Also kept up with clonal RO waterings. Decided to dive into the world of tissue culture and am stoked to give it a try! The veg garden is green and thriving with perky growth! --- Okay! Need to transplant two of these girls! --- After bit of self-debating (and quite a few bowls), I’ve finally decided on the ones! --- Going to transplant Gorilla Goat #1 along with the original Garlic Budder #1 --- Decided to the transplant the Gorilla Goat #1 for the loudness and overall lemon chem gas terp profile. --- As for the Garlic Budder phenos, going with the purple pheno. For a while, was planning on transplanting the #2 pheno, but after a 5-month cure, the unique and smooth smoke of the #1 pheno was the ultimate reason for switch. --- Ca-Caw! Always pheno hunting! This is why we grow! --- Okay, anyways! - [18:22]: Time to transplant! --- Both 7-gallon pots have been pre-amended and ready for more roots! --- Alright let's go cutty! --- Placed both of the spare Heady OG clones in the propagation tray. - [18:25]: Gently removed the solo cups from both fabric pots (on the right side of the tent) leaving perfect holes. ------ Sprinkled 1/16tsp of Great White, --- Dusted the sides of both holes. --- Also sprinkled a bit around the top soil. --- Great! Time to transplant! --- It’s been two days since both have been watered. --- To loosen and unstick the rootball from the cup, I gently squeezed the sides before pressing the bottom upwards. --- Once fully loosened, I simply Vulcan-gripped the base of the plant and flipped her upside down. - [18:33]: Gorilla Goat #1 dropped straight out of her cup! --- Hmm. Not as rooted as I would hope, but roots look white and healthy! --- The original Garlic Budder #1 pheno easily slipped out of her cup! --- Similar the Gorilla Goat, she could have more roots, but that’s okay. Roots look healthy and that is all that matters! --- Did not break up the rootballs. --- Gently flipped and placed each clone carefully into the pre-inoculated holes. --- Pressed and evened out the top soil for both phenos. - [18:39]: Transplant done! --- Gorilla Goat #1 was transplanted into the back right quadrant. --- Garlic Budder OG#1 was transplanted into the front right quadrant. --- To prevent transplant shock and to help even out the soil moisture, going to give 2 cups of wetting solution each. --- Also adding in a few extra microbes. - [18:55]: Filled a pitcher with 6 cups of RO water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/32tsp of Recharge ------ Added 1/32tsp of Stash Blend ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Aloe ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Coconut ------ Added 1/8tsp of Mycrobe Complete ------ Added 1/2tsp of WDG3000 Extra Strength BTI --- Mixed the solution and poured 2 cups straight into a pump sprayer. --- Misted Gorilla Goat #1's straw mulch with the wetting solution (back right quadrant). --- Took my time and tried to go evenly. - [19:15]: Repeated this process for the original Garlic Budder #1 pheno (front right quadrant). --- Using the remaining 2 cups of the wetting solution, misted the straw mulch for both Heady OG (front left quadrant) and TKO (back left quadrant) mothers. --- Ca-Caw!! Done with the transplant! Grow strong my veg queens! - [19:22]: As for the remaining veg clones, --- Decided to try to preserve the genetics in solo cups and basic clonal cycling techniques. --- Plan to take new cuttings in a few weeks or so and will begin the rooting process once more. --- Curing has really changed the way I currently hunt phenos and I really don’t want to lose another keeper pheno (recently regret not keeping a cutting of Garlic Budder #4). --- Oh! Also finally decided to fully give tissue culture a go! --- Another huge shout out to Laur and her independently ran business, Plants-In-Jars! --- If successful, learning tissue culture will be a huge ganja journey milestone by providing a sustainable way to preserve and maintain a diverse genetic library. --- Through continuous subculturing and micro propagation, I should be able to maintain unrooted explant cuttings forever. --- Then when needed, theses cuttings can be rooted and conditioned back into a clonal state and back into solo-cups for transplanting. --- Of course, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing, so developing a successful cannabis tissue culture protocol is going to be fun and full of failure, err, I mean, learning experiences! --- What can possibility go wrong right!? --- While learning (which will most likely take a bit), will continue to maintain the vegging mothers and solo cup clones. --- The ganja journey continues! Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. Been lightly LSTing the stem for resilience have noticed more development and more than original thought would be thers the development of the 3rd-4th set of leafs with the development of the first 2 side branches on each autoflowers (first 2 on vid is lemon cherry cookies and last 1 on vid is frozen face)

Amazin genetics. Had to clean the plant for more light . Plant react good to the lolipop ,lets see how much it will be effective . Again the ec rise to 5 -6 well my only hope is flahing every couple days . Had to rise the aquarium pump time to 30 min at the lights up . Still shows a leaf burn ,last day of this week..

Day 99 - Finally got to chop a plant! Chopped the cheese, did a rough wet trim and hung it all in my diy drying chamber (see video above). I knew I was going to be chopping one before the other, so I threw together a cheap unit out of a garment box I bought from a moving company. -It came with a cross bar, so I cut the box and re-taped it the way I wanted it, to conceal everything proper. -Then, I drilled some holes in the sides for ventilation and taped some carbon filter from my air purifier overtop to keep pests and dust out. -Outside of the box, I've got a Coway air purifier pulling out the smell and adding a bit of air circulation (pulls air passively through the vents in the sides) . -For added flair 😉, I threw some velcro on the flaps and built a thermometer/hygrometer into the front to keep an easy watch. They will hang from some clip hangers I grabbed, for a week or so, or until they're ready. Then I'll do a dry trim and time to cure! Super Lemon Haze is still plugging along and getting dense. Smells great, and although the leaves show a past of issues, the buds are looking amazing. Can't wait 'till she's done! It's really nice to have the extra space in the tent now too. It was getting a little cramped. Day 105 - Cheese is doing well in the drying tent. Stems aren't snapping quite yet, so will need a day or two more. Drying chamber is working great. No smell whatsoever. Super Lemon Haze is STILL GOING and looking good. Done with nutes now and watching trichs everyday. Buds are beefing up. The leaves are starting to fade, but the look and colour of the flowers is wild. Can't wait for it to finish up. Should be sometime in the next week or so. Now that I see how these girls turned out it was probably a blessing I had some herms to cut out because there would’ve been no room. Especially in the pc/ssh tent because Pcrit and Sundae Driver were looking to be the biggest plants before I found balls and cut them down. The humidity has been surprisingly high but we’ve had warmer, wet weather for this time of year. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep it down with a tent packed wall to wall. I’m just thankful for how everything has worked out. If I ever do two plants per earthbound again I’ll make sure to veg for less time. I’m hoping to give these girls another week but the weather once again is going to be warm and wet so I will probably need to cut them down
