420Fastbuds-FBA2508 I'm excited as it's tester time. Germination week is complete. I planted 3 seeds and had all 3 sprout within 48hrs of being in the soil. I do soak them for 48hrs in a glass of water before planting. I can't wait to see what the weeks to come will have in store. Happy Growing

second week of flowering done. They were stretching like crazy. Installed a 3rd net to keep the stretch under control. Jumped from 35 cm to 83 cm in 2 weeks. They giving me some headache because of the hight. Should have send them 1 or 2 weeks earlier into flower. But it’s a lesson how to handle or not handle hybrids and sativas. Over all in was quite relaxing just adding water/ nutrients and doing some defoliation. So far so good. it’s quite easy to keep them on the same level with 3 nets. Still learning how to handle certain situations and conditions. But so far I am happy. They have got a massive need of Kalium at the moment. Should have given them more TA -Grow nutrients. But that’s party of learning. Really happy about the aeroponic setup. Really like the full control of the grow medium. (Compared to soil it’s easier for control freaks). Really water efficient compared to dwc/hydro/soil and changes made take effect pretty fast. Really nice oxygen supply at the roots and overall nice control possibilities regarding to roots and medium/solution. A possible downside could be that u can only use mineral nutrients and no organic nutrients. (We want some bacteria and fungus but not these ones that break down organic nutrients. That is more a preference thing than anything else. Good made hydro can compete with soil easily but most ppl put to much in there and ruin it any way. (Don’t want to trigger its good that everyone got its own style and evolves it in his needs and conditions.) The maintenance effort that is required for aero is a bit higher than soil and dwc but it pays off. (Personal opinion but numbers proof it) Looking forward to the next weeks and flower build up. Was supposed to update my diaries yesterday but literally forgot lol #edibles but they’re flowering nicely and stretching as they go! They’re truly loving life under the ts1000 can’t wait to see what the next week brings!

Week 7 was awesome! She finally took off into flower and has started to put on visible inflorescence. This was a great development as I was afraid I was going to have to manually flip her. This means I can finish the run outdoors as planned and wont have to contend with fitting her in the tent with the photos who are currently finishing their run. I continued some light LST this week and it looks like I wont be able to train her into quite as pronounced of a spiral as I had hoped as she is going to need to have her apical meristem turned up to follow the lower branches that have now surpassed it in height. This is not a big deal though as the canopy still looks great and I am happy with how she turned out. I think she is set up for a nice finish. She continues to exhibit strong growth and a hearty resistance to outdoor conditions here that can often take weaker genetics of any species down in a heartbeat. I'm not sure if it is typical for this cultivar to flower so late in the run but I can't say I mind it that much. The extra veg time will make for a strong harvest, I think. I've been most impressed with Dinafem's gear so far. Definitely top notch. I'm already most the way through week 8 and can't wait to show you guys what she's done in the next update. Overall very solid strain from Ethos as I expected. They definitely pushing the boundaries. This strain is extremely pungent and smells like a bag of Skittles when you just open it. Wish I could turn it into an air freshener and smell it all day long. Smoke is off the charts and very uplifting. LOVE Ethos Zweet Auto!

It's been another easy week in the Fastbuds tent. I've spent most my energy preparing my outdoor grow space for a wild summer. At this point, there's not much I can do except water and watch my plants grow. I've added videos of other plants in relations to the mimosa cake just for visual aid. I also added a photo of my cheese auto.. it's still drying! With the Mimosa cake auto I've been taking fan leaves off slowly for weeks now. This is a very busy plant. She is also going to run later than I expected. She's on day 76 and I suspect 95 to 100 days to finish time. I'll have to keel feeding her bloom nutes for the next few weeks; her 3 gallon bucket ran out of nutrients already. Feeding schedule: water, feed, water, feed Step 1- I'll take an aeration stone and use it to remove the chlorine residual in the water... this only takes 8 - 12 hours depending on water temperature. (I'm a water treatment process operator, I have checked several times in the past with my own Cl2 meters). Step 2 - add Calmag Step 3- add bloom nutes Final step - pH the water accordingly (very important that this is final step) A TDS residual of 500 ppm equals roughly 1 E.C. (I just double it)

The lower budsites have come in nicely over the last couple weeks and I finally got a digital microscope to inspect the trichomes. I have a few amber so far with some cloudy but majority are still clear. I think I have a week or two left before I chop her. She has one more watering+feeding left before I start the flush in about this time next week assuming I get some more cloudy+amber trichomes before then, if not I will continue with current feeding schedule until I'm satisfied.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Start of week 5 now concerned with the height its getting other grows of the same strain I've seen biggest at around 86cm, how come its stretching out so far, will this effect my overall yield at all? Can't believe how big they have got barneys say upto 70cm, my first ever grow so unsure what to expect but i think its going well upto now, done a slight defoliation this week and introduced boost to my feed starting with a small amount, appreciate any info thanks, have switched to 12/12 hopefully stops them growing, am upto 117cm and 105cm smallest is at 76cm tall

It's Day 54 Week 08 0f Flower For My 02 Kombucha Cream by atlasseed . And For My Snow White and SpliffStrawberry by Spliff Seeds Amsterdam . So Today I Started My Day By Checking My Tricomes On My 2 Kombucha Cream. The 02 Where Looking Fully Milky So My 02 Kombucha Cream Got Flushed TODAY with Some Flawless Finish by Advanced Nutrients . The 2 Received 80ml of Flawless Finish mix with 1OGallons Of Water Ph at 6.0. Tomorrow they will get Rinse off with ph balance water. Yesterday I watered my Snow White and SpliffStrawberry Ppm where down to 100ppm. All 4 Plants will get a nice ice bath in a few days. My plan is to check the Tricomes on the SpliffStrawberry In a few more days she was still Milky when I check her yesterday. I will chop her down next weekend. And the rest will get the chop at 30%Amber Tricomes. Happy Growing Growmies 🤘🏻

Started ponytailing both Banana’s to get light to her lower buds for 6 hours at a time. Did more LST to the branches and main stem removed a few leaves and tucking what can be tucked. The bananas appear to both be in pre flower and they are all handling LST very well.

These cali genetics are blowing my mind 🤯 super sticky, very frosty rock dence buds with extra strong smells. All 3 strains are 10 out of 10, very impressed. Done last defoliation few days ago, preparing for the harvest so it's much easier. Stalks are super fat, same as buds. Got big surprise from Atami, plant food, and many extras. Crazy. Thanks a lot guys. 💚 Start adding you Bloombastic food already. They love it. Smell is mad. I think most of plants ready in week or so.

Contento con el arbusto que se a formado, la técnica de LST me ah acompañado bien, no seguiré aplicando mas esta técnica, ya que la planta alcanzo un buen largo con la técnica de esta y la apical. Tuve que aumentar las dosis nuevamente de fertilizantes ya que la planta en este punto es donde mas fertilizantes pide por el tamaño. Aparte de mostrar una deficiencia de nitrógeno leve, se le puede ver en su color amarillo claro. Fácil de arreglar y que vamos a ver en la próxima semana ya corregido.
