds sure are making me smile. 😁

Diesel Automatic is doing OK, growing slowly and still with the mosaic pattern on the leave. @James from RQS took a look and said: I would say that you might have a potassium deficiency on your plants. the deficiency might be caused by an excess of fertilizers and nutrients. Excess salt is especially common as it tends to build up in the growing medium. Nutrient lockout is a very common cause of most deficiencies. When the pH of the soil is too low, it makes the medium too acidic. This causes stress in the root zone and prevents the uptake of potassium. D71 - SEP 22: Looking and smelling great. Haven´t seen much growth since the last 5 days or so, but it fattend up really well and it´s really dense, insanely dense. Thricomes developing, soon to be harvested :) D72: Now it´s time to mature, I don´t see any significant growth, only thricomes developing. No watering, it still has a lot. Humidity is really high these last 2 days, being around 50 - 70% rH. D73: No watering yet. No signs of any more thrips, thankfully. Seems to have fattened a little. D74: Maturing well, thricomes getting mostly cloudy and amber. No watering, tomorrow probably. D75-D77: Been a little off of GD for these past days. The tent is looking good in general, no thrips anymore, temps and rH are good. Watered with nutrients on day 76. Thricomes are really close to harvest and I´m really impacient but I´m trying to wait for it to get more amber 😄

Alright Then We just hit week 2 and all is well , have to admit she tricked me by perhaps topping herself which stunted her I think ,still good Growth in just 14 days😃 ....... She was getting ancient - on day 117, after almost 4 months, it was time - the trichomes increased oxidization, her buds purpled and her leafs showed all kinds of lovely autumn colors, signalling that she's ready. She matured for a really long time and her buds significantly chunked up in the last few weeks, her aroma ripened from a super sweet cherry flavor during most flower, she added some really nice spicy, earthy flavors to the mix. She's drying at a nice 18° C in my "poor man's Cannatrol", a whine chiller I repaired and added better drying racks to. Very curious about the result!

24/05/2023 - 82 days since my little girl sprouted from a seed🌱 Tenth week of my Larry Bird Kush 🏀🏀🏀 Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish - 2ml - I rinse the plants two weeks before harvesting so that they have a clean taste and smell 😋👃🌴 -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------- Lights: I use a Mars Hydro TS1000 - 150w full spectrum, great light for vegetation and flowering use 💡💡 Training: No training is needed this week In general: My fears were confirmed, Larry has seeds in buds, while no plant has bananas. Apparently I didn't really clean the tent properly after the previous round. Another week and a cleanup of the bottom of the plant before going into flower, all the strains grow very nice and show no problems at all. I gave the Royal Moby a clean up for better air flow and to avoid problems in the lower section where light doesn't reach that well. So far so good next update will be in the beginning of flower !!
