Looks like the stretch has officially come to an end and with it, the first signs of trichome production have started to show up!✨ Unfortunately, the plant stayed pretty small despite being in a 20L pot, which is a bit of a bummer. I was hoping for more size, but hey let’s see what she can deliver in quality! Sometimes the small ones pack the biggest punch. 😏 Excited to see how the buds develop from here!😊

She is vigorous towards the finish has about 1-2 weeks to go. Beautiful purple tones and fruity orange hints. Flushing her with water as she bows out. Trichomes are 40% clear and 60% cloudy. Thc is looking like 18-20%. All in all I am happy with the genetics and hope for a few seeds.

End of week 4 marking around the half way point as both strains both have 8-9 week flower periods. Runtz Muffin #1 already looks like it's going to have more of a longer airy bud structure compared to the others

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Plants Flipped to flower on a 12/12 light schedule. EC dropped slightly to try and reduce any major stretch. These plants should have been lollipoped last week before putting them into a scrog but unfortunately I was unable to, so I have to remove the Scrog to make it easy to lollipop and then place them back into a Scrog once lollipoped. When the Scrog was placed back on it was more for support as I'd already built the structure of the plant the prior weeks. Although a few lanky branches did get bended back over. Another Scrog layer will probably added later in flower for further support when buds start forming.

She's actually not using as much water as I'm used to with other plants. I went a good week without watering her, and she didn't show any signs of needing more. So, after almost 10 days, I fertilized her again.

Protecting My Plants: A Grower's Dilemma I'm hesitant to leave them outside permanently because, unfortunately, all my other vegetables have been eaten by snails. I certainly don't want the same fate for my precious cannabis plants. For now, they’re enjoying a mix of south windowsill and balcony life, which seems to be working well. First Watering: Preparing for Growth Once the coco mix dries out, they will receive their first feeding. Terra Aquatica Tripart is my nutrient trio of choice. I'll start with a half-dose, as recommended by the feeding chart, to ensure they don’t get nutrient burn. First Feeding: A New Stage My ladies seemed to enjoy their sleepover in the greenhouse. Now it's time for their first feeding. I added Cal-Mag to achieve an EC of 0.5 mS/cm to start with. I gave them a half-dose of nutrients as described in the chart and watered with enough runoff.

Kept defoliating and spraying the plants with Cannacure every 3-4 days. I'll be on holiday tomorrow so my roommate will take care of the plants for 2.5 weeks. How much longer would you guys say until harvest? I'm not so sure, could be 10 days or 3 weeks if you ask me...

420FASTBUDS FBT2107 WEEK 7 These 2 beautys couldn't be growing any better than the way the are. Both have a bunch of flower sites that are maturing nicely. I did give a light defoliation to the lower nodes on the branches. Could almost say a little lollipoping. Happy Growing

[2026 Feb 6 | Day 70] - She's now 6 weeks into flower and is maturing quickly. I defoliated her quite a bit this past week, removing all the fan leaves and any water leaves that were poking into nearby colas. I've gone ahead and added some basic structural support to all the branches in the event that the buds get too heavy. The branches aren't as strong as I would like them to be where they connect with the main stem, and it's better to take precautions. nutrients will be tapered off this week and part of the next. Lighting will remain in the 40-42 DLI range near the top leaves and be tapered off next week. Trichomes are still mostly clear, but there's the odd milky head which could be just a trick of the light. The density of the trichomes are impressive though, they are so thick in spots that the heads are smushing together. Her smell is getting pretty strong, and is now a mix of vanilla, berries and diesel.

D57 - We're heading into the fourth week of flower, and the girls are loving life. Both look healthy, vibrant, and strong, and they have started to smell. I did some defoliation to clean up the bottom of the plants by removing leaves that didn't receive any light. I also removed a few branches with tiny buds on them. I honestly should have removed them long ago as they don't get any proper light, so they will only drain resources and result in larf with airy buds. It is better late than never to remove them, as we still have a few weeks of flower to go, and I want the plants to focus on the main buds sites. Finally, I gave each girl 1.25-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. D59 - Installed a new USB oscillating fan since my old one gave up. These cheap fans aren't made to run continuously so they break down after a while. Still works well enough in my small tents. I also raised the light as the girls were getting bit close and I was reading almost 1100 PPFD at the top of the canopy. Way too much for an auto! D61 - There isn't much to do now when all training is done, and the watering is automatic. The girls are looking great though so I'm not complaining :D D63 - The end of another week and the girls are killing it! I'm really happy with how they are coming along, and everything is smooth sailing at this point. I gave each girl 1.25-liters of compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, rock dust, biochar, algae lime, bentonite, molasses) @ pH 6.6.
