Mixed nutrients today. Last night I added 2 ml of oxy science h202 to 18L of Kamloops City water filtered through our homes water filter, no idea what it does exactly lol. I put an air stone over night and let the water bubble off any chlorine and the rest of the h202, I use microbial mass so I just wanted to sanitize the water but not kill my soil. Mixed in bases first into 21.7 C ph 8.1 Water in the morning. Important not to mix concentrated solutions, I used syringes that I rinsed well between products. I find that with this product you just follow the instructions and it’s pretty awesome results.

Sep 21: fall is here with 12 h of darkness and red tinted sunlight both of which help with flowering. One problem with growing dope here is the UV light is weak this far North in the fall so for most people it’s better to just do autos outdoors and timing it so they ripen during the stronger summer sun and you’re done by the end of August. But if you want reliable big yields these fast flowering photoperiods are definitely the best choice. Sep 23: seems a bit off colour so I added some Alaska Fish Fertilizer for N. Always warming the water to about 26C these days to help keep the plant and soil bacteria warm and happy. Sep 25: this plant and Bruce both got blown over twice today. This is because the small 5 gallon bags aren’t big and heavy enough. The plants are fine. Oh well, the advantage is that I can move them around easily to maximize direct sun. Don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re going to immediately use a 730 nm far red light to put the plants into dark mode. It’s a great trick as a bloom booster and moves up finishing time here by a couple or three weeks. Sep 27: harvest will be tomorrow because of some bad weather moving in. Tomorrow will be okay but then rain and cold overnight and even snow forecast for late next week. C’est La vie.

Girls started to flower about a week ago and so far looks good and healthy to me. I have only 20cm space left above the light so I truly hope the stretch phase is getting to the end :) I feel like every grow I have done so far I thought I switched too early and in the end I worry about the space so my next grow will be experiment 12/12 from seed. I have seen very interesting diaries utilising this method so I can't wait to test it. Not much else to mention, standard 2.5 EC (my starting tap water is 0.4 probably due to chlorine?) ph 6.0 humidity is around 55% and 60% during the night, I will definitely get dehumidifier foe the last month, because mould has been my biggest enemy during my previous grows. temp is getting close to 29 celsius during the day. I just ordered some additional clip fans so it hope fully helps to reduce any possible heat stress. I defoliated quite heavily about a week ago and when I finished and put them back, I was a bit worried if I didn't go too hard on them, however just two days ago it was back to normal. Did little bit of defoliation once again today, got rid of some bottom branches and older fan leaves getting no light at the bottom. Day 43 and i have to apologize for not updating this girl the past week or so, but non or less here she is,and she is doing great, i wold risk saying to much great that today wen i open my closet, half of her couldn’t take the wait from the fruits she’s producing so i pick up some yo-yos and try to fixit the best i could, should’ve put my net or something, my fail on that department and now im paying the price. Still feeding bud booster and k but i will very soon stop it all and start just watering, i believe she will go for whatever still is in my soil and after she will go to her reserves and start the fading out for her end of season . I think in a couple of days or so i will defoliate her since i notice that some parts are not getting enough light. Venga familia que ya viene la cosecha de esta Amaretto Tarmac de Seedstockers, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo. No veas que pinta que tienen estas plantas. Las flores aparte se ven bien resinosas, y tienen un color rosado púrpura brutal. a sido una genética con la que disfruté mucho cultivarla, no es complicada de cultivarla pero merece la pena si eres cultivador con experiencia las flores serán increíbles. What a joy this grow has been. She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot. I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that. I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later. Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet. I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before. Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!! Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple. Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well. Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises. This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable. After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this. Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent. Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪 Keep growing y'all!

Last week went well. She seems to be done with the major part of the stretch and is stacking on bud now. I upped the cal-mag a mL per gallon because of the light intensity. Had to adjust the light upwards to avoid damage to the plant. I began to see some signs so had to take care of it but she is happy with the environment. She is growing some nice long buds just like the gelato next to her. Glad I have clones from both. Had to do some supercropping and defoilation. Did it to keep the branches at a good level and to keep the canopy level. She would have been taller if it wasn't for the lst. Will update as she progresses. Until next time you growing to everyone!

7/11 - Top dressed all with Foundation Grow, Foundation Uprising, Oregonism XL, and Nitro Bat Guano. Watered w/ RO water & Extreme Serene. They are looking great. 7/12 - Fed with liquid nutrients today followed by some selective defoliation. Also adjusted the LST and added a little coco mulch. 7/14 - Watered with plain RO water and added Mosquito bits for pest prevention. Also did a foliar spray of Ancient Amber. They look very happy and healthy. JH2, aka Struggling Jack, is fully recovered and is actually my biggest, fullest of the three Jacks! She is so beautiful and strong. Go compost tea and worms!!!
