So we're a couple weeks into flower now. I finally got my hands on a ph meter. Our water has a ph of 7.8 but with nutrients comes down to high 6s. Runoff ph was 6.3ish. I'll keep an eye on it the next few feeds and see what happens. Found a little caterpillar that had been munching on my leaves, no eggs that i could see so hopefully not a prob. Had a couple weekends where I've been away and girl has dried out a bit between waterings but she's held up under the stress ok.

Things are going ok with this plant for now. Droops a bit now and then, but it's alright I figure. Depends heavily on how much water it has left.

Day 33-13/01/22 they look really well I’m just trying to make space in my other tent so I can move half of them out and be more organised but I think this is the last week of veg!!!

Jungle is growing on top of my washing machine! On the last day of week 6 I lowered lights to 35cm from canopy, this week I’m going to monitor that number and adjust as necessary because the plant is still in stretching + bud setting phase. I’m feeding with high N+mag and I’ll continue until growth slows down, than I’ll switch to megacrop 2parts. I expect that to happen end of this week, 10 days max. Day 42 - changed the fan Day 44 - finally installed the blumat auto irrigation system. It wasn’t that easy since branches are really near the substrate but at least I had the carrot already placed so I was able to do it. High frequency fertigation on coco is a must, you can’t take advantage on coco great qualities watering 1 or 2 times a day. My system has 5 drippers placed in a Pac-Man shape, more or less. Day 45 - This is an important day since it marks the halfway point of this crop, based on my previous results. Coincidentally I’ve also spotted few small trichomes on a leaf, I guess the plant is now ready to build up mass and flavors. I did a minor defoliation to open up the inner canopy and to get rid of some plant’s nitrogen reserve. I prepared 20L of my bloom solution and mixed that with the veg solution in the reservoir. For a week I’m going to use this transitional feeding. Lots of sulfur, seems to be on a volcano 🤣 Day 46 - spotted a minor P deficiency. There is probably too much calcium in my solution that is antagonizing P absorption. I mixed another batch, this is the ppm breakdown N 100 P 100 K 280 Mg 85 Ca 150 Before I had P 40 and Ca ~190, my tap water has 80ppm of Ca that is already counted it. I’ll keep this value for a couple of weeks than I’ll lower everything except K. (Edit from the future - K is too high) Day 47 - plant looks happy and bigger, it drunk 3+ liters yesterday. There is no need for humidifier anymore so I’m getting rid of it. Temperature is 30-32C with 50-60% humidity. Day 48 - buds are swelling, some branches are already showing the spiral structure. Plant drunk 5 liters yesterday, impressive.

I never actually weighed this plant once dried. I would estimate around 400+ grams as I gave away so much to friends and it still lasted me well over 2 years. Beleive it or not, my wife who disapproves of me smoking never knew I was growing. Until the end that is when she needed a screw driver and entered my shed to see what you can see in the videos. Hahahaha, it took a while to recover from this thats for sure. After this crop was finished, I basically rarely smoked for 4 years until I decided to go under lights this year. And now outdoors again with my latest project.

End of Week 10 (Third week of flower) The ladies are frosting up slightly and there are trichomes developing on the fan leaves, this can only mean that they are happy, the genetics are fire and that we are in for a treat! The main top-sites are swelling up by the day. Trying to keep the training to a bare minimum and ONLY removing fan leaves that are blocking bud sites. The lower part of the canopy is denser than I would have liked but I do not want to stress the plants too much by removing it at all. I will now try to keep a cooler average temperature in the following couple of weeks to promote healthy flower development and hopefully bring out some beautiful colours - and also keep the relative humidity lower to ensure that the plants aren't susceptible to mould and mildew. Here we are, ready, after a week of truly fruitful germination we have 20 beautiful plants all marked with the Z of Zamnesia. We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudices about this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is autoflowering or a normal photoperiod plant. There are people who claim to recognize it by the flavor but then never succeed, it's funny how it works. I enjoy making them strip their heads with these magnificent new autoflowering. This one in particular is not brand new but it has always kept up with the times and has the strength of the name and the stability of the historic strains of Zamnesia this is nothing universal strains this is one of the spearheads of the house: Sticky Beast autoflowering. It's really a great plant already grown in the past by me and some of my friends have always loved it like crazy. Cold cold week, with intermitent rain, and the last feedings, The AK is yellowing and rushing to flower, but, there are still white hairs, and the fattening is not complete, so im flushing until the end (1-2 weeks) Im looking for a narcotic effect so im letting her more time, because no bugs around, the THC layer has increased this week and you can smell the therpenes a little more, really musky-fruty with hints of mango It has reained on the plant last 3 weeks intermitently, but as the buds are not so compact as a Skunk, and the thc layer covering the flowers i find it can survive more, without problems Never expected to have an Indica the 10th of November but, im happy with that fact, she started to grow 7th of August soo a late Afghan Kush ^^ The colours are incredible, thanks Nature and Sedsman for this gift !!
