This phenotype has developed a vigorous and balanced plant structure, producing multiple uniform colas with excellent spacing and light penetration thanks to the Main-Lining and LST training. During week eight, the flowers have noticeably increased in size and density. Resin production is becoming exceptional, with a thick layer of trichomes extending from the buds onto the sugar leaves, giving the plant an intense frosted appearance. The calyxes continue to swell while many pistils are beginning to darken, indicating that the plant is approaching full maturity. Despite being close to harvest, it still has enough fresh pistils to suggest another week or two of continued bulking and terpene development. The plant has remained healthy throughout the flowering cycle, maintaining strong stems capable of supporting the weight of the flowers without additional support. One of his Queens unexpectedly hermaphrodited during week 3 of flowering. This revelation has placed me in a difficult predicament, causing me to question whether I should continue with the identical strains or abandon them altogether. 🚫⚡️🤔 Currently, there are four of us involved in this collective venture. Two of us, including myself, are in the initial week of flower, while the remaining two are at week 3 and 4 respectively. I’m not too happy with the rate of growth but I knew I would be as I didn’t put dynomyco in (purposely) I’ve been feeding every 2 weeks (top feed) with Phyco myco (started last feed) and am seeing some beneficial changes! But will see in time just how much! I was 1” ahead last time and 10” ahead the time before that! So will be running the organic fertiliser next time with dynomyco and just feeding water and seeing the outcome of that! Autos are my testing ground now! As I know exactly what to do with photos! 😉

The buds have developed very well this week. I had to run the dehumidifier for a few days because it was too humid for me. I had had experiences with mold and therefore preferred to be more careful I am very satisfied... The gorillas already look very sticky and shine silver, like a silverback gorilla. Pics taken on day 36. Some, if not most of these are lightly seeded, I've checked for herms but cant find no nuts. Sucks but from what I've read and people I've talked to seems like it wont be too big of a deal in the end, some old school growers even prefer lightly seeded nugget, I've never tried it intentionally. The green buzz nutes are working well. I'm almost out of the more PK so I had to add herculean harvest liquid bonemeal to get the ppm where i want it while trying to conserve the Gbl to last the rest of the run. Didnt have the lady to take my pics today so I was limited and had to take them lefty one handed and was shakey af. #1 is killin it, havnt found seeds in her, stinks like citrus skunk #2 is fattening up I defoliated a little for space. Also smells citrus #3 was the runt but now shes lookin pretty good very solid structure heavy resin

Monday, 14.03.2022 All plants seem to be almost fully recovered from phytotoxicity a few weeks back. They are stretching nicely and putting out new leaves. Numerous bud sites developing. I would have wanted them to be bulkier but let's see how they do. No significant rain this past week so I was able to feed a couple times. 8~ml per 5 gallon tap water Ph Down got me to around 6 Ph. I thought I would have needed to water on Thursday since two days had passed since I last watered but the plants seemed turgid and OK and Friday night was the same so I didn't water until Saturday. Found a mature stink bug hiding under a leaf on a stem top.

She was grow at a rapid rate until she got nute burn then she slowed right up learnt my mistake for next time still had 5 oz but was particularly dense but still moderately strong

Happy Independence Day! I got this Acid Dough wet trimmed in about 2 hours which is freaking awesome! She is sticky and stinky AF!!! This is my first run by Ripper Seeds, and I am honestly very very impressed, and it takes a bit to impress me. She will not yield as much as the Wedding Cheesecake, but cutting the trim time by 75% is worth it to me. I think she will put out around 12-13 zips dry, which I am happy with for an autoflower, especially one that was ready in under 90 days. I will absolutely be growing this again, only problem is my list is sooo freaking long with autos I want to try, and I am only growing 2 autos at a time now due to only having a 4X4 tent for flowering. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, be safe and blaze on!!! I ended up with 12.2 OZ dry, which I am happy with, but I definitely I know I can do much better. The buds are very dense, and absolutely smell pungent AF. I really enjoyed growing this strain, which was given to me from a fellow breeder who loves Acid Dough and spun this one to an Auto. I can't wait to squeeze these buds, as I they are so sticky and dense, I believe I may be able to achieve 25% yield, something I have never done before. Understanding beats numbers. ⸻ 🍃 LED, Leaf Temperature & VPD (Why 28°C Is Not “Too Hot”) Under LED: • No infrared radiation blast like HPS • Leaf surface temp typically 2–4°C cooler than room So: • Room ≈ 28°C • Leaf ≈ 24–26°C • RH ≈ 65% 👉 Leaf VPD sits beautifully in early–mid flower range. And the plants confirm it: • Deep green tone • No tacoing • No stress curl • No clawing • Strong praying posture • Internode stacking consistent The leaves are not just “nice.” They are metabolically comfortable. ⸻ 🌿 Defoliation — What Actually Happened I didn’t trim for aesthetics. I reset the architecture. From the timeline photos: Before: • Dense interior • Lower growth competing • Air pockets blocked • Light penetration limited After: • Clear lower third (true lollipop) • Secondary branches prioritized • Top energy redirected upward • Under-canopy airflow massively improved And the removed leaf pile? That tells the story of biomass management, not plant stress. Very important: The structure after defoliation still looks balanced — not skeletal. That means you removed intelligently, not emotionally. ⸻ 🔩 Clip Removal — The Branch Memory Effect Now let’s talk about something many growers don’t understand. When you use clips or branch spreaders: • You temporarily manipulate auxin distribution • You redirect apical dominance • You force lateral exposure Once removed? The plant reacts in 24–72 hours. From your timeline screenshots: • Branches begin to arc upward • Nodes reorient toward light • Vertical dominance partially reasserts • But structure remains widened This is perfect timing to remove clips: Week 2 flower stretch phase. Why? Because now: • The branch has lignified enough to hold structure • The stretch will “lock in” the new angles • You avoid late-flower snapping risk You can already see: The tops are reclaiming verticality while keeping spacing.
