The end of this week marks the beginning of the root flush, the last stage before harvesting, as it’s the final week in which nutrients are applied. The plants have shown remarkable development: the buds have become massive, and the main colas are nearly the size of my hand. I’ve followed the BioBizz feeding schedule precisely, and I highly recommend this brand for its organic formulation and balanced nutrient profile. Throughout the grow, I’ve maintained an EC level of approximately 1.8 mS/cm and a pH range between 6.3 and 6.4, which has ensured optimal nutrient uptake with no visible deficiencies or toxicities. The trichomes are now roughly 50% milky and 50% clear, a clear sign that the harvest window is approaching. Although Sweet Seeds specifies an 8-week flowering period for this strain, my plants appear to need around two additional weeks, bringing the total to about 10 weeks of flowering. I prefer to avoid rushing the process, allowing the plants to reach full maturity and to develop their terpene profile and potency to the fullest before harvesting and starting the drying phase. The only minor disappointment is the lack of the expected reddish hues on the colas—according to the strain description, there was a 60% chance of red coloration, but none of the three plants have displayed it so far. Perhaps some tinting might appear during the final week, though it seems unlikely. We’re now officially in week 9 of flowering, and I’ve begun the flush to remove excess salts from the substrate, ensuring a cleaner, smoother taste in the final product.

Has been a bad week for Gorilla Cookies. After further inspection I have discovered russet mites. I treated her with neem for 4 days. I then rinsed it off yesterday. I proceeded to lollipop the plant as well. Hopefully I have killed off the mites. 2 weeks to flower in main tent. Red Hot May have had a little nute burn. Lighting is at 628 on Par meter. 78deg avg. Malt was accidentally super cropped. Healing from splitting her branch. Oozecake aka Judy is my prize now. She fought through some mold 1st week. Transplanted her with only 1 node. Then her 2nd transplant to 1 gallon she was stunted for a week.

As you can see, our macro lens arrived, we were able to take several photos and see the trichomes, we had never seen them so close before. We also noticed that many pistils have turned brown in the last days of this week but the trichomes are clear yet. The smell is getting stronger, reminds us of fresh fruits, mango and a little citrus. We are excited, she is healthy and smells good, but a little concerned with the development of buds and if they are within the standards for this week. Despite having many trichomes and the pistils turning brown, we are not noticing a significant fattening of the flowers (correct us if we are wrong). hahaha, noob stuff =)

05.10.2023 Tag 74 - Woche 11 / Tag 4 Licht: 40cm – 50% Lichtzyklus: 18/6 Luftfeuchte: 50% Temperatur: 26°C VPD: 1.6 kPa Höhe Apricot: 46cm Bemerkungen: - Licht runter auf 50% @ 40cm reguliert - das entspricht bei 18/6 einem DLI von 32,4 - Ich habe leider auch die 2 dicksten Äste der Apricot an Blütenfäule verloren 😐 - diese wurde jedoch sehr, sehr, sehr früh erkannt und großflächig in Form des ganzen Triebes entfernt 👌 - ich bin da echt mit meinem USB-Mikroskop ran. nicht ganz so nah 😅 aber so, dass man sich großflächig in einer hervorragenden Auflösung die Buds anschauen und sehr gut Trichome von Myzel unterscheiden konnte - ich hoffe die Apricot hält bei 45-50% RH die letzten beiden Wochen noch durch - bin da aber auch sehr positiv gestimmt… die sieht verdammt gut aus 👊 ich will kein unreifes Weed haben Terp 💪😎

Banana Guava – Week 5 (Fast Buds Outdoor 2026) Excellent weather continues, so Banana Guava is receiving maximum sunshine and consistent feeding. She’s thriving outdoors under these ideal conditions. This week I got better sticks for support and secured her nicely. She’s now well over 15 cm tall with a gorgeous, deep green color and strong-looking leaves.

The lemon haze has an amazing aroma. A sweet lemon aroma, not a skunky smell with amazing trichomes all over the bud and leaves. I've read this strain can produce purple bud. I do have some purpling leaves. But I think it's due to the fact I draw in outside air to cool my tent to 78 to 84 degrees. It drops to 30 degrees Fahrenheit at night. The white widow has finally entered true flower and has begun to bulk up, and take on it's own aroma profile, while also adding some trichomes to the surrounding leaves. I'm excited to see how these colas begin to look in the coming weeks. This plant should be my largest yielding of the three. I'm expecting an ounce.

Massive heat wave still here. I had to reduce the light to 50% (450ppfd) to manage the heat. Plants are doing well and with this heat they smell amazing. G1 is almost ready! I’ll check the trichomes daily to have the optimal window for harvest. G2 is super frosty and it swell a bit from the last week. Frostbanger has 3 really big buds who will swell even more. She is 80cm tall so I’m using some support for the branches to help with the weight.

2024-07-02 OUTDOOR The Outdoor lady is a Queen, she grows very beautiful despite the weather, we had aweek with very warm and sunny , now we are back to cold, humid and rainy it looks like she dont catres. INDOOR the lady stretches and shows alot of Colas with sweet Flowers, i havent counted the colas iam feeding the indootr Pland additionally to the topdressing with insectfrass iam watching her, because it looks like she dont needs alot of feedings and is fine Divine Seeds developed Opium as a new champion strain, unprecedently powerful and loaded with unbelievable quantities of resin. Certainly, no average genetic base could be behind such brilliant parameters! Several Afghani Indica landraces, recognized as most potent and resinous, were bred together with a mighty Brazilian Sativa which Opium inherits its bright berry taste from. Then a great deal of work followed aiming for the highest THC level and endurability as well as a branchy structure that would provide maximal yields. Now we can proudly title Opium the best Indica you could dream of growing! Indoors these plants mostly stay mid-height (1.5 m), reaching up to 2.0 m out of doors. Depending on your height limitations, Opium flourishes universally in grow boxes, balconies, green houses and terraces. Due to its Afghani parentage, this strain can stand hot weather if provided enough water and some shadow. Responds well to any training techniques: ScroG and SoG, LST, topping and FIM, supercropping. 2-24, Day 59 harvest Plants were all cut down together. Hung to allow tent conversion to drying setup and reloaded into the tent. Some nicer images were taken with the R100 cannon camera, and also a mix of images from my iPhone and my buddy's Note7. Current drying environment: 62F, 62% humidity. 2-26, Day 2 drying The tent is very stable around 60% humidity and 60F. I have the tent set up for negative pressure to pull a slight vacuum, ensuring the air will turnover inside the tent, with one oscillating fan helping to distribute the humidifier mist. I have an external air purifier running with active carbon filters to manage the smell.
