Update of week 2

Drei Pflanzen. Ein Herz. Ein gemeinsames Ziel. Woche 11 markiert für dieses Projekt einen ganz besonderen Abschnitt. Was vor einigen Wochen als Experiment mit drei einzelnen Pflanzen begann, fühlt sich inzwischen wie eine einzige, perfekt zusammengewachsene Apricot an. Jeder Blick auf den Stamm erinnert mich daran, wie viel Vertrauen ich in dieses Training gesetzt habe. Drei Pflanzen wurden zu einer Einheit verbunden – und heute versorgen sie sich gegenseitig, als wären sie schon immer ein einziger Organismus gewesen. Genau solche Momente machen Homegrowing für mich so faszinierend. In dieser Woche hat sich der Fokus endgültig auf die Blütenbildung verlagert. Fast jeder Trieb produziert inzwischen kompakte Buds, die von Tag zu Tag dichter werden. Gleichzeitig beginnt sich eine schöne Schicht aus Trichomen über die Sugar Leaves zu legen und verleiht den Blüten bereits jetzt einen frostigen Schimmer. Besonders im Morgenlicht sieht man, wie die ersten Harzkristalle langsam das Licht reflektieren. Die Struktur der Pflanze gefällt mir inzwischen ausgesprochen gut. Durch das frühe Training gelangt das Sonnenlicht nahezu an jeden Budsite, wodurch sich die gesamte Pflanze sehr gleichmäßig entwickelt. Genau das war das Ziel dieses Projekts – keine dominante Hauptcola, sondern viele kräftige Blüten, die sich gemeinsam entwickeln. Natürlich zeigen die unteren Blätter inzwischen erste Alterserscheinungen, was in diesem Stadium völlig normal ist. Die Pflanze steckt ihre gesamte Energie inzwischen sichtbar in die Blütenproduktion. Genau dort soll sie jetzt auch investieren. Ich bin unglaublich gespannt, wie sich die Buds in den nächsten Wochen noch verdichten werden. Das Fundament ist gelegt – jetzt beginnt die Phase, in der Gewicht, Harzproduktion und Aroma Woche für Woche deutlich zulegen dürften. Jede Woche erzählt ihre eigene Geschichte. Woche 11 fühlt sich an wie der Moment, in dem aus einer spannenden Idee langsam Realität wird. One heart. One shared goal. Week 11 marks a very special milestone for this project. What started a few weeks ago as an experiment with three individual plants now truly feels like a single Apricot growing as one. Every time I look at the main stem, I'm reminded of how much trust I put into this training technique. Three separate plants were carefully connected, and today they support each other as if they had always been one organism. Moments like this are exactly why I love growing so much. This week the plant has fully shifted its energy into flower production. Nearly every branch is carrying developing buds that continue to gain size and density every day. At the same time, the sugar leaves are becoming increasingly covered in sparkling trichomes, giving the flowers that beautiful frosty appearance. Especially in the morning sunlight, the resin glands are already starting to catch the light. I'm really happy with the overall structure. Thanks to the early training, sunlight reaches almost every flowering site, allowing the entire canopy to develop evenly. That was the goal from the beginning—not one oversized main cola, but many strong flowers growing together across the whole plant. Some of the older lower leaves are naturally beginning to fade, which is completely expected at this stage. The plant is clearly redirecting its energy into flower production, exactly where I want it to be. I'm incredibly excited to watch the next few weeks unfold. The foundation has been built, and now comes the stage where density, resin production, aroma and overall flower quality should improve dramatically week after week. What up fam, weekly update on these gorgeous girls. They're showing preflowers now which I'm definitely happy as that means the stretch is almost over. Now time to see them fatten up. I got two definitive phenos, one that's way more bushy and the other is way taller. Over all I couldn't be happier with how they've grown. Happy

🌱 Terminando la semana 4 y las plantas se ven vigorosas 💪 Después del trasplante, las niñas se han mostrado bastante fuertes y adaptándose muy bien al cambio. Se nota que el trabajo previo dio resultado. Detecté una pequeña carencia de nitrógeno, así que en el próximo riego voy a incorporar unos mililitros extra de Bio Grow para corregirlo. Por ahora, todo marcha excelente y las plantas están respondiendo de maravilla. 🌿 Dato útil: Unos días antes del trasplante (semana 3), a las macetas de 11 litros les apliqué al menos 1 litro de agua con una dosis mínima de Root Juice. Esto fue para preparar y humedecer el sustrato, lo que facilitó mucho el trasplante y evitó la necesidad de regar en exceso esta semana. ¡Seguimos dándole con cariño y atención al cultivo! 🌞🌱

Vegetation Week 5: Topping, Pistil Puzzles & the All-Mix Countdown Update: 14.04.2025 Hey Growmies! Week 5 brought some plot twists and big moves! Let’s unpack the story. Current Highlights: Topping & Tiny Pistils Topping Done Right: Both ladies got their first topping this week! Cut the main stem carefully with disinfected scissors above Node 5. Let’s see how they recover from that, but I guess they’re big enough to take that blow like champs. Durban’s Pistil Surprise: Spotted early pistils (white hairs) on the Durban – wait, already?! Stay calm: Durban Poison is photoperiod, so this isn’t full flowering. Likely causes: Light stress? Double-check nighttime darkness during “indoor curfew” – even small light leaks can confuse photoperiods. Longer days in late April/May will keep her in veg. No need to panic! What do you guys think? Have you experienced pre-flower this early under sunlight? Nutrient Needs Rising: Lower leaves on the Blueberry show faint lighter green hues – Biobizz Light Mix is running low on juice. Here’s the dirt: - Holes Dug: Two 50x50x50cm pits (perfect for root freedom!). - Soil Mix: - 20L Biobizz Worm Humus – worm-powered nutrient gold. - 20L Biobizz All-Mix – for structure and organic goodness. - Homemade Compost – loaded with worms, horn shavings (slow-release nitrogen), and lime (pH balance). - Why It’s Lit: This mix is a 100% organic buffet – worms till the soil, microbes feed the roots, and the girls get everything they need to explode in summer! ______________________ Chapter Update 2: Pot Upgrades & Root Magic Update: 15.04.2025 (Day 39) Today’s mission: New shoes for the ladies! The Trigger: Noticed the first true leaves hinting at hunger (fading green, subtle yellow whispers) – Biobizz Light Mix had given its all. Time for a nutrient boost! The Process: - Pot Upgrade: Swapped their 0.27L cups for 1.5L plastic pots (hello, legroom!). - Soil Mix: - 2:1 All-Mix to Worm Castings – All-Mix for structure, worm goodies for microbes. - Root Reveal: Popped the old pots off – root porn alert! Damn, I missed by a long shot, I feel like they’ll bloom in a month at most, should’ve just fed more bat guano instead of flower girl fertilizer. Not in a rush but that ff mix pack is kicking ass. Excited for these sativas too, they’re growing beautifully!

Just picked this little lady up from Dr. Greenthumbs in DTLA. It's a Magic Melon Auto started by Dark Heart Nursery on 2-28-20. Current set up: - Vivosun grow tent (36x20x62) - Mars Hydro TS 1000W LED - Vivosun 4in Inline Fan & 4in Carbon Filter - Oscilating Fan 4in This week's training: LST Tie Down - Tied down the top to be at the level of the next node to channel the auxins to the lower nodes and start widening the canopy

Still fighting with pH. It was 5.5 when I add the plants, but when I check a few hours later, it's already above 6.5 Days 2: I trimmed the bottom fan leaves from Purple Kush to keep them off the ground. I also topped Purple Maroc. pH was still below 6 Day 4: Veg is gone wild..... I have been shoving the large fan leaves on the Autos underneath other branches to allow light in. Red Purps may get topped yet again. Day 6:. Switched autos to bloom nutrients. Added Purpanator to them. pH set to 5.5. Topped bottom and mid branches of Red Purps to keep canopy more even. Day 7: replaced CO2 generator.

Cette semaine, j'attends impatiemment l'explosion de fleurs et doucement elles explosent 🌱🌺 Les feuilles jaunissent je les enlève avant qu'elle ne tombent. 🍃 La température 🌡️est bien tombée depuis cette été. Cela devrait faire une meilleure récolte !

As soon as I can get back into my google account I'll upload the pictures from Germination, again sorry for any inconveniences and I know some of you probably like yeah alright mate, lol I ain't got nothing to prove to anyone I grow my medicine for me and that's it I just thought I'd start uploading on here and got asked to participate in a competition for Divine Seeds, and me not having the Germination and weeks before pictures I probably will be disqualified. But I'll still continue to upload on here and try to get back into the Gmail account to retrieve the pictures during Germination and weeks 1 to 3.
