Glad I kept a record of my first grow. I bought the clones on a whim to observe their growth cycle. Enter free time. Significantly less bud than I thought but I did have way more time vegetating than flowering... forced to trigger it early.

5 week veg was too long IMO for the size of pots...8 week flowering but she changes rather quickly...nothing really and then boom a see of orange...wonderful tricoms...broke 2 plants down and hung for 6 days the other 2 got hung whole for 10...all is jarred up and curing and cant wait to taste her full potential...took a sample bud but speed drying does no justice to taste and strenght any how the ash was light gray to almost white so 2 weeks of just water seemed to do the trick but we will see...

Right so now I flushed the hell out of this lady and the runoff now is the exact same as what's going pretty much. Also I'm super happy to see the purples coming through and also the smell has changed drastically and started smelling more like Mimosa than it did pre-flush. Going to do one last flush now and leave it 2 or 3 days then leave her in the dark for 48 hours then cut her down!

Before chopping her down, i took a lot of pictures. I was able to remove most of the soil to see the rootball. I hang plant as a whole to have a slow dry. The exhaust fan is on setting 4. 2-2 Drying day 2 Temperature: 19.1 to 17.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 57% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 2 because setting 4 was a bit high in my opinion. 3-2 Drying day 3 Temperature: 19.9 to 18 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 1, as someone told me that it was enough air movement for drying. 4-2 Drying day 4 Temperature: 19.8 to 18.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% 5-2 Drying day 5 Temperature: 19.9 to 18.8 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% Today i checked on the drying plants and the buds are shrinking a bit, they are getting a little bit crispy on the outside aswell, I hope they wont dry as fast, and i aim for a 12/14 day dry. Cant find the temps for 6-2 to 2-13. I do have a video when she was at the half of the dry process. 14-2 Trim day, yay! She was easy to trim, the buds are nice and dense, and there was not a too high bud/leaf ratio! She dried for 14 days. End results: Dried buds: 81 Grams. Dried Trim: 18.5 Grams. I am really surprised how good these genetics are! If you like CBD, i really suggest trying JYM Seeds out! The Saparot smells very fruity almost like a fruity coctail. The buds are super dense, and very bag appealing. After some months of curing the sweet fruity smell changed to a more sour smell, but still smells amazing! To be honest, i cured her a bit poorly, burped too less, and because the buds are so compact she holds moisture better then normal, so she tastes harsh, but thats on me. I have a pack of JYM's Sour Fruit aswell, so i will for sure try it out again! And my hope is already very high :D Thanks for following my diary, and feel free to check my others out aswell! easy to grow, brings big buds, you can do nearly anything you want with this strain, i made some strange shapes with it, plant keeps throwing its bud. good quality harvest. i smoked it then it was fresh and now after +4wks curing it still tastes very good. in my opinion its not needed to cure for long period to achieve better taste

June 22: nice weather has arrived and she’s ready to grow fast now. Entering the “inch a day” growth phase which is always fun. She’s done great so far considering how cool it has been so far this season. She had a compost tea yesterday morning and is looking really great this morning. June 22: tied down with Scrog net to leave eight growth tips at same elevation and exposed to sunlight. June 25: looking good. Some leaves are a bit thick and wrinkly which could be a B deficiency but likely just excessively low humidity causing the leaves to dry a bit. Stepping up spraying the leaves to counteract the low humidity. June 26: third and final round of topping done to complete the 16 cola manifold. Also removed lower growth tips so the plant puts all her energy into the new growth tips. Should be good. Adjusted SCROG net after topping. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱

14 weeks!!!!! The weather is not good for the girls anymore, and it still shows a lot of rain :(.... I have to try to put my new won growing box in it and finish growing it, with automatic watering, in 2 weeks I'm going on vacation - I won't be there all of August :( so I need to get out of this situation, this "AUTO TROPICANA COOKIES" girl deceived me, (she's not an auto gel at all) because she should have been cut off already :) good luck to everyone:)
