Eternity Grow Cup - Week 1 Flower Report Welcome to the first week of flower in the Eternity Grow Cup! This is a crucial stage in the cycle, and we’ve made some important moves to set the girls up for success. Let’s dive into all the details and talk about the key elements shaping this transition. 48 Hours Dark Period & Transition to Flower Before flipping to flower, we implemented a 48-hour dark period. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Spending Time with the Girls One of my favorite parts of the grow is spending time with the plants, enjoying some good medicine, and simply being present in the garden. The connection we have with our plants is invaluable, and I believe they truly respond to the energy we bring. It’s a labor of love, and every moment spent with them contributes to their health and vitality. Monitoring with TrolMaster TM + App All data is being closely monitored using the TrolMaster TM + app, and I highly encourage everyone to check it out. Seeing all the details, tracking trends, and adjusting conditions accordingly is a game-changer. If you love data as much as I do, this is definitely something worth exploring. Gear Spotlight - AeroFan Extraction Let’s talk about one of the essential pieces of gear in this setup: the AeroFan Extraction System. This exhaust fan is an absolute beast, keeping the environment perfectly dialed in while looking sleek mounted on the wall. A good extraction system is key to maintaining ideal airflow, temperature, and humidity control, and this one has been doing an incredible job. Current Environmental & Nutrient Data Water pH: 6.0 Water EC: 1.36 Water Temperature: 16°C (a bit low, will be adjusting soon) Soil EC: 1.44 Soil Temperature: 20°C (decent but could be slightly higher) Maintaining the right balance of temperature, pH, and EC is essential for a successful flowering phase, so I’ll be keeping a close eye on these numbers and making any necessary adjustments as we progress. Girls are doing great! Tent is very stinky inside. Started watering with 6 gallons now. So 1 gallon per plant with full strength nutes. They seem to want water about every other day. Temps have gone up a little. I had to install a dehumidifier. Also added a large metal 20" fan to counteract the heat from dehumidifier. Averaging around 88 f and 50%RH. About the best I can do without getting an A/C unit. I'm pulling out dead leaves under the bottoms. Still tucking in fan leaves daily to expose buds to maximum light. The buds are getting very sticky and frosty. Had to break out the box of rubber gloves. Or else have sticky fingers with a lingering odor of fantastic. This grow has been fun and looks like a decent possible yield for a noobie. These pics are day 28 and 29 of flowering.

I started the week super cropping. Each of these babies is looking great now.

2 plants have undergone too much stress due to excess fertilizers, but thanks to the help of expert friends maybe I can fix it !!! we hope well!!

Despite the leaves 🍁 turning yellow, the buds are still fattening up nicely, so I’m not worried at all. I’ve read that this indoor strain tends to sacrifice the fan leaves pretty early and yellow out (a pattern I’ve seen in other grow diaries and even on the RQS website!). I removed the dead or almost-dead ones and I’ll keep doing it gradually throughout the flowering. See you in the next episode! 🌱💨

Plant 1 been staying bushy not as much stretch. Plant 2 stretch a good bit. They were both 18 inches start of flower. Bigger one is 30 inches. Changed my nut mix lower. Was a little strong missed two days of adding water. Started to show little sign of nut burn. It was 4.5 gallon low and ph dropped to 5.12. Ordered float valve so wouldn't happen again. They are finely getting hairs two days ago. Been working on cleaning out under the canopy. So I'm thinking one more day and plant 1 will be through the screen. Plant 2 almost has it grid full. "Chugging" along this week. Weather is hot, girls are loving the all time drip system. Forgot that my nutes and hot sun dont mix well and created a bad case of algae. Will monitor more often and maybe increase the drip flow

Lots of things this week! I did some aereted compost tea for the first time. Recipe is easy. 1 5 gallon of declorinated water. In a 400 micron bag, 2 scoop of worm castin, 2 tbsp of alfafa, 2 table spoon of kelp 1 table spon of bat guano. 2 tbsp of unsulphure melasse. Then you put air pomp in it for 24 to 36h max. Problem with ec too much inflush a Little

Wow what happened this week? Doubled her height!!! From 45cm to 88cm tall!! She's gonna be a big girl I think! Flowering underway now so the stretch should slow down next week 💪

Good week of growth. Fed twice throughout the week. Couple signs of insects but hoping it's just the few fruit flies I have in the vicinity. Also continued with LST, both plants seem to like it. Growth on Alaskan purple is slow due to the shitty Amazon light overjead I believe. Seemango has a mars hydro ts1000 overtop.

New update on week 2; things are going well so far, transplanted the seedlings to 0.75l pots with 60% coco-coir, about 30% worm castings, and perlite. I've also added some nutrihemp (about 12gr) which is a earth organic fertilizer containing some micro-nutrients and seaweed minerals. Keeping a average humidity around 60-75% by a wet towel underneath the pots, temps are nice and stable between 19 to 22C (66.2F - 71.6F). Also slowly started on nutrient feeding. Received a message that my R-DWC (hydro) has been dispatched, along i ordered 5 huge 200mm ceramic air stones for maximum dissolved oxygen. I am thinking to switch to LEDS soon, stay tuned.

Growing great. Drinking a gallon every 2 to 3 days. Posted a bunch from through the week. shes starting to fill in the empty spaces in little nugs and ive never got to watch this day by day before so im having a great time right now its off though that she still doesnt smell like much when you put your nose to her but when you touch some the leaves or touch the bud itself it smells pretty dank on your fingers Wondering if it will get louder as she finishes up

Strawberry AK – Current Status During flowering week 5, I unfortunately made a classic grower mistake. After adjusting the light, I forgot to return the timer to its normal schedule, which resulted in the Strawberry AK receiving approximately 96 hours of continuous light. There are some minor visible effects on the plant, but overall it handled the incident surprisingly well. There are no signs of hermaphroditism, no major stress response, and the buds are continuing to develop normally. 🌿 Overall Impression Despite the lighting mistake, the Strawberry AK remains stable and is still progressing well through flower. At this point, the plan is simply to keep conditions steady and let her finish out the run.
