Buds growing fast (fastbuds) lol, so far so good, no major problems as of yet, counting the days now roughly about half way there! Getting a nice smell from both plants now😬👊🏻.

Harvest YAY! It's been an epic mission but we made it!! Plant 2 is slightly heavier than Plant 1. I'll update with dry weights in a week.

Day 50: Girls are looking great! 💪 A couple of them are a little further along than the others. Pistils are starting to change colors. PPM's going in are higher than runoff PPM. No change in the PH. In at 6.5 and out at 6.5.... Still have some rust spots. Still thinking that I need to dial in my light distance/intensity. Day 51: Got one girl that the issue of rust spots is not going away. Not getting worse, but just will not leave. Other than that they are still bulking up and looking beautiful. Can't wait to start checking the tric's! Using AN Big Bud for a couple feeds and MOAB for a couple of feeds. Have been feeding every water as my output PPM's are less than what is going in. Will keep this cycle until needed to flush or an issue occurs.. Day 52: No new updates. They still look basically the same as 5 minutes ago when I checked em!! 😂😂 Day 53: Went ahead and ran 2 gallons of PH'd water through them. This rust spot issue is driving me crazy!!! Will just use PH'd water for a day or 2 and hope that it stops! Day 54: Well, no new spots that I see. Probably too early to tell, but I feel better about it :) Day 55: No new updates today. Watered with Recharge. Day 56: The girls look wonderful and smell the same. Gave them a good defoliation today as they were extremely bushy! Thanks, B for the pointers!! 👊

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

Loved growing. Definitely one of the best buds i have smoked. Trimming was enjoyable.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. 1/4/26 1:26 AM. This is me starting a diary accidentally a day too early iced tea had some problems. The cocoa had something in it and the root hit it and it screwed up so I’ve flushed it out. I put another seed in and she’s doing just great. I’ve never had this happen before so I must’ve. I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Flowering day 54 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone :-). We arrive in the flowering week before the last :-). She has developed perfectly up to now 👍. It will be harvested in the next 10-14 days. Until then, she still has enough time to use up all her nutrients. The trichomes are already 60% milky, 30% clear and 10% amber. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each. As always, the tent was cleaned and everything checked. Have fun with the update. So she was chopped (wet trimmed) yesterday (F74) and is now hanging up to dry at 55% RH and temps between 15 and 18ºc. I made fresh frozen dry ice hash today using a 160 micron bubble bag, a flat surface, 8kg of dry ice and a couple 5 gal buckets. I already have the weights for that, which far exceeded my expectations. Those figures I will post once she is dried and in 1 quart screw top glass jars. People suppose dry ice hash is inferior quality vs bubble hash. I am not experienced enough to comment on that but must say it is extremely easy to make hash with dry ice, it took 40 mins to process 995g of trim which included sugar leaves, some stems and popcorn buds. I then pressed it into 3.5g briquettes for storage using a pollen press. As you can see from videos, this stuff is all blonde - and after already trying some today with some friends, it knocked our boots off! Will be back in 5-7 days with harvest figures, smoke analysis and other details! Happy growing all! P.s I ticked defoliation this week - the only week I intentionally cut any leaves off for the entire grow 😉

Good week

Definitely interesting temps stayed about 26 degrees C humidity around 60-65%. They’re still alive after a week and I transferred them to the buckets 4/15. Just watered them in the rockwool from 4/3-4/15 pretty much feed the myco + voodoo mix towards the end and plain ph’d water in the mean time.
