On the start of week 4 flower the gals are doing well :) The Blueberry scent is getting stronger. I defoliated lower growth sites and cleaned up the top canopy to let more light and air in. I couldn't get everything I wanted to prune because I cant reach the back of the canopy, so some larf will be expected on my plant in the back of the box. On day 2 its all on cruize control now not much else to do but keep my reservoir on point and wait for the girls to bulk up and mature :). On day 6 I mixed up a new 5 gal reservoir with my bloom nutes. At the end of week 4 flower the girls smell great :). the smell is building every day along with the buds :) I'm really happy and surprised with the production at only week 4. It seems my clone may be optimized to my growing environment and or the increased light levels from being too close to the grow lights have accelerated the flowering process.

A tad late, but on Dec 20th we started flower! The pics and video are all from dec 20. To kick it off we did a small feed (1tbsp) of veg nutrients and over the next few weeks will transition to flower blend. So far she's taken well to the training and looks very strong overall. She looks so so awesome and she really climbed this week some monster steps. In only 7 days she nearly doubled from 32cm to fabulous 62cm in height. I'm more than hyped to open my tent every morning and see what she done! For the first weeks for real a banger!!!

In this dairy I will be growing two, Big Kush photoperiod plants alongside 4 others (see other dairies) using the methods of Topping, Low Stress Training, ScrOG and slight defoliation under the screen. I am growing in a 4x4 area and will be using a 250W MH, 400W & 600W HPS over the grow period. The other 4 plants will be grown using the same technique and environment, I am just splitting the dairies into separate strains as recommended by GrowDairies. The seeds were placed directly into solo cups that were pre-soaked with plan, pH'd water overnight beforehand. After three days all seedlings had emerged, and I placed them in the shadow of my other plants currently being grown for three more days. After this I transplanted them directly into the 11L pots that they will be in until harvest (see photos). I will be growing the plants until the are roughly 6 weeks old or 1m tall, whichever comes first. I will be bending them and keeping the branches low to build an even canopy, so this time period could change. All of the seedlings are being grown in BioBizz all-mix soil, so I will not be using nutrients either for the first 1-2 weeks. Any questions or recommendations, please let me know! Thanks :)

Após trocar a pilha melhorou a fixação do PH, e após deixar por algumas horas o eletrodo sob agua oxigenada V10, o calibrador voltar a ler PHs mais altos, antes ao colocar na água aparecia 5,5. Agora retornou a 7,5 a 8 que é o correto do PH da minha cidade. Como se puede ver en las imágenes la poda apical ha generado que de nuevo vuelvan a brotar hojas deformes aunque la salud general de la planta no se ha resentido. Esta será la última semana de vegetativo, deberían haber sido cuatro, pero la primera semana no se desarrolló correctamente. He colocado la malla scrog para ir guiando las colas para sacar idealmente 19 colas. También he cortado dos hojas grandes para favorecer la penetracióin de luz y volveré a hacerlo probablemente en la semana 7 o finales de la 6 para favorecer la ramificación dia 36 - He cambiado el ciclo de luz a 12-12 con la malla bastante poblada, también he cambiado la dosis de abono que añadiré en la siguiente semana.

Unfortunately one Cfl lamp burned a part of a leaf on the FIM.Pistils are visible in all plants🌱. A part of them turned a bit darker. Girls are now growing a bit faster.Lst seems to work fine.

The crisping of the leaves where bothering me so I decided to do a hard flush of the plants to lower what I think was a EC issue. I was also wondering about the PH and it was on point at 6.8 from the flush water I gathered. I do not own a EC pen so could not monitor that aspect of it. It looks like it may have helped a bit. Hard to tell at this point the death has slowed a lot and I am seeing fading signs that I am used to seeing so it makes me feel a bit better. I think I have stunted this growth a bit because of this mishap but should still be a good harvest. The soils temp is getting down to 12c at night, The ambient air temps of the tent are aorund 15-18 at night though. Good for adding colour into the fade. During the say its keep steady around 26-27. Starting to smell more and more and loving every time I open the tent. Given they are stuck in a scrog net trying to remove the bottom trays to empty them cause them to be rustled a bit and they released a lot of lovely scents. I am in the last week or two now. Will be giving them one more heavy molasses feeding and then nothing else. They got their last ChitoSal and I think it made a difference, would really need a side by side to confirm if its working at all. Will monitor its length from the SCROG net vs soil as its easier to measure. 33cm from SCROG net to base of plant 18cm from SCROG net to tip of plant Total 51cm for week eight of flower. +0.5cm from Last Week Just like last week I am no longer posting about the clones in this diary. Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Day 42-49 (June 11th - June 18th) (Day 43) I need to work on my early veg times. Things are just too slow in the seedling stage. Next round I will use a coco/Destiny blend for the better aeration and lower EC. Even with my indoor plants. I notice plants started in coco root way faster. Not just with weed either. All plants seem to like it better. Coco is far superior to peat imo. (Day 44) I’m pruning off the lower branches on my rooted blackberry clone. It’s cool to see it’s weird reveged structure. Lots of the fan leaves have trichomes on them. (Day 45) Something really weird is happening to Grapefruit #3. The leaves are browning and starting to gnarl. It could be an insect of some sort as it’s the only plant looking like that. (Day 47) It just hailed super badly and the leaves on some of the plants are pretty damaged. In my neighboring town the hail caused multimillions in damage so we got lucky here. I’m going to spray some method 1 pps prevention spray today to help keep pests at bay. I will try to do it in overcast or shade. I’m seeing what looks like thrip damage but there is no way they can survive the cold nights here. Dog shit in my yard is attracting flies which then land on plants spreading god knows what. (Day 48) Autos are still really stunted. I wasn’t able to find out how big they will get so I will just wait and see. I would guess they’re in their flowering stretch because their growth is unusually fast right now. I will probably just end up with 6-10 inch ornamental plants for autos. Definitely should have started them around mid summer in coco then transplanted. Time is of the essence with autos it seems. (Day 49) Photoperiod plants are looking really happy but growth is stunted from the cold and lack of light. I was hoping for bigger plants by now. A lot of growth can happen in 2 weeks so we’ll see. I’m definitely not transplanting on the 21st but the sooner I do it the better. The bbb clones are struggling hard to root but I can see new growth on them starting to push out. My clones are taking a really long time to establish. Every plant here, I don’t care how stunted, must be flipped by July 15th.

Rainbow belts are down and now it's just the landraces. Zed black is looking to show some toxicities from the flowering feed I use once a week. I definitely think it's an overfeed of nitrogen. In the future I'll keep note. Other than some minor tox the plants are doing great. Some foxtailing is beginning but so far nothing major Hash plants are chugging along perfectly fine. No toxicities or issues. Very easy plants to grow. A few of these are also giving me a really nice yield.
