Still shooting up... lots of stretch but she’s slowing down. Hoping she really stops soon. She’s already past the light and I had to angle my lights sideways to keep her under the lights. No burn noticeable which is interesting to me since seedlings tends to burn under this light. Ignore commentary on video... The flora has started, and I increased the amount of MKP while reducing calcium nitrate. PPM is slightly above 1000, nearing 1200. The pH remains between 5.8-6. They are in that phase of substantial daily growth, hoping for a bountiful harvest. I'm still defoliating and tying them.

Last daaaays 😍😍 Im trying not to rush the flush and I rather wait a few more days to bring this ec right down. Still looking pretty healthy but the first one look on the end of the cycle. This might be the first one to go down ⚔️ Note to myself : stop thinking of cutting stop thinking of cutting ....

Week 8: Day 50-53: Things are looking ok here, could be better. Still assuming my soil is too acidic certain nutrients to lock out. I now believe what I thought was a calmg deficiency on 4AM#1 was actually a phosphorous lockout in combination with the aforementioned calmg. Day 50 I watered with PH 6.5 and got runoff around 5.5 PH. 4AM#3 was visibly worse off, and no real improvements to the other 2 either(both had signs of calmg deficiency in combination with various other small deficiencies it seemed like). Day 54-56: Seeing no real improvements in any of the 3 plants I decided I would flush them on with 6.5 PH'd water only with regulator until runoff read atleast 6PH. After about 4-5L the runoff was 6+PH, seemed to me like there was a slight build up in the bottom so the first 3L cleared that up quite nicely(runoff was around 5.7). I then fed them 2-2.5L feeding of calmg and regulator with some Biocanna Boost PD'd to 6.5 immediately after flushing. Runoff was pretty much 6.3-6.5 on all plants at this point. I think I am happy with the results of the small flush, this IS my first time indoors(last summer first time was outdoor and I never really dealt with deficiences), so not sure if what I did was correct, I just went with my gut feeling here. Anyway on day 56 now and they haven't gotten any worse, and the leaves feel healthier to the touch. Also seem to be liking the addition of the 150W COB, also decided to lower the lights and see if they could take it(they could). End of Week 8: I don't think I will get more much bulk on 4AM#1 but daaamn is she frosty as hell. 4AM#2 on the other hand is bulking up real nice, those are going to be some fat buds! And 4AM#3 seems to be a slower finishing pheno and seems like she will bulk up loads more, going to be a beast I reckon if the deficiencies didn't stunt her from the last 2 weeks(leaves felt dry and showed yellowing and spots, but are doing better and feel better after the flush).

Week 15....day 106. She's just going to get plain pH 6.0 water for the next few days. I know she wouldn't yield a lot but this plant taught me a lot so I'm satisfied with that. I'm sure from here out you guys will see better yields and quality from me. Day 108.... nothing much has changed but some of her old leaves are getting yellow and brown. Her buds are looking better every day. Day 109... Nothing changed. Day 111.....this plant still looks healthy because my ppm was at 1000. Gave her a couple of flushes and bought it down to about 200. I'll chop her down at the end of this week. Day 112.....last day for this girl, trichomes are looking good, she's not big but I'm loving it. I trimmed most of the big leaves down, I'll chop her down tomorrow and put her in my diy dryer. Very sticky buds, my fingers were sticking together even the clippers were sticking too. It was a last week of flowering. Next week will post a photos of a harvest. Some conclusions from the current grow- It is looks like there was too much light. Many top leaves were too dry. Next grow will use only one 240W lamp

Week 10 – Day 70 🌱 She’s now finishing the last swelling phase of the buds. From this point on I’m giving only plain water and letting the soil dry well between waterings. The buds are not the biggest I’ve ever grown and it probably won’t be my highest yield per plant, but what really surprised me is how uniform this plant is. The buds are very consistent in size and the whole structure is super compact. In my 1m grow box I think I could easily run 9 plants like this. The canopy would be very even and the space would be used much better. Now I’m just waiting for the final ripening and keeping an eye on the trichomes. Harvest is getting close. Terpene profile & trichomes ✨ The plant is not covered with a very thick layer of resin. In my opinion this might be one of the downsides of running a 24/0 light cycle. From my experience it seems to increase yield but slightly reduce the quality, quantity and size of the trichomes. Because of this I recently changed my light schedule to 23 hours. The central light now turns off a bit earlier while the side lights and the 660nm far-red stay on for a short time to simulate a sunset effect. I think this could be more beneficial for the other plants in the tent. With this plant I will also try to induce a bit of mechanical stress to see if it can stimulate more resin production. I’ll document the results in the next few days. The terpene profile is already very interesting. The aroma clearly reminds me of ginger, with sweet candy-like notes and a touch of lime. Very unique and quite surprising. Big thanks to the breeders at RQS for this little gem. And as always, happy growing to everyone! 🌱

Peyote slowed down a bit, Broke a couple mains like a tool while doing some Lst bending. But she is moving along again. White widow is kicking ass and just going nicely. Great flower development all over her.. Blacksugar small but still moving slow with that tight pinch in the lower trunk. But the ladies are healthy and happy so I’m happy. Gonna start germinating orange creamsicle soon to follow these up.

Final week of water.. this week will be the last one, from sunday 7 she will be deprived of water until she start showing amber trichomes.. then I will chop her! Smells like citrus and gasoline :Q_ From tuesday to friday just dry soil.. she start drying still alive 😛

Nearly gave up on these as the whole tent door ripped. Tried various ways to fix it but failed. Temps and humidity were all over the place and they really suffered. Managed to rig up a temporary door out of Kingspan and some roofing membrane and I’m kinda glad I did now as there looks like there’s some buds on these. Dont think yield will be massive but glad I didn’t pull the plug.

- 3.5 gals in bucket - Splitting nutes in half (0.95 micro, 2.5 bloom, 1.5 calmag, 1 hydro) and feeding every 3-4 days so it gets full nutes over a 7-8 day period - 356 ppm for half nutes - started noticing browning on leaves

At six weeks into the flowering stage, the Los Angeles Kush Cake—a photoperiodic strain—is proving a challenge to manage due to its extensive size. Recent battles with caterpillars and spider mites were clinical, with daily check-ups successfully eliminating the caterpillars. Unfortunately, some compromises to the inflorescences were unavoidable, requiring the removal of about 3 grams of dry product; these are shown in the attached photos. Thanks to meticulous monitoring, I had eliminated two leaves with moth eggs early on, but one was missed, leading to the recent caterpillars. Detecting caterpillars early by watching for black poop on flowers, chewed leaves, or early maturation saves the surrounding buds and secures the harvest.
