Hi so the plants expanded rly rapidly after the beginning of week 3 and i started to tie the strong bottom branches fown so they wouldnt block any new nodes from light. I also continue to gently leaves that would block the new nodes from light. I also got additional ventilaton, in addition to the air intake. Actually i had a small accident where im sure i heard a branch snap like rly loud, for one moment i thought i killed it😰😨but there was no visual damage even after 5 days, i cant see that it would die off or feel lose, like it almost feels like its didnt mind too much about it. Like it was so loud i thought it was the main stamp for a sec, im really happy nothing too bad happened due that incident 😀 Video is from mid week 4

It’s day 33’from seed. All of the plants are really healthy. The plants have a really great root system at this point… I am currently slowly moving the light intensity up to the veg area. Now that are in a groove they are about to explode… I’m hoping I can flip the plants to flower in 1 weeks but I’m thinking I will wait to weeks and let them get a little larger. The plants are just now starting to look visually different next weeks update I will be ababoe to go into the visual differences, they are just not that extreme yet to really talk to much about.

Had to go another week in veg but damn these plants look good! Transplanted 2 of the snowcandy late and put them in 5 gallon pots instead of 3 gallon and I’m using dry amendments for these 2. The other 4 will be fed liquid nutes. Switching to 12/12 next week!

Interesting but so far #5 has the best root development followed by #1 and then #3. This is my very first time cloning and so far i am impressed with the results.

This week went very well, she is still stacking on flowers, and Piglet is now being fed about 5 gallons per day, with about 1 gallon of runoff, she feeds five times per day, every 3.5 hours with lights on, and then once in the middle of the dark period. She is still just being fed Armor Si, CaliMag, powder Maxi Bloom, and a PK liquid bloom booster. I use the runoff mixed with dehumidifier water to feed my tomatoe plants, and they absolutely love it. I have found that using dehumidifier water in a reservoir leads to funk within only a few days, even when using food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, so I only use it for instant feedings and for the tomatoes. I am still cleaning the reservoir once per week just to keep her and the pump/lines in good shape, and it only takes me about 10-15 minutes per week. I also added another bag of CO2 inside the tent and have a bag sitting in front of each air intake screen, as well as one hanging about the plant., I have also added several tubs of mushrooms growing both inside and outside the tent, with a breather on each one, so she is getting plenty of CO2. The heatwave is over for now and weather looks great for the next 8 days. I am estimating that she has about 2 weeks left to stack flowers, and then 2 weeks to ripen, so I am hoping to harvest her around the end of June but will have to wait on the trichomes to be sure. I plan to flush her for about 4 or 5 days before harvest with just plain water. Overall, I am very impressed with Ethos Genetics, and I now understand why everyone was recommending them to me when I wanted to try a photo period plant. I hope everyone had a weekend, stay safe, and Blaze On!!!

The LST i did in the past few weeks is starting to pay off. The plants are spreading nice and even, not bad for a first timer but it can be better. In this week, i’ll try to water more to boost their growth because in the past few weeks i only water them once a week for the reason that I always wait until the top soil goes dry and it took almost a week for that to happen. I read in an article that you should carry your pot after a day of watering the plants to able to know that is the weight of the pot when it has water, so you can determine if the pot is light that means you can water them even the top soil is still wet. I’ll try this method lets see if i’ll end up overfeeding my plants or not. In this week will be doing same routine like last week, always monitor humidity and temperature. Spread the fan leaves so the leaves underneath can receive enough light.

Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

I really appreciate you! 😁💪🙏

Noticed a little late that the plant needs more water than nutrients. Burned Frankensteins tips a little.
