This week, I decided to take her structure to the next level by topping a few branches, and let me tell you—she’s loving it. 🌿 The growth is vigorous, and she’s shaping up beautifully to maximize her potential for flowering. Branch Topping: Building a Strong Framework After recovering beautifully from her initial topping at node 7, it was time to refine her structure further by topping a few branches. For each branch, I left two nodes to ensure strong, healthy growth while encouraging a bushier canopy. Why Top Branches? Topping isn’t just for the main stem—it’s an essential technique for creating an even canopy and increasing yield potential: 1. Encourages Lateral Growth: By removing the top of a branch, the plant redirects its energy into the remaining nodes, encouraging side shoots to grow and fill out. 2. Maximizes Light Penetration: A bushier plant with more branches ensures that all parts of the plant get access to light, reducing shading and improving photosynthesis. 3. Improves Structure: A strong, evenly distributed framework sets the stage for a healthier plant that can support larger buds during flowering. The decision to leave two nodes per topped branch ensures a balance between promoting growth and avoiding unnecessary stress. Tent Conditions: Consistency is Key The room conditions this week have remained steady and perfect for her vegetative stage: • Temperature: Around 18°C—cool but manageable, keeping her growth steady. • Humidity: At 60%, maintaining just the right level to support her root zone and foliage. • Lighting: The Future of Grow (FOG) LED at 200 PPFD continues to provide optimal light for compact, strong growth. i will dim it up soon! These consistent conditions give her the environment she needs to recover quickly from topping and focus on building her structure. June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.

Growing & growing. Watering about every 4/5 days now. I believe I had some deficiencies in the amended soil so I added some calimagic to the mix. I felt I had some nutrient issues earlier in the week, so I used some epsom salt spray and it appeared to help a bit.

Hi growmies, She is developing alright, however I feel that she isn’t stretching enough. Maybe this will start now that she has started preflower, she was topped towards the end of this week, even though she is so stubby, as i want to guarantee that all colas receive the same amount of love from the plant. Even though she is growing super horizontal, I will still install a ScrOG; to be able to control her bushyness a little. Have also finally come around to channel off some air from one of my pumps into the reservoir.

Neues Licht, etwas größer & die Pflanze ist sehr gut gewachsen. Ab & an Licht hochziehen, wenn die Pflanze wächst, damit die Pflanze nicht unnötig gestresst wird. Interessante helle Blätter. Vielleicht Genetik, vielleicht etwas wenig Nährstoff erhalten, oder zu viel. So direkt kann ich nicht sagen woher. Da die Pflanze einen sehr guten Eindruck macht. Trotz spargeliger Erscheinung.

At the beginning of the week the plants was so dried, maybe near death. I give them water and some nutrients, and in two days It have regeined strength. I'm very curious to see the final weigth.

Supereasy Plant She was Germinating extremly fast, growing vigor without any Problems After Seedlingsstage, they moved into 30l Soilmix, amended with 5g/l BioGrow from Greenhousefeeding She had alittle training like 2 times Topping and minimal LST Plant itself showed great Structure, and fantastic Ratio from Buds to leaves No Popcorn Buds. Only Massive Topcolas, with konic formed dense Buds She smells very various and complex, like Fruits, Herbs, Perfum, Diesel. Depends how near you are, or if you cut her,If you break the flower she turns out the more Diesel part I am very courious to her Taste and effects I had very much fun with this Grow. Hallo liebe Gartenfreunde! Im Moment ist es so, dass wir kaum Zeit haben weil wir viel unterwegs sind etc. Augenscheinlich wirkt die P.C.K. die sich in der Blüte befindet, etwas unterernährt obwohl sie ordentlich was bekommt. Auch das angesprochene CalMag in letztiger Woche, was gut verabreicht wurde, scheint iwie nicht auszureichen. Wir werden da dran bleiben, das optimieren und schauen, ob es sich bessert. Da das Autopot System installiert ist, galt es jetzt den richtigen takt für die Nährstoff Versorgung zu finden. Das Messen des Bodenwertes wird durch das Autopot System erschwert, da die Nährstoffaufnahme jetzt von unten geschieht. Ähm ja, es wird spannend XD Ameisen wurden auch letztes Wochenende wieder ein paar gesichtet und auch behandelt. Anscheinend werden wir die auch nicht ganz los. Natur ist halt Natur. Well these beauties are stood at a whopping 42" and are now working on their flowers in full effect! I'm quite sure at this point all these clones are the same strain of sugar bomb punch 😁 so ending up with the favourite in their! She reminds me of runtz muffin because of the orange punch in her genetics!

The plants, especially the CBD starts yellowing. This could be due to the ph of 7. I will try to give water without nutrients to lower the ph. I added a little bit of lactic acid to the water. There are still signs of white flies, all the ladybugs have died. Im doubing to buy new ones and try to give them a house first in the propagator.

Week 2 of flower. The ladies drank 30% of their nutrients by mid week! Starting PPM was 1250, and was down to 850. Mixed a new batch of nutrients slightly stronger to 1350ppm and continued for the week. Wife has continued to do her defoliation on the plants, removing only the fan leaves that are blocking light from bud sites, or “laying” on each other. Vertical growth has been around 4” this week. I love the growth but am trying to keep the node spacing tight with good light height. Pistils have developed and bud sites are visible!

It also smells mellow skunky but will check again tomorrow it may have been terps overload on my fingers regarding thunder and pink paradise aromas. Pink caylaxes have shriveled and accepted pollen locations. I just don't think the seeds will be ready when harvesting in a few weeks. Start week 5 tomorrow and I don't think crosses will be ready so I will figure it out. February 12, 2020 (DAY 81) - WHAT UPPPPP!!!! here we are folks another update. the purples are getting so VIBRANT!!!!! think she is getting flushed starting this weekend. this will be the last feed then its onto that FLAWLESS FINISH by ADVANCED NUTRIENTS. hopefully im making the right choice......maybe another week wouldnt hurt....

Sep 13: still going. Smells nice but the buds are not forming normally. Bad phenotype but apparently not a hermie. Will keep going for another couple weeks at least. Sep 16: defoliated lots of fan leaves to provide more direct sunlight on the buds. She is putting on weight and might be better overall than i thought.
