what is small is beautiful. The girls look healthy and vital. coconut has an unnecessarily low EC - 0.8 and pH 7.4 - both from leaching measurements from coco samples in distilled water. The EC of the solution will be set at level 1.5 with the intention of gradually increasing it up to 2.5. pH by the same principle with a start around 6 and an upper limit of 6.5. looks easy right? What girls will say. Only time can show. I almost forgot. the led panel hangs closer to the tops of the plants

- GERMINAZIONE - P.S. = Periodo da quando tolgo il seme dall’involucro fino al settimo giorno (una settimana) conterò questa settimana di germinazione a parte e le 5 settimane successive come vegetativa. Dopo aver tolto i semi di Gorilla Girl f1 fast version di Sweet Seeds dal proprio involucro abbiamo proceduto con l’inserimento di 3 di questi nei soil plug, mentre uno l’abbiamo fatto germinare nella carta/cotone, mantenendo i semi bagnati e umidi per i primi 3/4 giorni, tempo necessario per far “sbocciare” il seme. Una volta notata l’inizio della plantula abbiamo innestato i soil plug (e il seme singolo) negli appositi vasi, rinvigorendo il terreno con la giusta quantità d’acqua. (Terreno già concimato una settimana prima)

Fighting the crazy humidity 😵‍💫 It's really humid but the Candy didn't had mold yet but others did sadly enough. I'm running two dehumidifiers in a small room at the same time it still wasn't enough. So yeah little disappointed but it is what it isssss let's continue. I still have a lot beautiful ladies going on I think so let's just focus on the positives:)

There are clearly some minor issues with the tips of some leaves, but we'll manage. A mistake was made during one of the previous waterings; I mixed up the bottles. Instead of the usual watering, it was given full-fledged pro-organic flowering food, and the soil before watering had more than enough food until at least mid-flowering. We're expecting a crazy transformation in the next week; it's rapidly gaining purple hues, so we'll keep an eye on it. There's a war going on in my country, and unfortunately, we're starting to have power problems again as winter approaches. Today, for the first time, the power went out for four hours without warning. I don't have any independent power sources, so there could be major problems; they're predicting long blackouts in the winter. I really hope we'll be able to harvest before the hard times come.

This week we did a major defoliation and lollipop on the girls. We also switched to Bloom A & B with a PK booster 3ml/gal of each. Over all I'm excited to see as they just started flower and look amazing. I bumped up the co2 this past week up to 750ppm. I can't wait to see the flower progression through the next few weeks. These plants got off to a slow start, as I can tell by the pony tail root system. They were scrawny little plants from the get go. I believe due to a couple reasons. Colder night time temperatures in my tent and in the reservoirs, creating anthocyanins as a cold defense which has given them some color. Talk about the smell of blackberries. Did I say Blackberries! I’m not one to throw things out so I gave them some love and patience. You can tell these girls are fighters. Check out the resins drops in the second video. That's why I rated Blackberry a 10 was because of the resin drops. Can't wait to grow again, expecting larger yields.

Flowers forming. Leaves getting yellow spots. Sprayed beam oil for a couple days and trimmed away sick leaves this week. New leaves were normal.

Week2 Day 1- 08/19/2023 Weekly Maintenance- Non-Water change week Added .5mil/gal of TPS SILICA Gold = 39 gallons X .5 = 19.5mil = 20mil add She really does look great today. More roots are finding their way out of the basket and into the water, looks like where I topped her the side stems are growing out nicely. Humidity is still running just a little low, I am making sure I keep a close eye on the humidifiers and added more water as needed. Week2 Day 2- 08/20/2023 She is doing Amazing!! Her roots are in the water and she is starting to form a little ball, the leaves are doubling in size and spreading out. Overall happy with how this grow is going thus far. Lots of Prayers for it staying this way the entire grow. Week2 Day 3 - 08/21/2023 I am very happy with her growth she is absolutely exploding, the main leaves are almost as big as my palms now, and the root ball is starting to form very nicely. She overall looks really happy to me. Week2 Day 4 - 08/22/2023 WoW!! Checked on her today and she looks like she doubled in size she is doing amazing in the environment. I had did do some Topping today and that was about it. Week2 Day 5 - 08/23/2023 She is looking amazing to me. Really proud of her and her growth. Week2 Day 6 - 08/24/2023 Not much to report today, her growth is going great. I topped her in three spots. Looks nice and comfortable, Saturday Water Change Day. Tomorrow I will get all of her end of week measurements for height and all. Week2 Day 7 - 08/25/2023 Week 2 is officially in the bag, she is already at 8 inches. 4-6 weeks left depending on continued growth until we switch her to flower.. we will see how it goes but she is looking amazing and the root structure is looking great! Humidity is still a little low I added water to the Humidifiers and adjusted the input air flow down slightly. I also turned on the 4th fan to increase circulation in the tent.

Day 43 - July 23 The buds are swelling little by little, nothing to report

Alaskan Purple auto is growing great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. She is starting to bulk. She has been drinking a lot. So far she is doing great. I have done some selective defoliation in center, but not much. Everything is going great. Day 48 of flower just cruising along.

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. Feels still a bit unreal, but it’s real! Thank you for reading my diary! Thanks to all the people who worked on legalizing cannabis in Germany, especially to the „Deutscher Hanfverband (DHV)“! I will give more updates and write a vape report after curing several weeks. Maybe with some Tropicana Cookies baked in Comfreys garden kitchen.

Lots of growth this week and working to solve the humidity issues - Jack had a trim! I think it's probably because of the size of my pots but these girls just won't stop growing! I bit the bullet and did some light defoliation on Jack this week - it didn't seem to phase her at all so I'm a bit more confident about going further. I decided to giver her a bit of a trim, mostly the lower fan leaves. It was because she was so dense and tucking the leaves wasn't really working out, she bounced back fine so now I'm thinking of giving her a bigger trim - not sure I've got the guts though! I've kept feeding her a little bloom every couple of days, not sure if it's helping with her size and density but I don't really want to stop. Flowers are developing but not as quickly as those on the Chocolate Orange, Jack doesn't smell quite as much as her any more either. To fix the humidity issues I diverted the extraction duct to another room which seems to have made a big difference, RH is now consistently under 57% and usually around 55% - still not ideal but I don't think I'll get it much lower. I've moved the fan so that there's plenty of air moving over the canopy - hopefully enough to keep away the mould as the grow progresses.

Day 68 and 51 - 10/29/22 - PH has been creeping up after a few days in the reservoir. Looks like it has caused some nute lockout. The sohum should have everything needed.
