Unfortunately, I didn't have my microscope with me, but I think she still needs about a week, which is why she only received pH-adjusted water today. Seconda settimana si iniziano a vedere i segni della fioritura che avanza anche se devo dire che due piante sono veramente dei mostri, belle enormi rami belli spessi ,molta fame reggono bene i fertilizzanti, vi ricordo che questi semi sono un mix di tropicanna della Sweet seeds con vari fenotipi soprattutto quello viola perche raccolti da piante viola belle e soprattutto resinose, questo e il 3 o 4 raccolto che faccio e non mi ha mai deluso. Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

After 21 days in turbo cloner I transplanted 4 Sweet seeds Green Poison into 1 gallon plastic pots filled with Cana coco. Few days later I transplanted another 4 clones into DWC! Stay tuned! Coco feed at 700ppm Dwc feed at 480ppm

She is also experiencing a general yellowing all over. I contacted Advanced Nutrients support and they consulted me to increase the feeding. Let’s see how it goes. On the other hand, she keeps growing buds. Looks like stunned a little. That’s why I am waiting another 2 days for lollipoping.

So this marks the beginning of week 4! At then end of week 3 I noticed a bit of over watering as well as possible nute burn (early early stages) so this week I'm decreasing the dosages on EVERYTHING and I'm going to let my baby's dry out ! This will be their final week in the 5" square pot as I'm going to move them into their new and final homes. Die Pflanze wurde zu Beginn der Woche getoppt. Dieses Mal bleibt es bei einem Topping, und ich lasse sechs Hauptriebe stehen. Diese werde ich später mit einem Scrog-Netz auseinanderziehen, um möglichst viele Seitentriebe zu fördern. Ziel ist ein ebenes Blätterdach mit möglichst vielen kleinen Mainbuds. Die Pflanze hat das Toppen gut verkraftet und wächst weiterhin kompakt. Sie ist nach wie vor sattgrün, und die Blätter richten sich steil zur LED aus. Das zeigt mir, dass die Living Soil gut funktioniert und die Pflanze optimal versorgt wird. In dieser Woche wurde erneut mit Nematoden gegossen. Das ist für mich ein Nachteil der Living Soil. Durch den dauerhaft feuchten Boden fühlen sich Trauermücken besonders wohl. Dies ist mein zweiter Grow mit Living Soil, und in beiden Fällen hatte ich mit Trauermücken zu kämpfen. Bei meinen früheren Grows mit normaler Erde, Flüssigdünger und zwischenzeitlich antrocknendem Substrat hatte ich dieses Problem nicht. Zu Beginn der Woche wurde die LED auf 20% erhöht und der VPD während der Lichtphase leicht angehoben. Heeey all! Sorry for the huge amount of photos but this week was crazy. So many things happened and my lack of knowledge clearly showed up. I ended stressing one of my plants for no reason! 😱 At the start of the week everything was normal until I noticed that one of Roko's buds looked weird. It seemed to be too dry and orange for my tastes and I didn't know what it was. Obviously I started to ask around and I got so many mixed messages haha. Some people said it was nothing and I should not worry about it and others said they were 100% sure it was botrytis or budrot... aaaaaaaand I got paranoid lol. 😵😨 At first I tried to keep calm and ignore it for one day but the next one the bud looked even worse and that's when I feared the worst. What if it's really budrot? In general the values I write in here are approximates or an average of the week.. and usually my tent never goes over 60% of RH (in the dark it stays between 50% to 60% when I water them and on some rare occasions it reaches 65%). This time, after I checked the thermometer it said "75% of RH" but I did not know if it was during their sleep time or maybe some time after the lights went on) so once again I feared the worst! What if the plants stayed all the night with that amount of RH? Was that enough time for them to develop budrot? What if it's still nothing? Yikes. 😭 I had to do something and I did, I wasn't going to risk everything! I started removing the worst looking leaf to see if there was anything mushy or ugly between it and the pistils but I didn't see anything (maybe I was safe and that was something else? Or maybe the budrot was even deeper and I could not see it?) After reading I realized that the best idea was to cut the bud in half and then slice it to "see" if there was anything inside... so I did it and absolutely nothing showed up 😖! Those were good news! Sadly tho the poor plant had to go thru some stress after cutting that bud in half (at least from what I saw the insides were tightly packed and the photos showed some really cool stuff) The rest of the week was uneventful (compared to what I feared haha) and some leaves started to change even more in color (I love it). I think I'll start with the flush next week or the one after that one. There are some amber trichomes...! Thanks all for checking my diary! Hopefully you'll all find the pictures interesting! PD: None of the plants have seeds in them, even when one of the sliced buds seemed to be making them!

First pistils started showing on the canopy so the flowering period timer started this week. Tops are looking good, forming shape across the net. Stretched branches are being tucked one square across every 3-4 days or tied down. Pulled down most lateral branches applying LST where they weren't long enough to nicely go under the next square across of the net. The net is filling up nicely, with more pruning below the canopy of growth tips. Only pruning a few fan leaves which are stacking - the back and sides are piled up with huge fan leaves. Fertigating with an inflow EC of >1.35 seems to be moving the run-off EC higher - will maintain higher inflow EC until run-off is within acceptable range. Run-off EC Should be within 300 Points of Inflow EC. Run-off EC is now approaching my target since I've increased the inflow EC. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Only water.. The bigger one I think it's fine for harwest in the next five/seven days.. The "smallest" one in seven or more few days.. After having my first plant that I gave hose water and sunlight be cut in half by a caterpillar, and my first indoor plant to get botrytis. This has been my first fully successful harvest and I couldn't be happier. Been listing to all of the GFYH podcast with Rasta Jeff and learned most of the steps through listening on repeat at work. This plant is very fun to grow, it will naturally fill it's canopy without much LST and occasionally topping. I have no complaints about the nutrients, mostly using FoxFarm items, the trio is nice and I can see the difference when I pushed to far either way with them, the plants would respond pretty quickly and I could fix and possibly compensate for the mistake and they would bounce back like nothing. Not having experience with other brands I'll say that I am happy enough to keep it as a constant variable for my personal refinement in becoming a better grower. I plan to continue growing this strain for a while so that I can have a way to see my improvement, and I will likely make another journal after at least a couple harvests.

Well there’s 6 weeks of veg down, tonight will be the first night of 12/12 with HPS bulbs in. I’m going to be running the lights from 9pm to 9am due to summer heat and hopefully the tent will run cooler at night. Everything was super cropped today to limit the stretch a little bit, she’s 95% indica so might not get to much stretch, I also don’t have a clue as this is my first photo run with the HPS. All light leaks to the room have been addressed with green bulbs in the room. I’m at least hoping to get an ounce per plant if more great just not really sure what to expect. I feel as tho there is still lots of N in the pots but maybe over the next two week they’ll chew right thru it. Maybe I should have lowered the lights but I’m just going to leave em at the top of the tent..... well that’s it for now, I leave tomorrow for work so the next time we see em they should have some bud starting hopefully!
