My first seed didn't make it due to technical difficulties, so I popped another to try to maximize the output from the mini machine. She is growing well at day 7. Seeing some leaf curling from her adjusting to the environment, but she is still showing steady growth. She is a week behind the 2 plants that were originally germinated. She will be topped around day 10 or 12 as soon as the third node comes up enough to pinch off. I started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irrigated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

I personally am adding an Inkbird ITC308 controller to maintain Temps, but not needed, just my personal preference... DAY 21 F: Hi all. Another productive week for the fast buds jungle and the #Fc3000 . The room is full of limbs , leaves and chunky stalks all rounded off with sexy little budlets dancing in the wind for me every time I open the tent . Makes me feel like Hugh Heffner !!!. All of the plants have finished their stretch totally now and a huge surprise has been the midget Mexican airline now being the same height as her sister. I expected her to stay smaller due to the past growing period ect.. but she has somehow hit the same height now. Her buds are not as advanced as the #2 M.a but time should change that too. #1 is forming some very nice looking open flowers now with bundles of fresh pistils to them too. Both of the six Shooter are looking productive in their different set ups. The #1 has reached around 2ft and has some very nice sites setting up now. #2 has been more spread horizontally and is a long distance from the light too. With the canopy height being dictated by the huge Strawberry Pie girls , I felt it would be a good way to see how far away the light can help develop buds rather than supercrop all the big girls for one squat lady. So far the amount of bud sites is promising and it does look as though they are getting enough to develop. Both of the Strawberry pie have really hit their peak with at least 2.5ft tops. Buds are for.ing nicely and the sides are also well developed and in good positions for their own light grabs. It does give hope of some bigger buds than the long node lengths would suggest. Let's see in a few weeks shall we. Lol They had a top dress of charge and life-cycle too to help boost the flowering stage a little. Soil is performing as expected and the watering is going well so far with no excesses either way . Until next time growmies , be safe and well.

#3 has beautiful pink buds very happy with these girls, hopefully the other two show some colour as the Temperature comes down. Have swapped the 250 red CFL for a 150 blue. May turn it off for the last week to get every last bit of pink possible! Pots have a nice wet dry cycle, have tried to hold back and not over water so I've been watering with a spray bottle. I use a 1L hand spray bottle and fill it up three to four times depending on the weather. Although it seems impossible to overeater with the breathable fabric pots. Which are awesome if I haven't said already. Perfectly fit 11 in my small cupboard which is lucky as I ordered ten as soon as he free one arrived without measuring them! Stoners eyes never lie! 👁️ Buds should be huge if they keep going at this speed! Haven't topped them for the natural look, been a few years since I've done it can't wait to see a big fat cola bud at the end!

A smaller one on where i applied 2 techniques, a double topping (Topping x3), and a bit defoliation as can be shown in the video, she ended up with 0.5 m tall, 4 main colas, and the most dense buds i had among my autos. @Weight: The weight dried was surprisingly equal in both plants, while the bigger plant ended up in 67 gr, the small one was 62 gr and with much more bud density and crystal concentration, anyway both plants were very dense and crystal poblated. On wet, the weights were 276 g vs 226 g the smaller, what is translated wet2dry in a 24,28% vs 27,43% for the smaller one FTW!. That difference is very well appreciated in the density of the smaller plant buds, while both are very dense/compact/strong, the smaller plant buds are really MoonRocks. @Trim: Well well well, this part was awesome, very very very little amount of trim material, i finish the trimming of the bigger plant in about 6 min and 15 for the smaller what is real awesome in both cases, and the quality of the trims was incredible too, very good to ice wash it. @ Final product: The final product is almost equal in both plants, the smallest one acquired a stronger taste and concentration of crystals than the taller one, while both tastes are strong grapefruit, when you smoke buds from the small one is like real eating a grapefruit and it leaves a residual taste to orange some seconds after exhaling it, and when you touch or tear up any of both plants, the smell is also very strong to Grapefruit. My friends were shocked by the strong taste and smell to grapefruit it has, really. Hi guys So wer on week 9 of flower and I have just started ripen by general hydroponics GHE, never use this before but herd good things about it, I just want it to get a early fade as I don't want the trichomes degrading. Pheno 1 is starting to fade natraul and is well on its way, buds are dense sticky and are falling over due to weight. Pheno 2 has started its fade and buds are just as dense there just bigger and the same with pheno 3 its just lacking the fade to be harvested for my liking. Humidity and temps are good and all is going well. I will update in few days once the ripner takes affect 😁 Happy growing guys 👌💪💚 Hi guys just and update....Next Wednesday is chop day! I've been pulling fan leaves this week . 1. To slow the top down . 2. To encourage side branch growth. 3. So they can remain in very small pots in a small space until I have space to let them grow properly.
