This strain is the best looking in the tent, color is perfectly uniform top to bottom. We stripped all plants heavy on the first day of flower because they were so large. We were hoping that this would control stretching some but these tower over the rest. Their node spacing looks prime for fat, intact main buds which always makes me happy. GSC used to be my favorite strain so I'm super eager to try this version 🐱🌱 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

At the end of this week we got to put these ladies outside to finish out the summer; finally! They have made a large jump in height; but we low stress trained them all down, now that they have ample space to do so. I had an accident with one of the plants while LST and ripped the main trunk a little bit at the topped knot, we repaired the rip with para film immediately; she seems to be recovering well, barely skipped a beat so far. We continued to water with ancient earth every watering, and I gave them a foliar spray of gaia green soluble seaweed extract the morning after their first night outside. They are acclimating well to their new permanent outdoor home. ☀️

Another week goes by. Can see some browning at the tips of the top leaves. Most likely nutes burn from adding the overdrive. or PH being 6.4. I've started using Advanced Nutrients - Overdrive (Apparently it provides extra Phosphorous and Potassium (PK) for increased flowering Specifically designed for use in late flowering to fully release your plants potential.)

17-05-2021: As you might have seen I have added some reflective foil to reduce heat on the water. This helps a lot. Growth is as expected but they are a bit on the bright side. Well yesterday the set EC was raised from 1.3 to 1.6 so probably new leaves will be a bit darker. Also added a bit of Calmag. Still great to see that as soon the roots touch the water the growth is exploding. Well yet 13 days till 12/12 so I am excited to see how big these ladies will be by then. Hoping for a seventh node before that. 18-05-2021: Today I dosed 18ml of H2O2 (50% silver stabilized). I have seen a few algae so if they are gone by tomorrow I keep this dose, if they are not I will give them a shock treatment of 50ml. In this system I don't have to worry about clogging (50mm tubes) but I also believe that if it is not necessary I shouldn't do it. Dosing is advised from the supplier based on tomatoes by the way. 19-05-2021: All survived the H2O2. Today I have added additional 18ml. Just to see what happens. Growth seems a bit faster last night 22-05-2021: Blue is not doing great... I hope they survive. Red is still OK

Day 45 --> Restart some light LST for the final weeks of Flowering. 🍇 Really intense aromas from stomper n GWK (like sour,sweet grape tannins). ⚠️ In this project we experimented with a super soil like mixture. Biobizz all mix was 65% of the mixture which 1/3 of it was placed on the bottom of the pot and the rest 2/3 was mixed with 35% Canna terra. About 10% perlite was added on the mix and it was sprayed with EM microorganisms (Soil activator). 🏁 The target is a tasty organic flower fed only with tap water and a slow release organic fertilizer(6-3-18) which being applied on the end of the 3rd week and, becomes available to the plants 7 days after. In our case which we transplanted on day 9, we used it on day 30(9+21) from seed. ℹ️ Facts Until the 3rd week plants were growing under LST with no problem (Day 17-19) was when preflower started). In the 4th week development slowed down and initially we though that was due to some drop of temp like midway veg in ➡️ (RQS fem induction). After days were passing and the development of the plants was not satisfying (even though the plants didn't show any symptoms of deficiency or environmental stress) we noticed shiny leaves and dark green colour starting from Stomper#1 which was the smallest plant and was the only one that had some visible burned tips on the leaves. GWK#2 was the only one that did not appear dark green colour or shiny leaves (like SS#1,#2 and GWK#1) but had drooping leaves without having overwatered her or noticing any issues.(Conditions on week 5 and 6 were a bit unstable as the weather got weird and we had high humidity and low temps). Reaching 7th week plant development continues to be average, stems of the most plants became dark red without having low temps inside the tent even though plants look a bit better after they were let to dry a bit more. 🔬 Symptoms 1)Dark shiny leaves 2)Slow growth 3)burn tips 4)Drooping leaves 5) Dark Red stems Matching the pieces of the puzzle we assume that we had NITROGEN TOXICITY and knowing that we do not use any liquid fertilizers it seems that our problem was that our super soil was too "hot" for our baby mephs. If our rooting system of our plants reached the final layer of soil( Biobizz all mix on the bottom of the pot) in the 4th week, it was when it had the highest availability of nitrogen. Availability that seem to be "too hot" for Sour stomper and Grape walker kush in early Flowering. Also in the last weeks we had cold weather so we had an electrical heater on increasing the temp of the room which led to higher temp and transpiration inside the tent.That being said it is likely that due to higher transpiration our plants let higher amount of N to enter the plant and that forced the plants to show us signs of it's toxicity. For a start we let the pots dry to reduce the nitrogen availability and then in Day 45 we water with 6,5 ph tap water + EM microorganisms (700ml each pot). ℹ️ Day 48 : Ideal humidity + temps and the plants have started to drink and eat a lot better the last days. After the second water (700ml) of the week yesterday (D47) with microorganisms only, we find the first signs of deficiency on Sour stomper #2 today. We were expecting this cause our dry fert has only (6-3-18) --> 3 phosphorus (slow release), so our leaves look like having phosphorus and calcium deficiency, we are thinking that the roots locked calcium too with the deficiency of P as these too are collaborating. - So we are going to feed all the plants with organic liquid fert. from Plagron - green sensation PK (9-10) starting with stomper#2. * Every plant in tent has its private watering schedule as the maturity and needs, have changed over the last week. - If the problem continues we'll consider a cal mag solution. * Will be appreciated any comments or same experiences!! Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

The 3 Victory Kush F1 and the Zkittlez in front were rinsed, and are still around 10-14 days. The rest needs a bit :-) Until then everyone have a nice weekend and let it grow 😎

It was easy to harvest she was very small jut cut it quickly without stalks the wet weight is 17 g of the buds. Smell is like spicy lemonish smell. This site has changed can not update and edit the comment section. The smoke is nice it is kind of relax and strong high. Not the best but not even bad. I like it.

Las hojas mantienen su verde vibrante, lo que indica que la nutrición está siendo bien equilibrada. Afortunadamente, no he encontrado plagas ni deficiencias, lo que me permite seguir concentrado en mantener el entorno óptimo para su desarrollo. Los tricomas aún están en proceso, pero los vigilo de cerca para ajustar el momento de la cosecha según corresponda. ¡A seguir con paciencia! ¡Pronto llegaré a la fase final !

LST main stem to one side to promote side branches. No pistils yet. The slight yellowing seems to grow out after leaves have fully opened. Good growth overall.

Unfortunately, I realized quite late that the plants – or rather the tap water – were causing major pH issues. This became noticeable through dry leaf tips as well as light green and yellowing leaves. I’ve never had pH problems before, so I didn’t think to measure it again. After checking, the pH was around 8.5, which I have now lowered to 6 using a pH down solution. In addition to my usual BioBizz Bloom, I’ve now added Bloombastic and I’m hoping to report positive progress soon. The plant on the left is the most affected, even though it germinated at the same time as the one on the right. Of course, the damaged leaves can’t be saved, but the plant is still developing well, and I believe I’ll be able to harvest it without major issues. Both Sweet Gelato plants smell incredibly good and sweet, and the Afghan is growing nicely—robust and compact.

Boy with the temperatures being so good in my basement I had a tough few weeks with this girl . She still faired better then her friend gelato41 , I had ph issues and temps fluctuating , and the lack of time as my kids and wife have been sick with the flu for a week and I'm full time Midnight's ...dam never thought growing could be such a challenge sometimes both physically and mentally... With things back on track in my home life and growing world I can't wait to see how my first few weeks of flowering goes wish us luck canna family cheers ...
