Welcome to my Lemon Orange Diary sponsored by Green House Seeds. Day 57-64 Week 9 She grew very well. Really healthy through pre flower & very happy to be high stressed. Kept up with Atami Bloom Stim until mid wk 9. And then I started pushing PK booster from plagron and made sure silica boost was given for the stress. Which helped the nodes not break as I HST'ed after pre flower, so there was no growth in the nodes to spring them back up. So the stems walls needed to be strong. And they were. Some naturally did rise towards the light. But not enough to point to rapid but stiffness back into the nodes upward growth, so it's important to have strong membrane walls. After pre fower was over, I cleaned her up also. Took 70% of everything, (defoliation that was done over 3 days.)The other 30% was removed during ripening as it had loads of (hat leafs) leafs surrounding the tops of the main buds blocking light to buds below. Plant has moved great through pre flowering. Very uneven nodes. And where the rest of where my plants where I needed this smaller. So early into week 9 I lollipopped were I knew the HST bend be everywhere below it was stripped. 90% of the nodes where HST'ed. Maintenance Summary 1:Start of wk 9.i lollipopped her, Everything below the planned HST points was removed 2:Defoliations were done in 3 stages. Removing big fan leafs once pre fower was over..I left more than I normally would as HST was in the same wk so I didn't wanna stress too much 3: HST'ed was applied and to make sure she kept a level canopy her nodes were tied down. 4: made sure the soil didn't dry up and was given silica to protect the nodes main membrane as the nodes would be moving for a wk r 2 until it stiffened during fattening. Im going into pre-flower phase as of 9-8-26 week 4 into the pre formation of the buds at the brink of pre terps 😋 😋 😋 smell not there is sense a hint of wood chocolate 😄 at times just me or the buds itself

Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! Very satisfied with this week's progress , buds are getting thicker, smell is stronger and the most important is that it did recover from the nutrient burn , it took it 3 weeks but it made it and grew new leaves. Very happy :)

Plants have enjoyed the scrog net for support also had a nitrogen build happen with two of the red hot cookies but got it corrected and plants looking healthier

We are nearing the finish line! Both ladies look great, and the delicious aroma wafting from the tent brings a smile to my face every time. I think we should finish the run in about two weeks. 🍋🍋🍋🍒🍒🍒

These XtraKush are also finally starting to grow. It took them a while but they doubled in a week. Still a little bit pale compared to the other two strains. With a new top layer of first worm castings and then neutral organic cocopeat to combat the gnat problem and we seem to have fixed most problems. Temps are going down at night, I'm trying to fix this by keeping it warmer in the attic where the grow is. In the coming week, I'm going to train/manifold them, they are getting a bit big. I had yellow tips starting beginning week 6, I reduced my feeding to 3/2/0 (Grow/Bloom/TopMax) for one watering, then went 4/3/1 as written on the report.

Happier with how they look this week the smaller of the two closer in size now still a little bit behind overall no other issues

Week 2 Day 2: Things are going well. We had some high humidity and a little algae, so I increased the fan level. There was also some slight bubbling in the leaves which could be due to the humidity, so I'm keeping an eye on that. Otherwise, things are looking good. Planning to water today (8/8), and keep an eye on them for the rest of the week. Feels like patience is key at this point. Will need to decide on feed schedule soon, and will be PH'ing my water for the first time today. Will also continue researching LST methods. Week 2 Day 7: Still struggling with high humidity. My grow is in my basement, and in the summer it stays around 70% RH. When the tent was at 80% RH I opened the vents and had the airflow running pretty high. I couldn’t come up with any other way to decrease it, so I went to Facebook marketplace and got a dehumidifier. Ran it overnight in the basement yesterday and the humidity has not really changed and there were barely droplets of water in it 😭. I’m going to try putting it in the tent if things don’t change.

My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.
