I planted 3 seeds to germinate, but only one sprouted. Sad. After it emerged in the coco, the first watering was done with aloe vera juice. The next day, it was irrigated with Azospirillum, a bacteria that promotes plant growth, fixing N. The third watering was done with an aerated tea consisting of mycorrhizae, molasses, and worm castings. The fourth watering was done with fertilizer, with a ppm of 700. I used Plant Prod and Calcium Nitrate. For the fifth watering, I repeated the tea, and finally, another watering with fertilizer, with a slightly lower ppm (541). All waterings maintained a pH between 5.5-5.8.

Week 11: Final Countdown Light Mold Issues: Despite careful management, I encountered some light mold issues on both plants. Fortunately, I discovered the mold spots early and was able to remove them without significant losses. This underscores the importance of vigilance during these final weeks. Tangie: Tangie’s buds continue to swell and mature beautifully. The aroma of fresh orange peels is more pronounced, and the smell is fantastic. While not as frosty with resin as Gorilla Cookies, Tangie makes up for it with her delightful scent. Currently, about 20% of the trichomes are still clear, with the rest turning cloudy. I'm aiming for all cloudy and very few amber trichomes to achieve an uplifting effect. Tangie will receive one more feeding with Finalpart before starting the flushing process. Gorilla Cookies: For Gorilla Cookies, I plan to feed her with Finalpart only one more time, and then it’s flushing time. The trichomes are mostly cloudy, with no amber trichomes yet. Unlike Tangie, Gorilla Cookies is covered in resin, with a strong skunky aroma that intensifies daily. Pest Management and Plant Health: The sticky traps have been effective in keeping thrips at bay, and there have been no new issues with aphids. Overall, both plants appear healthy and vibrant, showing no signs of stress as they approach harvest. Environmental Conditions: The weather remains hot but humid. While the plants are receiving less light on the balcony compared to the garden, this hasn’t significantly affected the ripening process. Having them on the balcony makes it much easier to monitor them daily, reducing the risk of mildew and significant losses. Final Thoughts: As harvest time approaches, I'm excited for the final results. Everything is prepared for harvest, and the weather will stay perfect for the last few days. I plan to give the plants as much time as needed to reach their full potential. Update 08.08 During my morning inspection, I found mildew on both plants. For the Gorilla Cookies, I had to remove some larger mold spots inside the buds. I carefully disassembled parts of the plant to ensure I didn’t miss any mold and ultimately decided to harvest it. Although I couldn’t let it fully ripen as planned, the trichomes were about 90% cloudy and 10% clear. That most be good enough. For Tangie, the compact and bushy growth led to some mold issues. I took the largest colas off and gave them a thorough inspection to make sure no mold was left behind. So far, I've harvested about 70% of the plant. Since most of the pistils on the remaining parts are still white, I'm giving them a bit more time to mature. I'll keep feeding with Finalpart at a slightly lower dosage and see if we can squeeze out a bit more potential from these final buds! Update 12.08: Final Countdown We’re almost there! Most of the trichomes are now cloudy, with a few amber ones starting to show up on the top buds—signaling that she’s nearly ready for harvest. Today, I gave her the final dose of Finalpart. I’m convinced that Finalpart has made a significant impact, boosting resin production and speeding up the ripening process. The buds are looking absolutely fantastic. Once the coco dries out, I’ll give her a thorough flush to eliminate any remaining minerals from the grow medium. I’m optimistic that this will further enhance the aroma and flavor, making the final product even more exceptional. First, so sorry again for the lame and horrible pictures. I lost the every single picture I took, the whole process :( and had to take a few just before harvest with a lame phone. This wasn't hard to train at all. Took all the heavy defolation I did like a champ. I just messed up with the nute intake. I can't ask more of this light so I'm quite happy with the results. I've learned so much since my first grow that I'm honestly happy with what I'm getting. I used topping in the fifth node, lst and net for scrog I later had to remove. Next time I'll repeat the same thing but I'll leave less branches and focus on getting them as fat as they can. Too many popcorn bud with so many branches, light can't go trough like with less branches. I could write so much about the smell of this one. At some point IT WAS vanilla, during the cutting process I moved it quite a bit and strangely, it was pure mint. Growing it, it was extremely sweet and a bit earthy, never leaving the vanilla touches. I'll stick with Barney's for a few more plants. It was a resistant and lovely plant to grow.

Umm—- well I thought this week might be the last, but based on the mid to lower trichome reading—- I have at least 2 more weeks! I was pushing this lady hard for an auto and the leaf yellowing is becoming evident. Maybe some flushing coming up. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

Die Pflanzen wurden nach 9 Tagen im Becher in jeweils einen 19L Stofftopf umgetopft. Nach 14 Tagen wurden beide mit einem Skalpell getoppt. Bisher fand so gut wie keine zusätzliche Düngung statt. Ab jetzt wird regulär Dünger verabreicht.

Switched to 12/12. No Problems with any of the strains so far. Upped the wattage to 400 all plants but the LSD liked it. LSD showed little sunburn but got used to it quickly. Feeding every once in a while and adding some Bloom Nutrients early.

Day 28 from cutting they are EATING GOOD! I feel they were a bit hungry but are so happy now. They are reaching for the sky! Watered on Dec 14 with a ppm of around 900 of 6ml /gal A+B 6 ml FS 2ML golden tree. I'm seeing some signs of a few things that I have pretty much eliminated down to either a nutrient deficiency or a need to transplant either way this weekend I'm going to do it and we will see what the results are!
